Registration Information 2014

It is our primary responsibility as Enrolment Services to ensure that all students are well informed about the processes to be followed during this time. The instructions on the letter are meant to serve as a guide for all our students, current and prospective. It is IMPORTANT to therefore follow the outlined procedures below concerning the 2014 Registration period to avoid confusion.

New and Prospective Students


Firmly accepted Students Your registration is scheduled for the 9th and 10th January 2014, should you not come to register as indicated in your acceptance letter; you will forfeit your space in the program. Conditionally/Provisionally (pending final matric outcome) candidates

All the applicants with conditional letters who meet the minimum Admission Requirements are invited to be on campus on the 13 14 January 2014. If you do not meet the requirements based on your final results the conditional offer will be automatically nullified. You can use the self-check tool available on our website, which will give the status of your application. Enter either their Student or ID number, submit the query and get instantaneous feedback Application Status We will also use the sms service to send applicant outcomes to applicants of their statuses. Those who meet the requirements will be confirmed and advised to come for registration. Failure to do report will result to you forfeiting the allocated space in the program. You need to bring with you CERTIFIED copies of your ID and statement of results on the day. Late admissions

Late admissions will ONLY be considered for programs that are not full. You will be contacted should space be available and on condition that you meet the minimum admission requirements. The following days are allocated for late admissions and registration 16 and 17 January 2014. All admissions are based meeting the minimum admission requirements and availability of space in respective programs.

Senior Students
Returning students are to register only on the dates allocated to their respective faculties below. Academics will only be available for the students on the allocated dates. No additions or cancellations (updates) will be handled during the designated registration periods; these will be dealt with during the period allocated for them see detailed registration calendar International Students International students are reminded to bring study permits, proof of medical cover on the day of registration, no registration clearance will be issued if the documents on the international checklist are available and certifiable. NB: ALL RETURNING STUDENTS SHOULD STRICLY STICK TO THE REGISTRATION SCHEDULE. NO STUDENTS WOULD BE ASSISTED OR REGISTERED OUTSIDE THEIR FACULTY SCHEDULE:

You are required to pay all REGISTRATION FEES at ABSA bank using the following account details below. Deposits must be made at least 4 days prior to reporting on campus for registration. This will allow for all updates to be run on student fees accounts. Payments must reflect on your student account before clearance will be granted. Students whose fees dont reflect on the student account will be advised to come at alternate registration day.
