Product Description
Uses Solvent free, 2-component, water based Epoxy resin dispersion. As Primer for Sikafloor-81/82/83 EpoCem New, and as binder for Sikafloor 81/82/83 EpoCem New, Sikagard-720 EpoCem, Sikadur45 EpoCem, SikaTop Armatec -110 EpoCem. Storage / Shelf life

4 kg and 40 kg 200 kg (A-comp. 57 kg drum, B-comp. 143 kg drum) Stored in unopened original containers at temperatures between +5C and+ 30C, shelf life is at least 12 month from date of production. Protect from frost. Comp. (A : B) = 1.14 : 2.86 (by weight or volume) Approximately 0.2 - 0.3 kg/m2 depending on substrate conditions. Strongly absorbent or porous substrates require 2 primer coats with a waiting time between coats of mm. 12 hours, and max. 36 hours. Min substrate temperature: + 8C Max. substrate temperature: + 30C Max. relative humidity: ~ 75 % On no account may any water be added As Primer for Sikafloor-81 EpoCem New if broadcast with quartz sand or over coated with a self levelling floor coating or else use Sikadur -155W. Substrate must be structurally sound and free from all traces of loose material, laitance, oil and grease. May be applied to green and moist cementitious substrates. Shake comp. (A) (white liquid) briefly, then pour into comp. (B) container. Stir material well before taking it from a drum. Shake mixture (A+B) vigorously or mix with an electric stirrer for at least 30 seconds. Apply evenly with brush or roller. Avoid ponding! Clean all tools with water immediately after use. Approx. 45 minutes Caution: End of pot life not noticeable!

Safety Instructions
Ecology In liquid state comp. (A+B) contaminates water. Do not dispose of into water, soil or sewage system, but according to local regulation. Non-hazardous. Product may cause skin irritation. Wear gloves and goggles and apply barrier cream to hands. In contact with eyes or mucous membrane, flush immediately with plenty of warm water and seek medical attention without delay. Comp. (A): Class 4 under the relevant Swiss Health and Safety Codes. Comp. (B): Non-toxic.
