In order for humanity to truly claim its sovereignty from the suppressive patriarchal matrix, we must first understand the tiers of freedom that have been taken from us. Then we must examine the disease in our cultures that causes us to behave in ways that perpetuate our own suffering. Our movement of awakening requires us to start within and take responsibility for the ways we unconsciously give away our freedom and power to the machine of the dark matrix. As more of our Galactic History is being revealed by Zacharia Sitchen i, Andrew Bartzis ii, George Kavassilas iii, Robert Morning Sky iv and others, the extent and implications of our imprisonment are too vastly severe to ignore. The bottom line of the truth of the history of the human race is that the beings that created our DNA (the Annunaki, the Sirians (Archons), and the Orions (Reptilians), and the beings that created our cultures through religion (the Illuminati) do not have humanitys best interest at heart. These races do not respect the sovereignty of souls and expect to ultimately dominate humanity even further through the New World Order v.

Rather than continuing to sweep the elephant under the rug, we have created a simple map and a set of tools to give you the opportunity to have the privilege of taking your freedom back rather than waiting helplessly for an outside event (our Ascension which is happening now), or for a savior to come and rescue you. The following article is designed to simplify our understanding of the ways that we are consciously and unconsciously caught by the spell of the dominant creators of our diseased cultures. Once the oppression is identified, we take it to the next level of how to specifically claim back our God given rights. The first section, written by Kelly, identifies the disease of our cultures, so we can recognize how our cultures operate our behavior, how to cancel those contracts and replace them with the opposite truth of our soulful, satiable nature. The second section is written by Perry where he fleshes out the tiers of sovereignty in 4 basic domains, and describes how to identify the unseen oppression that we

are reacting to unconsciously in our everyday lives. He then provides necessary awareness tools to null the contracts that we have unwittingly agreed to. How to Claim Back Your Freedom from Our Diseased Cultures Throughout my experience as a healer and a cultural anthropological enthusiast, I have had the privilege of seeing the broader picture of the only source of human suffering, how we got into this mess, and how to get out of it. And that is by claiming back our capacity to love. The common thread of each client I have worked with is lack of self-worth, fear of intimacy, and the all-pervasive void where love would normally reside. When I speak of the word love, I dont mean the new age term for love. Im speaking of the kind of love that has no ceiling. Im speaking of the kind of love that grows in leaps and bounds day by day the kind of love we dont believe in anymore. Im speaking of a kind of love that took me years of practice in order to gain access to the memory of our natural soulful state.

The reason why we call this abomination a patriarchal matrix, is because the feminine energies have been squelched to almost nothing. The removal of respect for the sacred feminine has created a significant imbalance globally throughout our warring cultures, geophysically through the destruction of the Earth and individually through the ways we relate to ourselves and each other. My intention here is to provide the proof you need to be inspired enough to break the shackles that keep you in bondage. The following is a slice of life into the cultures around the world that exemplify the disease that we are here to heal together. Within each painful story, I ask a question for you to go deeper

The root cause of all suffering, ie depression, loneliness, violence and suicide, is as simple as the love that is missing in the human race. Those who created our cultures to be void of love have cunningly led us to be indoctrinated by our education systems, our politicians, the media, technological distractions, and the entertainment industry. In America, few know of the vastness of the disease because we have been contaminated to the extent that we are disinterested in other countries, because we believe we are superior to other cultures. The education system and the media have distracted us from knowing what is really going on, on a global scale. So I am sharing with you, what I have come to realize, is the most heinous crime committed in this universe.

But before I delve in, I encourage you to seek a more sensitive understanding of how this relates to you personally. The creators of religion, the Illuminati, and the creators of our cultures manifested human suffering from the basic idea that if we dont trust Source, ourselves, or each other, they get whatever they want from us. So rather than feel these stories from shock or fear, see yourself as a culture creator and see the solutions that you have to offer. Awareness is a powerful tool and is the only way to your sovereignty. Open your minds and hearts to receive the healing of self-trust, self-love, love of Source, and let the clarity pour in. America In America, the Illuminati (secret societies of the powerful elite) are in charge of the banking system, the religions, the new age movement, the media, the entertainment industry, and the education system in order to create the culture that keeps us in bondage and as far away from love as possible. (And these are the beings that are responsible for most of our missing children because they use them for human sacrifice). In the American culture, our value system is based on beauty first, which has been defined for us by Hollywood. To give you an example of how this has effected our youth, a new mental disorder among teenage girls has evolved called Body Dismorphic Disorder (BDD). viThese girls constantly think about suicide because they are convinced that they are too fat or ugly to be loved. It is expressed either through anorexia, bulimia, or hiding in their room with a bag over their face for months on end. Why are we allowing the entertainment industry kill our children?

Teenage boys are addicted to porn at a very young age, and getting younger all the time. Porn is supposedly teaching our young boys on how to make love to their dream girl; yet porn is very poor example of how to experience love through love making. The divorce rate in America is as high as it is, because while there are many card-board cutout versions of Hollywood romance in the movies, there isnt one pure example of true sacred love in our culture.

How can sacred love be experienced between two people when these distractions are that powerful? When all that anyone really wants is to be deeply loved by someone. The source of suffering is that simple. And in order to heal our wounds that keep us from love, we must turn our attention away from the entrainment of the entertainment distraction, and focus inward on an honest exploration of our longing for deeper experiences of love. As each person heals from the lies of such cultural imprints, we can change and heal the cultural trend of suffering altogether. Japan vii In Japan, there is a counter culture that has developed that has wiped out any desire for intimacy. It has the fastest negative population growth in the world to the extent that significantly more adult diapers

Friendships among women are also being limited by this cultural obsession. Women barely trust each other because they are generally in competition for attention from men, while they are really longing for deeper relationships with their girlfriends and to be wholly loved by their man.

At the same time, women are entrained to show their cleavage and feminine flare to feel powerful in order to draw energy and attention from men... to feel better about themselves, or maybe just for the one night stand and another experience of rejection and betrayal.

Very few men in America know how to bring a woman to a full body orgasm. The main focus of a typical man in this culture is on having sex with as many beautiful women as possible. The entertainment industry entrained men to lust for skinny young girls, cleavage, high heels, and short skirts. How can a man love his wife through raising children and old age with such a strong imprint in place? And how can a woman trust a man with this imprint? How can she feel love for herself, when her man is so distracted? How can she open her heart to release into deep orgasms, when she cant trust her man?

Another startling fact is that very few women in America know how to have full body orgasms or that the female orgasm can grow in length and intensity (with no ceiling) over time. Few women even know what it is or what it has to offer.

And it doesnt stop there. For the rather wealthy men in Japan, they pay a lot of money to be whipped by a dominatrix, aged woman wearing latex. The psychological contradictions exemplified here, is a race of beings that long for intimacy and reject intimacy at the same time. This is an insatiable, perpetuating loop that was designed by the culture creators. Thailand

Many men, on the other hand, prefer virtual sex over making love to an actual woman and actually feel closer to their animated lover than with a real person. There are brothels in Japan that are quite unique to the extent that men pay to have sex with plastic dolls. Other brothels in Japan offer the service of snuggling with teenage girls in a pastel colored closet, that an infant would feel safe in, just to talk and have a paid experience of intimacy. One girl at the brothel disclosed that when she sees a loving couple at Christmas time, she wants to kill them.

To replace intimacy, there are escort services where women hire expensive escorts just to have men talk and listen to them in a party environment where they dont have to have sex and get to feel heard. Male escorts in this arena earn up to $400,000 per year just to socialize with women.

There are approximately 2. 8 million sex workers in Thailand. Around 800,000 are reported to be minors under the age of 18. viii Fathers are known to prostitute their own daughters starting at the very young and vulnerable age of 5 years old. Prostitution for the most part is slavery rather than a chosen vocation. Pakistan The laws and religion in India have made it practically legal for parents to kill their daughters by pouring acid on them if they have a relationship with or marry someone who is not approved by their families. Saving face in this culture far surpasses the desire for a loving bond between parents and their daughters. There are over 100 acid attacks per year in Pakistan. ix In one well-known case, the parents of a 15-year-old girl killed their

daughter with acid simply for looking at a boy. Middle East and Egypt

The theme of love and the feminine being squelched out of our cultures just thickens.

Sharia law is expanding into the UK, Europe, Canada and America as we speak. Africa

Under the Muslim religion, the Sharia law xi mandates that girls be circumcised. A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old. A man can have up to 4 wives and is allowed to beat and rape his wives. A woman cannot drive a car or speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative. It is illegal for a woman to drive, work, earn a degree, eat ice cream in public or show any skin below the eye line. The police whip a woman if even an ankle is exposed. When a woman is raped, by a man that is not her husband, she is punished with a long term prison sentence.

In Africa, over 101 million girls have been circumcised. The age of when the circumcision performed ranges from infancy to puberty and up to 17 years old. Most often it is done at the age of 7 when their own mothers seduce them to a special treat. The mothers tell their daughters that they are going to a special celebration just for her. Then they take her to a place where women proceed to tie her down and carve off her clitoris and labia with a razor blade. xii Then they proceed to sew her openings tight so that the first man that penetrates her will be certain that she is a virgin. I ask every man and woman to imagine what that experience is like and ask, why this is happening?

The men in those tribes have created a ritual for the first time they take a virgin. The women sit in a row and hope he will choose her. He then decides which one pleases him and pronounces this by barely touching her nipples. He then chooses his preferred woman and proceeds to rape her sown opening. This culture was created just to make sure she bleeds and hurts, much less receives an orgasm. If it were your daughter, how would you feel about this tragedy?

We can change the culture, by standing against this kind of mutilation. In 2008 WHO together with 9 other United Nations partners, issued a new statement on the elimination of FGM to support increased advocacy for the abandonment of FGM. We all can be a part of the movement against FGM. xiii Columbia In Columbia, the women are beautiful. They know it and know how to use it; yet they are indoctrinated by Catholicism and hold themselves for marriage. One cultural solution that the men created to deal with their sexual frustration is to have sex with donkeys. It is a normal part of their culture for boys to have sex with donkeys from the early age of 12 and it continues into adulthood in most cases. xiv South America In Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Brazil, there is a genocide occurring to sacred indigenous tribes, much like the genocide that occurred to Native Americans. These rich cultures practice oral traditions that promote living in harmony with each other, the Earth and the Sun. The governments, the oil industry, the logging industry, the cocaine industry, the gold mining industry and the missionaries have literally killed most of the untouched tribes. The tribes that are left are being forced out of the jungle and given religion and alcohol to replace their sacred ways. Many simply died from diseases that they never had exposure to when living in the jungle. The few existing survivors end up living in severe poverty, prostitution, alcoholism and severe depression the kind of hopeless depression that far exceeds western symptoms of depression. The cure for their depression is simple, but impossible. They simply need to return to their harmonious way of living in the jungle; yet the jungle is being completely destroyed by the industries previously mentioned. The global ecological ramifications of this fact alone are a devastating reality for the sustainability of mankind altogether. One modern day hero, Bruce Parry, has dedicated his life to reveal this devastation in a BBC series called Amazon with Bruce Parry. I recommend watching all six hours of his special to fully understand the magnitude of our situation. xv

Science and secular society have made modern man believe otherwise, but our precious Earth is actually a living breathing feminine being. She

The souls that incarnated into the Inca tribes, such as the Qero, are beings from other star systems that heard the call to set souls free from the incarceration (by 4th dimensional entities) of souls on earth. They are here for us. Mexico

Fortunately, there are tribes that still carry the deep wisdom that is held within their native languages. In Peru, the Qero protected their oral traditions, against all odds, to make their knowledge available to us today. Their story is quite epic and not for this article, but they arent the only tribe remaining that have kept their oral traditions alive for us.

is our greatest teacher of unconditional love and generosity. She is the finest representation of the Divine Feminine in our local galaxy. Our precious Sun is a living breathing masculine being and is the finest representation the Divine Masculine archetype in our local galaxy. Our shamanic indigenous tribes are being murdered, because of the wisdom they hold in their oral traditions on how to commune and learn from the sacred Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. Their sacred ways are based on sacred ceremonies of gratitude to our Earth, Sun, and original Creator. They know that in order to keep the earth and humanity in balance with one another, we all must offer our gratitude for that which we receive in reverent ceremonies of appreciation.

In Mexico, the same genocide of indigenous tribes has occurred. The Mayans that still hold their oral traditions of wisdom in tact are not allowed to grow their own food, much less own their own land. They have been forced to live in poverty, get regular jobs at low wages, and pay to use restrooms on the reservations. They have not even been allowed to perform ceremonies on their own sacred sites. The government didnt expect them to have the stamina to claim back their rights; yet they are making great headways in that direction. The Toltec and Aztec oral traditions are also still alive today. So I say thank you to those star seeds for prevailing. South Africa In South Africa, the same genocide has occurred to the precious ancient Khoisan tribe. The main source of food for the Khoisan tribe is a cactus called Hoodia. Very small amounts of the Hoodia cactus provide enough

hydration and energy to survive under the harsh living conditions of the desert. A pharmaceutical company in Australia has harvested over 90 percent of the Hoodia cactus in order to manufacture a diet pill while they also sell ice cream. The western obsession with food and weight loss has literally thwarted this sacred tribe into poverty, depression, alcoholism, prostitution, and ultimately extinction. Out of all the footage that I am providing for you in the footnotes, I recommend watching the Ancient Khoisan documentary to get an empathetic experience of such devastation and the wisdom that is intentionally being kept from us by the genocides of our indigenous elders. xvi

Doctors, psychiatrists and pharmaceutical scientists know not of how to heal the emotional body of a soul, (which is how to truly heal the source of disease.) The medical and food industries would rather make us believe that chemicals on our food and in our medicine are what we need to be healthy. In reality the chemicals that we unknowingly support, simply by buying into the system, cause diseases such as cancer. Western civilization with its opportunistic greed, creates the demand for chemicals, lumber, gold, and oil. What these industries dont want us to know is that there are natural cures for cancer in the rain forests that can be harvested in a sustainable way. Humanity is a slave race for these very reasons. The dominant elite designed our systems and cultures in order to maintain their rich lifestyles and feed off of our fear and misery. Our precious souls are not considered in the least in their paradigm. We must understand this in order to claim back our sovereignty and set our souls free from the matrix.

The arrogant western mind has a lot to learn from our indigenous cultures. Many elders of these tribes, such as the Qero xvii, Aztec xviii, Mayan, Toltec xix, Yanomami xx, and Aboriginal tribes, are reaching out to western civilization to share their wisdom and offer solutions to repair the damage that we have caused to the Earth and each other. And our window to turn it around is shrinking every day. Shamans, Medicine Men and Women, and tribal elders hold the key to our healing. They know of the ancient ways of healing emotional and physical ailments by using the plant medicines that our Earth provided for us. She has created a healing remedy for each and every one of our physical and emotional needs.

The good news is that we can take our health in our own hands in many ways. There are natural pharmacies that address even incurable diseases. xxi Naturopathy, Homeopathy, and Nutritionists are being more widely used throughout most western civilizations now. Westerners are also seeking healing from shamans abroad. There are healing and addiction treatment centers spread through out South America, Costa Rica, and Spain where plants medicines are legal. For example, Iboga is a plant medicine that can cure severe drug addiction and depression in one treatment when administered by a qualified shaman. xxii Ayahuasca and Huachuma treatment centers are also spreading throughout South America where thousands of people from around the world are receiving deeper levels of healing. We Are The Solution The reason why I have shared all this with you is because awareness is the first step in the process of claiming your sovereignty. There are so many satiating gifts of your existence that Source intended for you. The experience of LOVE is the main gift of our entire existence. And there are so many tiers of love to experience that have been long forgotten. So I share with you now, how to receive the gifts of your existence here. Tiers of Love Relationships are the foundation of love. We chose to experience our incarnation on Earth in order to learn how to recognize the pain of separation. We experience this separation through the lack of emotional intimacy with Source, Self, each other, and access to the divine archetypes of Masculine and Feminine. You can measure how free you are by how gratifying (or not) your relationships are with Source, yourself, your loved ones, friends, and co-workers.

Intimate Love with Source

Religion was created to indoctrinate humanity to feel betrayed by God. Western religions depict the sinful human unworthy of the Garden of Eden. God is depicted as a judgmental, wrathful overseer that decides who is allowed into the kingdom of heaven. Prayer is taught as faith (I hope he is there an can hear me), so we beg for Gods forgiveness and help. The intimacy of an emotional and personal relationship with God is not possible through this kind of communication. When we feel

The second step is to thank Source personally for your existence. I recommend replacing meditation (mindless stillness or 4th dimensional hierarchical practices) with a pro-active and mindful reaching out to Source. God is inside of all of us waiting with its hand reaching out for us to reconnect with our divine alliances with Source, oversoul, and our soul family. When I connect with Source, I offer my deep reverence and gratitude for the loving intimacy I feel between us. Then I ask questions and listen. The response I receive consistently loves me back so that I can see myself through its eyes. In those moments all lies of selfperception are dissolved. The deepest work begins here. Intimate Love with Self

The remedy of reconnecting to our beloved Creator is to first thank Great Mystery for existence itself. Imagine if existence never existed. Then look at the vastness of the universe and the 13 dimensions that were created as a playground for souls to experience endless exuberant emergence. Science would like for us to believe that existence on Earth is all there is and that the existence of the Universe and humanity on Earth all happened by accident. Therefore, the first step for our return to Home is to thank Source personally for all existence.

The euphoria of infinite self-discovery has been kept from the human race.

Self-loathing is literally the indoctrination of fear of unworthiness by the dark matrix. All of the negative beliefs that we have about ourselves are simply lies that we unconsciously absorbed. Most of the lies come from not receiving love from our parents, siblings, and community. We have all incarnated from places where we truly LOVED one another. To incarnate in a loveless place has been quite traumatic. The trauma even begins in utero as a fetus. When a fetus does not feel wanted, the developing mind of the embryo does not feel worthy of love. The study

of fetal psychiatry has addressed this syndrome through the works of Joseph Chilton Pearce xxiii, and several others, who have been strongly speaking against hospital births, and the importance of the emotional health of a woman (and her positive or negative thoughts around her pregnancy) when she is pregnant.

The development of children is further hindered by the unconscious parenting throughout all of our cultures. Typical parents do not know how to teach their children self-love and appreciation. The result of such parenting is evident in the rate of teenage suicides and the demand for psychiatry and therapy, which is highly ineffective compared to the indigenous (shamanic) ways of healing the emotional torture of a soul. Now we have tools that have been given to us, by our indigenous elders and their apprentices, to heal ourselves. Our self-doubt is the only obstacle. And self-doubt is based simply on a lie that we can dissolve. We are afraid of our incapacity to break the chain; yet I know that this is why we had the courage to incarnate here. We came here with gifts to offer and gifts to receive. Intimate Love with Each Other

Relationships serve as a mirror of the frequency of your soul. As you heal self-doubt and loathing, your relationships heal or fall away. As your frequency broadens through healing, like frequency individuals are attracted into your life. And you are less affected by others that have codependent or aggressive tendencies. I call the natural state of a healthy relationship a cordless relationship where two individuals are giving energy rather than taking or leaking energy from each other. You can recognize taking and leaking energy, for example, when a couples communication is based on the need to be right or the need to be defensive. When the ego is involved, it is a clear signal that an emotional wound is being protected. Intimacy is not possible in such a volatile relationship; yet this wounded way of relating to one another has become the relationship norm. So self-healing is the fist step toward intimacy. Then good communication skills are crucial. When we heal, we can put down our swords and shields and open our hearts. An open heart is always

When a relationship is cordless and healthy, intimacy can then be further explored and deepened. Richer experiences of love can be experienced with the right intentions. I recommend that women first become intimate with their own bodies. Learn your body so that your lover can know how to bring you to deeper and broader orgasms. The Divine Feminine Archetype on Earth is healed each time a woman orgasms and brings it into her heart. Women have the gift of this great contribution in the movement of our sovereignty. And as she balances her feminine and masculine energies through orgasm, her inner divine masculine can relax from the role of protecting her feminine self by demeaning men.

There are some fabulous teachers that you can find online xxvi, or you can find plenty of books on the subject of female orgasm. I also recommend healing your body image and shame around your sexuality to remove any emotional inhibitions that may hinder access to your orgasms. There are many healers that specialize in this area online as well.

For men, I recommend looking online or in bookstores to learn about the female orgasm. There is a new field of experts called sexperts that approach discussing female orgasm and intimacy in a tasteful manner. The trend of men reaching out for advice on intimacy is very encouraging. And as men become more emotionally and sexually satiated with his woman, his inner divine feminine harmonizes with his divine masculine. This is one of the sacred gifts that man has to offer to our movement of sovereignty. Intimate Love with the Earth and Sun

When we can recognize how the western/linear/scientific mindset greatly limits our perception of reality, we can actively tear away the restrictive beliefs that keep us from seeing the unobserved obvious. Ascending and awakening is all about taking off the blinders in order to

I commune with the Earth and the Sun as often as I commune with Source and over soul. I offer my deep gratitude, ask questions and receive answers. Years ago when I starting practicing shamanism, I soon turned into a minimalist. I saw that the age of consumerism has turned humanity into a parasitic disease to the Earth. Reverence, love and respect are more emotionally gratifying experiences than insatiable greed and competition. The irony is that when you give love, you receive love by the experience of giving it. Rather than look for it outside of you, give the love that you want to receive. Your perception of reality will transform into seeing through the lens of unbearable beauty. Even the struggles of the Earth and humanity have a story of courage and beauty within it. Perceiving our dark history and all the light and dark players through a non-dual filter empowers you to own your power and sovereignty. If you have nothing to push against, nothing will push against you. If you can release the contradictions within your own self, you will not add to the contradictions of the world without. And it follows that if more souls reach the inner peace and dignity of their own soul sovereignty, the troubled waters of our world will evaporate in the sunshine of inspiration and Love.

Shamanism is judged by western and eastern cultures because it is misunderstood. Shamanism, in my definition, is not a religion nor is it just reserved for shamans, medicine men, or indigenous cultures. To me it is a way of living and a practice of being in right relationship with all of our relations. Time and space in the 3rd dimension is designed for us to learn how to relate to one another in peace while experiencing the illusion of extreme separation. Shamans understand and experience reality with no separation from anything. We are all not only interconnected, but we are all part of each other as a whole. The Earth and Sun are an extension of us. I think of this reality as seeing myself flipped inside out. Everything I see is me, therefore I treat others as I want to be treated.

see reality exactly as it is. Even shamans in remote areas of the jungle and desert that have never been exposed to civilization know what is happening to the Earth. They know what is happening, because the Earth is telling them what is happening and asking for help. She is asking all of us to give her a voice.
