PREPERATION PATTERN 1.

DIVIDE AND RULE:

1. Divide the students into batches according to their grades into


HIGH LEVEL, MEDIUM LEVEL AND LOW LEVEL.

2. Each batch of above levels should contain the best student as a


member.

3. Teachers should keep the high, medium and low names as secret as
it may create inferiority in the batches.

4. Sometimes numbering the batches may also create disturbance in


the students mind so there should be numbering according to the low, medium and high order.

5. Teachers are highly instructed to keep all these as a secret, as


knowing is mandatory but not to explain all these stuff to students.

2. DIVIDE THE SYLLABUS:


6. Divide the syllabus into two parts. 1ST PART (which is almost revised once). 2nd PART (Which is to be revised yet).

3. FIRST ACTION:
7. According to December 2013. Revise the second part that is yet be revised within 20 days of the December. 8. Revised part of all subjects should be examined either by HALF YEARLY EXAMS OR REVISION TEST PAPERS of concerned syllabus from 21 December-30 December.

4. SECOND ACTION:

9. The 1st PART of the syllabus that was already revised is to be revised here again in the JANUARY-2014. 10. Revised part of all subjects should be examined either by HALF YEARLY OR REVISION TEST PAPERS of concerned syllabus from 21 JANUARY-30 JANUARY.

5. THIRD ACTION:
11. Divide the FEBRUARY month (two days extra added from March) into TWO 12. Prepare the students for 9 days and there will be FIRST PRE FINAL in the First half. 13. Prepare the students for 9 days and there will be SECOND PRE FINAL in The Second half. 14. In this month teachers should concentrate on bit papers of concerned Subjects.

STUDENTS SHOULD SET FREE IN THE MARCH-2014 WHICH IS THE LAST MINUTE TENSION ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT.

INSTRUCTIONS TO TEACHERS
1. Teachers should be very careful about the low level batches where students are to be asked to write the test immediately after reading the selected questions and answers and mistakes are to be corrected. 2. Teachers should prepare the students according to the pattern where the high level will be given due burden and medium level will be given some burden and low level batch will be given only important topics of concerned syllabus.

3. Teachers are to be provided with the revision test papers completely .No other teacher or any other institution head should interfere in the matters of revision tests where the teacher should be given independence to keep them within the given time. 4. Teachers should inform the head of the institution about the performance every week and receive his important and valuable advice concerned to student improvement.

5. Every teacher is completely responsible for their subjects and no


other third person will be involved to prepare the students, they are completely responsible for conducting tests and preparing the students.
