In your letter you make ambiguous and speculative allegations that appear to have come from the delusional mind of your morbidly obese gastropod client, John Schwarz. Contrary to what Mr. Schwarzs over inflated ego may have him believe, nothing in that article is libelous or for that matter false. If Mr. Schwarz feels he has sufficient cause to bring a libel or defamation suit in federal court, then by all means, bring it. I would love the free media attention that is almost guaranteed due to my connections in the finance media. A market like New York City will not only attract a global audience for me but I can guarantee it will get the attention of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Attorney Generals office. Both of whom are very aware of John Schwarzs shenanigans involving Mr. Grillo and whose respective staff members are frequent visitors to my blog. You may want to remind your client that libel and defamation suits are almost impossible to win. He should know this since he was recently sued for defamation. I would also suggest that you remind your client, that should I prevail in defending myself against the ludicrous claims the two of you are making, I will not hesitate to seek sanctions against your firm and your client for wasting the courts time with such a frivolous matter. Since you obviously didnt do any research on me before you sent me your empty threated letter on January 14th, let me enlighten you. I am one of the top mortgage fraud and securitization fraud experts in the U.S. and have been internationally recognized for my work. I also have friends who are prominent finance journalists and media lawyers to whom I routinely confer with. I can assure you the information in that article is well documented and can be verified. With that said, your amateur attempts to intimidate me on behalf of John Schwarz dont scare me. Your letter to me and letters you sent to others throughout the Hudson Valley indicates you and your client lack the proper litigation skills to be successful in such an endeavor. It also indicates your client lacks the testicular fortitude and the financial ability to succeed in any type of litigation against me due to his other legal problems.

As for your allegations regarding Dominick Sammaone, Dominick Sammarone works as an independent contractor for MFI-Miami. Mr. Sammarone collects his sales leads from public records and the last time I checked your client doesnt own those records nor does he have an exclusivity agreement with the government agencies where Dominick Sammarone gets these leads. I am also unaware of any Non-Competitive agreements signed by myself or Dominick Sammarone on behalf of MFI-Miami with John Schwarz that would prevent either one of us from soliciting business from homeowners currently in active litigation in the state of New York. I dont know if John Schwarz suffers from Homosexual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (on top of the many other psychological issues that it appears he suffers from) when it comes to Dominick Samarrone but his Captain Ahab obsessions with Dominick Samarrone are making him look like a jackass in the eyes of the New York courts and Wall Street. On another note, I am working on blog from a tip I received from an employee at the Rockland County District Attorneys office about a complaint filed against John Schwarz for allegedly man-handling a Puerto Rican woman at the Suffern office several years ago while verbally hurling racial slurs at her.
