Sub competences:
SC1 - Employing everyday conversational formulas and giving relevant details in simple dialogues to describe their favourite sports. The dialogues are directed by the teacher. SC2 - Comparing the advantages and disadvantages between indoor and outdoor sports.
Teaching strategies
Methods: Conversation, explanation, exercise, evaluation, discussion in pairs, question-answer, storm ideas, writing, reading, game find the picture. Aid materials: Textbook, blackboard, notebooks, hand-outs, work book. The organization of activity: Frontal, collective work, pair work.

Activity 4 - Grammar exercice Revise the rules of using object pronouns: me, him, you, her, them. Ex. 3 pg. 54 Activity 4 Catch the Teddy Bear Asks pupils to think about the differences between indoor and outdoor sports. Throws the Teddy Bear to a child and asks to name a sport (winter, summer, indoor, outdoor). If the pupil doesnt know the word he is out of the game. Fill in the gaps.

Sports
It's a team sport. We play it in the summer on the grass. We have to wear shin guards. We try to kick the ball into the goal. Answer: Football
We do this sport outside if it's hot, if not we do it inside. We have to wear a bathing suit. You shouldn't be afraid of heights because we jump from high up sometimes. When we finish doing this sport, we wrap up on a towel. Answer: Swimming
