Bylaws
Article I. "em#ership 9embers must own at least one share of stoc$. "ny member absent from three successi#e meetings shall be dropped. 9embers also may be dropped for cause by a two* thirds #ote of the board. Board of %irectors Control of this company is #ested in a board of directors consisting of the membership of the company. " %uorum shall consist of one*half of the board.
