Greeting from Institute of Technology & Science (I.T.S) Crisis is an imbalance between preparations and occurrence of an event. Crisis is not always unforeseeable. It is therefore that Crisis Management readiness a part of our modern lifestyle. I.T.S- The Education Group is one of the fastest growing educational groups in Northern India. Established in 1995 with its first campus at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, the Group has grown up to four campuses at Mohan Nagar, Murad Nagar and Greater Noida with eight institutions, more than 800 faculty and 8000 students. I.T.S, Ghaziabad conducts regular post graduate and under-graduate programmes like PGDM, MBA, MCA, BBA and BCA. This seminar is a part of the series of activities undertaken by the Institute in its effort to bring academia and industry together in Creating a Thinking Professional Order. The I.T.S, Ghaziabad is organizing National Seminar On Managing Finance During Crisis during 7th & 8th February, 2014. The seminar is intended to raise issues of forecasting of crisis, indicators to crisis, issue of preparation and the weakness of human behaviour in not taking cognizance of such impending disasters. Technical Sessions Technical Session I: Managing Crisis in Financial Services Technical Session 2: Managing Crisis in the Real Estate Sector Panel Discussion: Indian Financial System in Global Scenario CALL FOR RESEARCH PAPER The original unpublished papers related to seminar themes/ sub themes are invited for presentation and publication in the proposed proceeding and this competitive section to all. Presentations are also invited from students under a separate Presentation Competition category. Sub Themes: Readiness of Indian banks to migrate on BASEL-III

Cash award for top three papers of Rs.5000/-, Rs.3000/- and Rs. 2000/- respectively under full paper submission and presentation category to the faculty on a common platform.
