XAVIER MAGIS AWARDS INSTRUCTIONS for the ONLINE NOIMINATIONS As you begin the nominations, remind the students

once again to take the nominations process seriously and to reflect well on their choice of nominees. If time permits, a quick review of the awards may be done. Emphasize that in order for the nomination to register, the following steps should be strictly followed so we request that you explain the following steps and guide the class through it:

1. Go to https://xmavote.xs.edu.ph 2. Click the I am Student tab. 3. Enter user code(student number) and password(see attached list; distribute individual strips of paper after explaining the instructions). Remind students to keep their passwords confidential all throughout the nomination period(Jan15-24). 4. Select the section and name of the student you want to nominate. If you are not sure of the full name and section of the nominee, you may use the search function. 5. Click the corresponding award you are nominating the student for. 6. Fill up the text boxes with your reason/s for nominating that student (strengths) and his area/s for improvement (weaknesses). 7. Once finished, click Nominate, then OK. (Do not forget to do this so your nomination will be registered by the system.) 8. Kindly also remind your class that they may still make their nominations during their own free time, as long as it is within the nomination period: Jan 15-24 AND as long they are within the XS campus.
NB: Once the last OK button is pressed, the nomination is already saved and may not be accessed anymore even by the nominator himself. Remind the students to carefully go through their nominations.
