ber. The Abbrancati family is a long line of masonry craftsmen originating in Italy. Giuseppe Abbrancati was born in Italy and worked for his familys home improvement company until he was twenty years old. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1987 and by the age of 21, he was running his own masonry company. As a matter of fact, our home improvement license is dated July 7th, 1988. Gappsi became incorporated in 1994, specializing in masonry and paving stone installations. Over the years, Gappsi has made many associates in the business, which has enabled our offered services to greatly increase.

Our 24 hour emergency service division consists of several areas and offerings to our customers and community. We specialize in Fire Board-Ups, Vandalism , storm damages including trees on houses and flooding to roof tarping from driving rains and heavy winds, our mold remediation team is certified and trained as well to identify and setup the proper precautions to ensure a safe living and working environment. We strive at Gappsi to help our customers every step of the way through their claims process from getting the problem solved properly and preventing further damages for the insurance companies and homeowners to professionally helping walk our customers through these unfamiliar ordeals. What most people dont know that its a New York State Law your property has to be secured after a fire, broken windows on store fronts or any other damages that someone can become injured for liability purposes. That is where our knowledge and professionalism come in from our Owners. Peter DAmbrosio and Andrew Ragano who have been in the emergency service field for over 15 years each going through several natural disasters including recent hurricane Irene and/ tropical storm Sandy, nor Easters and even the tornado that touched down in Glen Cove 2005 where they spent 8 days securing homes and helping people putting their lives back together. While Mike Specchio and work hand and hand with the insurance companies and their claims adjusters, they are fully involved as well with keeping Gappsi at the top of our industry and making sure that were working with all of the state of the art equipment.

There are many advantages to installing a vinyl lined, concrete and steel wall pool. You will never have to repaint or re-plaster a vinyl pool. A vinyl liner makes all surfaces of your pool smooth. A vinyl pool offers a variety of design options, sizes and shapes for your backyard. A vinyl pool is also less expensive than a fiberglass pool or concrete/gunite pool. Vinyl liners have a large selection of colors and patterns. Over time, changing the liner will dramatically improve the visual effect of your pool. The cost of the liner will depend on its shape, size, thickness, and pattern choice but it will still be the least expensive type of swimming pool to remodel. As in all in ground pools, a variety of features may be added to your vinyl pool including spas, waterfalls, decking, laminar jets, lighting effects and pool heaters.

Gappsi offers a large selection of hot tubs and spas, including Clearwater hot tubs and spas, Catalina Swim Spas and Alps. Hot tub prices vary depending on the sizes of the hot tub spa but also based on the options, amenities, and accessories. Many hot tub spas come with covers, filters, enclosures, steps, heater, multiple pumps, cover lifts and gazebos. Hot tub spas come in many sizes, you can choose ones that fit 2-9 people and swim spas as long as 20 feet by 8 feet wide. We also offer in ground spas attached that can be attached to swimming pools and have them spill over into the pool. Hot tub spas are manufactured of fiberglass; some have a very smooth silky finish and others have textures. It is a personal preference to select the one of your choice.

The bocce game, it is defined by many and spelled in many different ways as you will notice ways. Bocce game one of the oldest game ever played by human beings. This social game is played today in many urban areas and sports bars all over the world in rich and poor neighborhood. The rules of bocce are to be able to get as many boche ball to the smaller ball which gets thrown on the floor to start the bachi ball game. A boccee ball game is usually 11 points or 21 and that is over many bochie ball round. The looser of every bochee ball round get to go first on the next bochy ball round and throw the little ball to start the bocchi ball game. The most points that can be made at each botchi ball game are four, because there are only four bochi ball per team. A botchy ball Game is usually played by single players per team or a team of two players. Bocce ball game is very relaxing and enjoyed by every one child and adults. Bocce ball court vary in sizes. They measure from 60 feet long by 10 feet wide for residential use and legal size bocci balls courts are 90 feet long by 13 feet wide. Some Bocce courts are also 76 feet long by 12 wide. Bocce court construction consists of recycled concrete base and then a layer of bluestone screening, this final topping is small crushed bluestone rocks that get leveled and allow the bocce balls to roll more freely. A bocce ball is approximately 5 inches in diameter and can roll on grass as well. Clay is also used to make the floor for a bocci court ,synthetic grass can be used as well, and also crushed sea shells. Bocci ball games are also played on open fields or natural turf. A bocce set can be manufactured of many different types of materials some bocce sets are metals, and plastic, some bocce ball set are made of stones and also wood.

These natural stones are generated from a build-up of calcium in shallow bodies of sweet waters that have a high concentrate of lime. These types of stones are known as travertine. Travertine stones are very unique in their look and performance. Travertine pavers will show many indentations and small cavities on their surface.
