As such the Patriarchy Party is committed to ensuring efficient and effective institutions to serve YOUR desire to subjugate women. My name is Nick Reading, and I am running for Edmonton city council for ward 8 on the Patriarchy Party Platform. I am an ardent believer in a social system in which men are the primary and central figures of authority on all matters, especially those concerning social organization, political leadership, moral authority, and control over property. I am a firm proponent of male rule and privilege in conjunction with widespread and systemic female subordination. I represent the patriarchy feminists claim to oppose but, according to them, our entire society embraces! I pledge to uphold any unjust social system which is oppressive to the female gender. I pledge to maintain and further mechanisms exerting male dominance over women and girls. I pledge to always act in favor of forcing unfair and limiting gender roles upon children, particularly girls. I seek to protect and safeguard the traditional father/mother/child family model thus guaranteeing our heteronormative patriarchal standards are handed down to our youngest. I pledge to establish a system of education catered to keeping women and girls uninformed and unable to critically analyze the patriarchy. I pledge to promote the objectification of women as beings whose sole purpose of existence is male sexual gratification. I pledge to end antiquated laws regarding womens sexual consent. It should be illegal for women to refuse mens entitlement to their bodies. And really, what woman would say no to the holy phallus? A criminally insane one, thats what! I pledge to reduce your tax burden by removing all programs that cater to women including k-12 education and health care. Currently Government spending on women outpaces government spending on men; I intend to reverse this ratio. For example, there are 619 beds for battered wives in the province and only 1 for battered husbands. When I get done with the budget there will be 1 bed available for battered men and a dirty dog blanket for battered women. A patriarchy should serve men first, foremost and to the complete exclusion of women. We all can agree that men and boys come first but they should also be the only ones who come at all.

POLICIES

Government I will work with the city council to ensure women have no formal power or representation. I also pledge to do my best to eliminate womens suffrage. I take the one MAN, one vote concept literally. Education and Media Teachers will be instructed to snatch things like toy trucks out of the hands of little girls and replace them with dolls or tea sets to instill in them more acceptable avenues of interest. Likewise, teachers will enforce a desire for violence, aggression and control (which are only masculine qualities) in young boys under their tutelage. All popular media driven by female consumption will be banned as female magazines and literature encourage impertinence and shrew culture. Also womens expression of sexual desire is illegitimate and needs to be closely policed for anything disrespectful to men. Fiscal Responsibility I pledge to implement what we call our Brick of Logic program, which will divert these sorely misplaced millions of taxpayer dollars away from womens shelters and into programs that address the increasingly pervasive social issue of spousal disobedience. As with the womens shelters, financial transparency of these programs will not be maintained.
