NDT SERVICES
We National Technical Services (NTS) provide NDT services for field and in-house applications. We also support our clients and customers for out sourcing service providers in Advanced NDT technologies. All our NDT professionals are well trained and qualified complying with international standards. Nationl TEchnical Services offers a variety of courses in NDT Institute ,Ndt Services,Ndt Courses,welding Institute,welding courses. These courses are designed to suit the training requirements of both individuals as well as organizations. Courses in NDT currently offered formulated based on the requirements of the personnel qualification and certification in Non Destructive Testing.

Radiography Testing (RT)

Radiography Testing (both Gamma and X-Ray) of weld joints of pressure vessels, pipelines, structures .etc carried out on and offsite. We have the state-of the-art laboratory facilities.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Ultrasonic Testing of rolled sections of plates, pipes are carried out for primary manufacturing defects i.e. lamination check, inclusion, cracks etc. Ultrasonic Inspection of welding joints and castings are carried out with latest model equipments.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

Magnetic particles Inspection of ferrous materials carried out by coil, prod and AC/DC Yoke dry /wet particles method to detect surface and subsurface discontinuities.

Dye Penetrant Test (PT)

Dye / Liquid Penetrant test of ferrous and nonferrous material are carried out by color contrast / fluorescence method to detect surface defects.

Thickness Measurement and Condition monitoring

Thickness measurement of Pressure vessels, storage tanks, pipelines etc for residual life assessments and condition monitoring are carried out.

NDT Training Program.

This NDT Training Program is catered for the personnel who are in NDT Inspection, Quality Control, Engineers and welding inspection professional. The personnel participating in this program after successful completion of training and examination they will be qualified and certified NDT professionals. This training program is certified as per American Society of Nondestructive Testing SNT-TC-1A. The eligibility for this training consists of educational qualification, experience, eye vision and yes even your age is a factor.
Welding Training Program.

This Welding Inspection Program is basically for the candidate who are having some fabrication and engineering background knowledge. Candidates who

are planning to attend for any Welding Inspector Certification programs offered by international societies would be very much helpful for their successful results in the final exams. We also train fresh candidates in NDT and Welding Inspection.

We provide all welding related technical solutions, Weld Procedure Specification (WPS)/Welding Procedure Qualification (PQR)/-Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQR). We undertake Corrosion Monitoring and Residual Life Assement Study of Pipeline, Vessels, Spheres etc., NTS also carry out Third Party Audits & ISO 9001 on behalf of clients for the approval of the vendors.
