II. Management
A management system is the framework of processes and procedures used to ensure that an organization can fulfill all tasks required to achieve its objectives. Vice mayor Phillip Castillo was built the bar together with his friends, now it was management by his son Gen Castillo.On the first few days their family operated the bar, now they have a crew and they renovate for expansion.

III.OPERATION
Managers must clearly distinguish operational effectiveness from strategy. Both are essential, but the two agendas are different. Pricing for joint products is a little more complex than pricing for a single product. To begin with there are two demand curves. The characteristics of each demand curve could be different.
