ATTRACTION GARMENTS Ltd., a name well known in the Garments family for its quality manufacturing, styling accuracy, timely delivery and competitive pricing, is one of the fastest growing 100% exported oriented garments industry in Bangladesh.

Experts set up the factory with a space of 6,500 square feet with high quality machineries from Japan, Germany, Korea and Singapore. It is located at Ashulia, about 15 ( fifteen ) minutes driving distance from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka and is equipped with advanced technology. A team of highly trained and experienced professionals runs the factory with proven track record for custom made services to ensure premium quality. More to add, very soon shifting new space wholly owned four storied factory total 26,000 sft floor.

The factory has a Quality Control team whose responsibility is to ensure proper quality standard by conducting inspections at different stages of production. Our policy is not employing child labor established since we started our voyage. Our factory is always being upgraded with improved machineries, technology, production method, safety and social compliance in accordance with the trends of world class garments factories.

The Head Office is located at Mohakhali DOHS, which is 20 ( twenty ) minutes driving distance from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Dhaka. Marketing, material procurement, accounting, inventory and shipping documents are connected to a central computer network for efficient management.

We have the following facilities in our factory, which can be referred to as examples of Best Practices: Time Attendance & Pay Roll: We have setup computerized software based Time Attendance & Pay Roll system for all workers and employees. This can generate Barcode ID Card, Salary Sheet, Pay Slip etc. House Keeping Team: The factory has a House keeping Team for maintaining neat and tidy environment and atmosphere in accordance with the Health and Safety Act of our country. Dining Facilities: Weve clean & full hygiene environment for dining Specious dining facilities for all staffs properly. Day Care Center: Weve day care center for the children of workers & staffs with comprehensive facilities & complete environment. Medical Facilities: The workers enjoy free health care benefits and Medicare. We have a qualified Doctor who visits our factory every working day of week. Evacuation Plan: The evacuation plan explained to all new employees as part of the induction program, evacuation map is clearly displayed in the factory floor and mock evacuation exercise take place as part of the fire drill. Emergency Exits: We have one extra exit in all the floors for use by the workers in case of any emergency in the factory. Fire Drills: We have Fire Fighting Equipment in the factory as per Factory Act and in order to use them effectively as and when required we have a Fire Fighting Team who are specially trained to deal with any fire emergency. We have arrangement for Fire Drills on regular basis i.e., once every month so that the team can perform their duty effectively when required. First Aid Boxes: For every 150 workers we have a person trained in First Aid and Medicare. We keep certain quantity of medicine of different types in a First Aid Box in each floor for employees to use as First Aid.

Mr. Samolis owned a fashion house, outlets & factory in Greece also. Running successfully the garments business in Greece, Mr. Samolis started in Bangladesh with ATTRACTION GARMENTS in 2010. Mr. Harunur Rashid Managing Director Mr. Harunur Rashid starts his career with readymade garments production back 20 years. He started working as a garments production specialist in Greece & work with success for these 20 years. Fabrics & its contents development is his key specialty. Mr. Abu Dauad Patwary Director Mr. Abu Dauad Patwary is renowned as C & F professional. With a experience of over 18 years of export industries specially of readymade garments Mr. Dauad is well equipped with knowledge & skills of managing garments business. Mr. Anisul Islam Chowdhury Director Mr. Anisul Islam Chowdhury have a long career of Freight Forwarding (Sea & Air both) & Logistics-Transportation business of near 20 years.
