Project Profile: Working for a process name Retail Fulfillment which actually helps the states side team in reducing the time taken to fund the home loans to the customers. When the project(Loan) comes to our process we provide a detailed picture of what the customers financial status is whether the customer has any credit history,whthere the customer has provided the respective documents required to fund that particular loan.
Work Profile: Currently working as mortgage analyst in the Retail Fulfillment process. Which is helpful to the processor as well as underwriter to fund a particular loan. Was selected in the pilot batch of a process namedIncome Calculation and performed well as per the expectations of the clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Calculation of Income from different sources and entering same into income calculation tool. Validating the documents required for a Mortgage loan specially Bank statement. Checking of credit report to know the customers credit history. Ordering of Tax Return Transcript if customer is filing Taxs. Validating the Tax Return Transcript received from Internal Revenue Service.
Additional Responsibilities Handled Travel to Bangalore a month to train the employees, giving floor support & audit the loans. Apart from production, conducting refresher sessions to the team members. Preparing Accuracy & MTD & publish to the team in a day wise . Internal Audit has been done & giving feedback to the team members. Preparing External QA reports & publish to the team in a day wise Handling the team in absence of FLM by resolving their issues in a team wise. Risk Management spoc for the team. Apart from the production part, I was also given the responsibility of reviewing the teams work. Training New Joiners. Achievements: Consistent top performer continuous 8 months among 100 members. Awarded as a best performer in Q2(Achieving Excellence 2). Shared best practice idea to team for the improvement of process. Got an opportunity to travel Bangalore among 100 team members.

Working for the worlds leading Financial Institution who is into Private Banking, Investment Banking & Asset Management. It has established a number of private equity strategies that capitalize on an integrated global platform designed to meet investor demand for increasingly more diverse and sophisticated investment solutions. The platform provides a single center of excellence that provides solutions and products f or private equity investors through single manager funds and co-mingled fund of funds, as well as customized separate accounts and co-investment programs.
Project Profile:
Working with Financial Reporting & Fund Performance Analysis Team, whch is into Fund of Funds Accounting. Our
project is mainly into Private Equity. It recommends the investors in various categories or types of investments like Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, and Direct Funds etc. We analyze & prepare the Fund Performance Report based on the Financial Statements of the Underlying Funds.
Work Profile:
Currently working as Senior Process Executive for Financial Reporting & Fund Performance Analysis Team. The process work mainly consists of analyzing the performance of the fund, generating the Performance Analysis Report with support of the Financial Statements provided by the underlying funds.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing the Fund Performance Report on Quarter basis. 2. Private Equity recommendations to investors in various types of investments like Fund of funds, Hedge Funds & Direct Funds etc., 3. Generating investor report based on Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Annual Basis. 4. Preparation of Special Investor Reports through Microsoft Power Point 5. In-depth Research in prepared Quarterly & Annually Financial Statements. 6. Usage of Pivot Tables as part of work flow 7. Extreme utilization and exposure on Microsoft Applications(ms-excel, macros) 8. Preparation of reports based on the analysis which includes funds analysis write-up, competitive benchmarking, industry classification, and preparation of pie-charts. 9. Giving update to the client about the investments horizons based on the detailed market overview.
