a) First check availability of rooms through online and thereafter get demand draft/pay order prepared. b)Fill all the sections of online application form and thereafter, submit the application. c) Take a print of the application form generated by computer after filling details in the online application form. Payment is to be made by Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque. Applicationwith Payments made byChequewillbesummarilyrejected. d) This application form is to be verified by the applicant's office. Retired Government employees should enclose copy of the PPO/Pensioner I.Card.

e) Enclose Pay Order/Demand draft/Bankers Cheque for the full amount of room charges etc. f) Deliver the complete application + Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque at IFC, Near Gate No. 2, Directorate of Estates, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. Envelops may be sent by post (preferably SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST) to Assistant Director (Regions), Room No. 404-C, C-Wing, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi to ensure faster delivery. g) Booking Status of application can be checked online after filling Booking Request ID and Identity Card No. h) For booking at other cities, send applications direct to the Allotting authorities as mentioned in the COMPLETE LIST. i) Queries, if any, may be sent to concerned booking authority.
