III.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this Chapter, the students will talk about the Calendar of Activities, Importance of Identifying Resources and Hardware that can be use as Input and output devices for the case study. III.1 Calendar of Activities

The proponents made a Calendar of Activities and it will display here those activities we did for a week. III.1.1 Description of Activities ur adviser discussed about what system we should propose for the host company. !ome students find their respective groups for thesis. Then she discussed about Chapter "#$. After that we analy(e the problems, we made the documentations for Chapters " and $. &e gave our documentation to our thesis adviser to revise the chapter until we revised the errors. Then a few days, the proponent was presented the title defense. )inally, the proponents passed the re*defense chapters. The Thesis Adviser was discussing the Chapters + and ,. The proponents make a documentation for the chapters. ". DATA GATHERING The proponents asked the company on how they manage

their inventory by manual monitoring. &e asked them about some problems they encountered so that we will analy(e those problems to help them. -ut before asking them, we already provide .uestions for Alta !chool and ffice !upply.
