orderinwhichIreceivethedeposits.Firstdepositgetsfirstpickandsoondowntheline.Whenthepuppies
arefiveweeksoldyoucanmaketheselection.

NOTETOBUYERofGOODFAITH:Allcanineshavethepotentialforgeneticorcongenitaldiseases.Due
tothenatureoftheparticulardisease,unfortunately,theconcernscannotalwaysbeeliminated.Itisthejob
ofthebreeder,throughselectivebreeding,totryandminimize(noteliminate)theseconditions~ingood
faith.
1.ONEYEARGENETICHEALTHGUARANTEE:Atthetimeofpickuptheselleragreesthepuppyisin
goodhealth.Thebuyermusthavethepuppyexaminedbyalicensedveterinarianwithin3businessdays
afterreceivingpuppy.Thesellermustbeinformedimmediatelyoftheexaminationsresultbyemailor
telephone.Failuretocomplywillrenderthisguaranteenullandvoid.Ifthevetfindsthepuppyill,thepuppy
mustbereturnedinthesameconditionasthetimeofthepurchaseprice.Thebuyermustprovideawritten
statementfromtheirlicensedvetexplainingthehealthissues.Thebuyerwillassumeallexpenses
associatedwiththereturnofpuppyandanyvetcostsafterthepuppyhasleftthebreeder.

2.Thebuyerisresponsibleforthedailyhealthcareandmaintenanceofthepetincludingallimmunizations
andexaminationsrecommendedafterpurchase,aswellasprovidingnecessarymedicationandfollowup
treatmentsfromveterinarianvisits.Inorderfortheguaranteetoremainineffectyoumustkeepreceiptsand
recordstoverifythatyouhaveregularlytakenyourpettoadulylicensedveterinarianforcheckupsandall
requiredimmunizations.
3.SHOW/LIMITEDAKC:ThispuppyisbeingsoldwithLIMITEDregistrationonly.Itisunderstoodtothe
buyerthatthispupwillhavetheproperAKCregistrationnumbers/papershowever,s/heWILLNOThave
breedingrights.Therefore,thispuppywillNOTbeauthorizedtoregisteranyofitsfutureheirsunlessagreed
uponinwritingandcertifiedbytheseller.AdogregisteredwithanAKCLimitedRegistrationshallbe
ineligibletobeenteredinabreedcompetitioninalicensedormemberdogshow.Itiseligible,however,to
beenteredinanyotherlicensedormemberevent.Theseeventsinclude:Obedience,Tracking,FieldTrials,
HuntingTests,Herding,LureCoursing,AgilityandEarthdog.
4.Pricealsoincludes:1stroundofdistemper/parvovirusvaccinationanddeworming.Experiencedcrate
training.Paperpottytrainingstarted,andfourdaysofpuppyfood.
5.Thiscontractisnontransferable.
Thepurchaseracknowledgesthatheorshehasread,understandsandagreestothetermsofthis
contract.
