he manifestation, or the destination, is not the main event. The manifestation is the goal that gives you the reason for the journey, but the destination has never been what it is about. Hello from Jerry & Esther

And then I remembered, over the last few weeks, a never ending stream of moments of Well-being that have been following us from place to place: Big, wide, paved, open roads leading everywhere we want to go. Other travelers nodding, smiling, waving, tooting, passing by.... Toll booth attendants joking, playing, smiling, well-wishing us along our way. RVers, campers, tenters, back packers happily rendezvousing at the end of the day. Grocery stores spattered across this nation, so easy to find on a moments whim. Restaurants full of delicious foods and efficient people caring for us. Carefully placed and perfectly run fuel stops whenever we feel like stopping. Couriers speeding to and fro delivering anything we could possible want as soon as tomorrow. Marvelous hotels all over the place, fully staffed as if they exist only to please us. Stores and shops and all manner of wonderful things at every turn. And in every city and town, and place in between, we find willing, helpful, wonderful people enhancing our experience day after day. I love knowing that Well-being abounds wherever we are, and that Source Energy eternally flows for all of our benefit. Well, the geese have begun to chatter one to another. They seem to be saying, Time to move on to another wonderful place. The wind has subsided, and the leaves have stopped falling, and I dont think our car will be covered even if we do stay longer. And now, I have remembered that Wellbeing abounds wherever we are, and so, Im ready to go now, too. Well see you along the trail. AND, we do love you,

Dear Friends, It is only slightly embarrassing that the outside temperature on our vehicle has read close to 73 degrees for months now. For years we have been traveling this nation, and we are now in our third year of driving it in our Monster Bus, but this year has been absolutely amazing. We have managed to rendezvous with fabulous weather, perfect driving conditions, and gorgeous vistas, day after day. It really does feel like the entire Universe is cued up just to surprise and delight us. Today is October 24th, 2001, and were in Asheville, NC, on the grounds of the splendid Biltmore Estates, at the edge of the lake where we have been coming for years to work on our Sara books. There is a slight wind blowing, just enough to cause a steady falling of colored leaves, all around us. I hope we can stay here long enough that our car is completely covered. Its about 5 oclock in the afternoon and the lake is full of Canadian geese, who, like us, have dropped in to refresh and to remember that all is truly well. I swear, each one of them looks over at us, and smiles, as they swim by. I was just thinking that in a moment like this is it impossible to know anything other than absolute Well-being. And then I thought that maybe we should just stay here and let the leaves completely cover us up and never leave this place or this feeling. And then Abraham said to me, Esther this glorious feeling of Well-being will travel with you wherever you go.

Good Feels Good And Bad Feels Bad

Because you do not understand the Law of Attraction, you have picked up utterly illogical beliefs. And then you try to make those illogical beliefs fit into the framework of where you stand, moment by moment. We are wanting to assist you in releasing those illogical beliefs by looking to the logic of Law of Attraction and letting it prove out in your own life experience. When you look out into the experiences of others, and try to make sense of what theyre living, from your framework, you are extraordinarily handicapped, because you do not have access to their vibrational meter. You cant feel whether they are in alignment or not. As you try to figure out how its working for others, by the handful of flimsy beliefs that have been given to you by parents or by churches or by government or by anyone who seeks to control you in order to help their experience be better you come out of that confused about how it works. We are here to tell you, simply and purely, how it works: Law of Attraction is the order of this day. It always has been and it always will be. What Law of Attraction says is, This is a vibrationally based Universe. Everything vibrates, and Law of Attraction sorts it all out. In the same way that when you turn on your radio, youre going to receive the signal that your radio is tuned to, Law of Attraction sorts out matching vibrational frequencies and gives everybody exactly what theyre tuned to. The thing that is confusing is that you are tuned into lots of different things. And most of you are not aware of what youre tuned in to until it manifests, and then you want to give somebody else the credit for it coming to you, when it is only about your tuning. Its only about where youve got your dial set. And the easiest way to understand where youve got your dial set is by paying attention to the way you feel because the way you feel lets you know everything about your vibrational frequency. We are going to give it to you in the most precise way that you will ever need to know: Good means good. Bad means bad.

Law of Attraction is the order of this day. It always has been and it always will be.

If it feels good to you, youre in alignment with something you desire. If it feels bad to you, you are not. Dont let anybody elses determination of what is good or bad, mess up your ability to know whats good and bad. If your house is on fire and the firemen come, and take their hoses and spray the water into your house and extinguish the fire, everyone says, Good job, firemen. Let it be known that the firemen who came and broke out your windows and sprayed the water into your house are forevermore known as heroes. But if they come on a day when there is no fire and break out your windows and spray water into your house, you say, It must still be good, because it is written that that action is good. Well, that one was easy, because its easy for you to say, Fire. Firemen. Good. No fire. Firemen. Not good. And yet you dig up histories of long ago, where major pieces of the information have been left out, and you still come to the conclusion, Firemen, good under all conditions. We are appealing to your logic. Were wanting you to use the guidance that comes forth from within you to determine the appropriateness or inappropriateness of any thought, word or deed in your now. Not because there is some

outside arbitrator whos getting his feelings hurt if you go astray, but because, in this moment, you may be pinching

If it feels good to you, youre in alignment with something you desire. If it feels bad to you, you are not.

yourself off from the Life Force that is so natural unto you, so much what you want, and so much what you deserve. If you think in terms of your connection to Source, first, your life will align. If you will let the thing that is most important to

you be your alignment to who you are your alignment to Source then every desire that is born out of this magnificent contrasting experience will flow easily unto you. Many of you are standing in a place different than you really would like. Sometimes you have physical conditions that you would like to release. Sometimes there are things not in your life that you would like to draw into your life. Sometimes your life is feeling very good, but you are wanting more of that which feels very good. And the Art of Allowing is your key to living happily ever after. Now, when we say, Happily ever after, were only talking about Happily ever after, here in this physical body, because happily really ever after is a sure thing. You cannot help but really live really happily, really ever, really after, because you are Eternal Beings. And you are destined to joyous experience.

The 9/11 Event & Art of Allowing

Your newsletter mentioned that birds are sometimes message bearers from the inner dimensions as I was just finishing off the last Sara book, I heard a startling and beautiful birdcall, one that I have never heard in my neighborhood. It was on a branch right outside my window. I could just see a flash of orange. I leaned on the windowsill to see it more clearly, and I was just thrilled! I spoke out loud, Come closer so I can see you better. And it did! It played in the branches for a few minutes and then seemed to sing a little in all the trees around my apartment. Then it was gone, a bird I have never seen or heard before, or since. I knew what it was, but, it was lovely to read about it in my newsletter! EP CANADA

Sara & Solomon & an orange bird

I ordered your tapes and was thrilled. But the best discovery yet has been the Sara & Solomon books. I have two young kids (5 and 8) and have been at a loss when trying to convey these principles during their everyday trials and tribulations. Solomon has cleared that obstacle for us. When I got the books, I read them from cover to cover in about three days and couldnt wait to start to read them to our kids for bedtime stories. By the end of the first book the kids were actually starting to speak the language (Dad, I guess my valve isnt open right now.) I was especially amazed at how clearly my five year old daughter grasped the lessons laid out in the book for Sara. I can see that these books will serve as not only a great bedtime series for the kids but also a valuable addition to my reference library for everyday life.

Almost five oclock in the morning, and I have spent about 1/2 hour at your site. I often go to it when I need a bit of a nudge in the right direction, or I am having trouble finding a thought that feels better. I SO appreciate being able to go to your site for inspiration. I absolutely love Abrahams teachings. In my 30+ years of being on a spiritual path I have never found a teaching that was so straight forward, clear and profound. If you were allowing Source Energy to pour through you in the abundant way that it would if you were not resisting it, you would experience utter Well-being. Your physical body would be in optimum condition at all times. You would feel vital and alive and fueled, and eager. You would feel like those 2-year olds, who just cant get enough of this wonderful stuff called physical life. You would feel the vitality that would carry you through all the days of your experience, compounding more in every day, because everything that you see, and every desire that is therefore born within you, causes a conclusion that summons the Life Force that is the eternal fuel. It is Eternal Energy. Its not a set amount that is limited, that is rationed out to you little by little; and so you use it up when you are young and then when you are older there is no more for you to use. It is something that comes forth abundantly in every moment that you are physically focused. There is not a reason for you to feel less vital, or less flexible, or less adventurous, or less eager when you are 120, than when you are 20 or 5, or 2 because the Life Force is available to all of you. There are plenty of physical human beings that are in their 60s and 70s and 80s and 90s, and 100s that are finding things that are of enough interest that they are still summoning Life Force through. It isnt the shortage of Life Force, or the shortage of desire on your part, that makes you tired or sick. It is only one thing: it is the resistance or the pinching off of the very Life Force that you are summoning. And that pinching off of Life Force is what we are calling resistance. Resistance as opposed to allowing. So here you are, no matter whether you are 2 or 102, summoning Energy through you. The question is, how much have you picked up along your physical trail, in the form of contradictory beliefs that now resist, rather than allow, the Energy that would flow otherwise? We are calling this gathering the Art of Allowing, because we want you to rediscover how to allow the Energy, that is life itself, to flow through you in the way you so much want and in the way you certainly deserve. Our most personal desire is that you learn little by little to release your feelings of unworthiness and replace them with feelings of worthiness. For as we see you, in your Energy Form, we notice that it is your opinion about you that serves as the strongest reason for you to not allow this life-giving Energy to flow. Home Schooled Children Feeling Free At Last?
Guest: I have begun home schooling our children. However, finding the perfect teacher has been challenging. Abraham: When people use the word teacher, the vibration that matches the word often feels more like asserter than it does like allower. But, the ideal teacher is one who is an open vortex through which desire can be satisfied, where an asserter is one who has information that they are wanting to impart. You dont get to choose where you sit, or when you come, or how long you sit there, and you dont get to choose what we think about. You dont get to choose when you talk, and you dont get to choose what we talk about. In other words, you are not free, you are our captives. And we are here to assert good stuff into you. And they say, Ah, give me a break! Thats not what the bargain was. I came understanding that I am a creator. I came knowing that I get to choose. It takes years to beat that out of them. It takes years and years before they are willing to sit there and be quiet and do only what is supposed to be done when it is supposed to be done. Abraham: We are happy to offer our words. We hold no greater intent than to soothe our dear physical friends back into their connection with Source Energy. There has never been a greater opportunity or a greater reason for those who have been studying the Art of Allowing than in this powerfully focused time. Most will feel the impact of todays events because the events themselves will control their thoughts. Remember, the terrible feeling in the pit of your stomach is the result of your disconnection from your Energy Source, and while you cannot control the actions of those who hijack your airplanes and fly them into your buildings you do have control over the valve which allows or disallows the Source of Energy into your being. Whenever you experience powerful negative emotion, your awareness of the relief from it is equally evident. And so, to really understand what true Allowing of Source Energy is, try to turn your thoughts, for a few minutes, to the details of your own lifes activities and experience the relief that will occur. And then stop and say to yourself, This is good. I have allowed my Connection, for a moment, here. It is our desire that you find relief from your discomfort. You will not be able to watch the events replayed on your television, and experience your connection with your Source. You will not be able to search for the reason for the attack or seek revenge against those responsible, and experience your connection with your Source. Some may misunderstand our message of Allowing, believing that it means to accept the actions of those responsible, seeking no revenge, and trying to make their actions right or understandable. Allowing means there are no circumstances even as extraordinary as the events of this day to use as your excuse to disallow your Connection. While the mind of human consciousness is spinning in the confusion of these events, the Energy of Well-being, from which all has come forth, dominates. Even if every human consciousness were disconnected as a result of their awareness of this event, your balance of Well-being still remains staggeringly dominant. We can offer no explanations that will satisfy. Sometimes you are not living happily ever after, here and now. The only reason that any of you is not living happily ever after, in the here and now, is because you are holding incompatible vibrations within you that have been given to you by others, and by your own exposure to life conditions and experience, erroneous conclusions that do not measure up to Law of Attraction as we know it to be. You know youre in alignment with Source Energy when you feel good. So lets say youre remembering something about your behavior from past experience. Maybe it happened yesterday. Maybe it happened when you were 16. And as you remember it, you feel uneasy. You feel guilty. You feel uncomfortable as you think about this. Now many would say to you, Well, that means you are guilty. That guilty feeling is because you did something really, really bad. And that guilty feeling is what it feels like when youve done something really, really bad. And we say, that guilty feeling doesnt mean youve done something really, really bad. It may mean you think youve done something that is really, really bad. But what it really means is, right here and now, you are choosing an approach to a thought that is not consistent with your Source Energy.

Any individual or a society who is, in this moment, allowing Source Energy to flow is not something that you need fear but something that you would all revere.

Your Source Energy adores you, and, in this moment, you are choosing not to. You are choosing to remember something that someone else said. You are concluding that you are inappropriate, while your Inner Being concludes that you are appropriate. Now, some feel uneasy as they hear us express this, because they believe that the only way that the society can ever be contained, to not be outrageous foolish victimizers, is by holding them down with restraints or laws, or worrisome things like promises of punishment after death. And we say, any individual or a society who is, in this moment, allowing Source Energy to flow is not something that you need fear but something that you would all revere. You put yourselves in an impossible situation, because you live in an environment where there are lots of different approaches to life. And then you wrestle one another to the ground, eternally, as you are warring over whose beliefs are really the right ones. As if there could ever be one set of beliefs that is right in all cases. Were the firemen right, or wrong, to put out that fire? Were the firemen right, or wrong, to break out those windows? lot to do with it, doesnt it? You must be allowed to make your determination, in the moment. You must be allowed. And you are. You are Eternal Beings, eternally moving forward. You cannot get it done, and you cannot get it wrong because every place that you stand is a new place of conclusion. So lets say something happened when you were 16, or yesterday. And you are uncomfortable about it having happened. Your work, today, is to bring yourself to a place of comfort. So, we ask you, do you think that place of comfort will come to you by further condemnation? Do you think it would come to you by going back and reliving the event? Or is it even possible to go back and relive the fact over again? You cant go back and relive it. And it has nothing to do with your now. The only thing that has anything to do with your now, is, are you letting it in? Are you letting in your Inner Being who adores you? Are you allowing God Force or Creative Life Force, or whatever it is youre wanting to call it, flow through you here and now? Or are you using some flimsy excuse of something that happened when you were 16, or something that happened last week, as your excuse to not let in who you really are?

When you choose a positive aspect, you choose a point of view that is consistent with the GOD within you.

Accept yourselves as the eternally evolving, blessed beings that you are, who have only one question to ask, and that is, Here and now, am I lettin it in? Never mind what happened back then. I cant go back there and let it in. I can remember not letting it in, or I can remember letting it in, but here and now, the question is, am I letting it in or not? When you let in who you really are, you feel so very good. When you look at yourself and say, These are positive aspects of me, you feel wonderful, (when you mean it). When you look at your mother or your sister or your mate or a friend, or at an enemy, and you look for positive aspects, you feel good. Because when you choose a positive aspect, you choose a point of view consistent with the GOD within you. When you say, He makes me so angry, I could kill him! you are choosing a point of view not consistent with who you really are. And its not ever going to serve you, no matter how much he deserves your wrath. He might really be a rascal, and he might really have disappointed you, and he might really have done something that by most standards is considered to be wrong, really wrong. He might have broken out the windows on a day that there was no fire, and sprayed water all over the house. He might have done that. He might be wrong by most standards. But our ques-

tion to you is, why would you use him as your reason to not let something so important in, here and now? Youre not ever going to get them all lined up. Thats the approach that so many physical beings take. They think, If I can just get everybody behaving well, or being happy, then, once and for all, I can be. But as long as theyre not happy, or somethings not going well with them, then I cannot. And we say, you cant help them unless you stay Connected. If youre not Connected, you dont feel good and you have nothing to give them. So who does it serve by joining the ranks of the condemning? It serves nothing. All it does is spread the disconnection. Disconnection and resistance are not letting it in; allowing, love, appreciation, and looking for positive aspects does. Weve been talking about the power of bridging beliefs: Looking into my experience and finding something that allows the Energy to flow, now, relative to something that, maybe, I have not been allowing Energy to flow about. As you move through your day-today experience, you cannot help but absorb philosophies and attitudes that surround you. And its a very confusing thing, because the greater your sphere of influence the more contradictory information comes to you.

Joining the ranks of the condemning? It serves nothing. All it does is spread the disconnection.

When youre little, if your parents are in absolute agreement, you have a sort of sense of stability. And as long as you do what they want, provided that theyre consistent in what they ask of you, then you have some measurement that you can measure your life against. But if your parents were in disagreement, and one of them said one thing, and another one said another, and one of them took you aside and said, Well, dont worry about that, well work it out between us, then you began to get a little confused early on. And when you went to school, and your teachers had different philosophies than your parents, and then, when you got that boyfriend who really had a different philosophy than your parents, you began to feel like you did not know what to believe.

Do What You Are Here To Do

WHAT IS A DESIRE? A desire is a natural product of living in a diverse environment. Desires are born naturally within you. And when the desire is born, the desire is the promise of the future. The desire is the summoning of life. Although many of you do not understand what youre saying when you say it, you say Ask, and it is given. The asking occurs through the desire that is born within you. When contrast helps you conclude a new decision or desire, that desire is a vibrational summoning of Energy. THE DESIRE IS THE ASKING. The Life Force that comes in response to the desire is the answering to that asking. What am I doing with my vibrational countenance in the moment of desire summoning through me? Am I allowing the Life Force to flow through me in a non-resisted way, or am I pinching it off? You can tell by the way you feel: If you feel good, it means youre allowing it. If you feel not so good, it means, to the degree that you do not feel good, youre not allowing it. Severe depression means really not

letting it flow. While passion means really letting it flow. Whether you feel passion or strong rage, both of those emotions mean there is strong, strong, strong summoning of desire. If it feels good, youre letting it flow, but if it feels bad, you are not. THERE IS ANOTHER PART OF YOU, YOUR NON-PHYSICAL INNER BEING. And that other part of you, that God force within you, adores that which you are. And the sooner you get to that self adoration, the sooner that you will allow the Energy that is really you to flow. YOU ARE EXTENSIONS OF SOURCE ENERGY.

You have come forth as leading edge creators. Youre not here broken, groveling, trying to earn your way back into the grace of something that is complete and finished. You are the leading edge extensions of that. You are GOD, embodied in physical bodies, taking thought beyond that which it has been before. Guest: If you, Abraham, were in the White House, what would be your decision of how to respond to the current world situation? Abraham: Well, they would never allow Abraham in the White House, because it is a different vibration. But if we were assigned the awesome responsibility of making a decision for a whole lot of people we would do our best to empower individuals. And the most significant thing that we would offer would be: Lets let this be as insignificant as possible and lets get back to the details and the brilliance of our own physical life experiences. Our encouragement would be to get on with experience and continue to anticipate wonderful things unfolding. If you are asking about military retaliation, we would offer none whatsoever, because we are understanding that thats how you got there to begin with. A Muslim teenager was found in Israel. He had a bomb strapped to him and it hadnt detonated properly and he was wounded. He did not get the triumphant results he was seeking. He did not blow up himself and the people that were around him, and so he was captured. And when the newsman was asking him, Why did you do this? he said, They killed my friend. It was that simple. They killed my friend and I wanted to die. We think that those pure and simple words speak to this more clearly than all other words that have been spoken. It is that feeling that, youve done this to me, so Ill do this to you, then youll do this to me, and then Ill do this to you and it just gets bigger and bigger and no one ever wins. There is no triumph that ever comes from any of that. We would gather a world forum, and this is what we would say: It seems that this act has come in response to other actions. It seems that someone is seeing this as a way of leveling the playing field. And it seems that if we respond in kind that we will stir up more of the same, and we will ensure more of these pockets of disaster happening, globally, as time goes on. And so, we have decided that we will do the unthinkable, or the unexpected, and not respond. Not because we think that they are right but because we do not think that in doing that, we would be right either. Now, dont be sad because such a report will not be coming.
