Department the intern will be working Job Description1 Trainee will be conducting language classes in groups of 8-10 people (students or adults) on different language level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) minimum 35 hours weekly. Every class last 120 minutes. Each group has language classes twice a week. Classes are going to start on 1st July 2013. Trainee has to arrive to Poland at least 3-4 days before language classes start. Each trainee is obliged to attend preparation seminar organized by hosting Local Committee 29-30 June 2013 which is a special seminar for trainers. Trainee will gain knowledge on how to conduct workshops and get information about workshops content. The conference fee - approximately 35$- will be covered by the trainee. Job Description2 Despite language classes every week there will be conversation classes, individual language class or additional outdoor language classes depending on the course and language level (for 120 minutes). Job Description3 Job Description4 It is required that the trainee prepares himself/herself for language classes (6 hours per week) as well as essential materials for the classes. Trainee is responsible for checking language knowledge systematically by conducting tests for students and conducting evaluations before, in the middle and at the end of language workshops. Job Description5 Job Description6 Measurable results expected from the intern Trainee conducts individual consultation classes for course participants twice a week (2 fixed hours weekly). In last week of the course trainee prepares Global Village (cultural fair) for all course participants together with other trainees engaged in the project. It is expected that after the project language course participants will improve their language skills and be inspired and motivated to continue learning foreign languages. Course participants are satisfied with high quality of delivered classes and activities. They know what is AIESEC and have a positive image of the organization. Preparation required from the intern before arrival Trainee is required to prepare information and materials about his country for language classes as well as prepare him/herself in terms of training and facilitating skills and additional events like Global Village (information, traditional dances, food and beverages). Trainee has to arrive to Poland at least 3-4 days before language classes start. internship Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship

and preparing activities and events. Insight on Polish culture Emotional Intelligence training Excellent English is required. Trainee should arrive with a valid medical insurance for the total period of the internship. Salary is 1300 PLN/month converted into US dollars on April 3rd (400 USD). In case if trainee will have accommodation provided for no charge, salary will be 950 PLN/month (290 USD). Local Committee is responsible for finding accommodation for trainee (there might be 23 persons in the room though). The average cost of accommodation in Rzeszow is aproximetly 400 PLN (125 USD) per MONTH. There might be deposit required for the accommodation (average about 400 PLN/125 USD), which will be given you back while checking out, in case of no damages in the apartment. Please make sure you will have enough money to pay this deposit as well as to support the first 4 weeks of your stay. The internship is located in city Rzeszow - 160 km on east from Krakow (2 h by train), and is held by the Local Committee Rzeszow
