WORK EXPERIENCE: Procurement and Logistic Assistant (Alwataniya Workshop) Dubai, Jan. 2012 - Present Responsibilities: Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals, sealed bids, and price quotes Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department; identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item. Preparing all the purchase orders and sending to the approved vendors & suppliers via fax or email. Making fluently follow-up for all the local and international vendors via calling or email conversation. Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and bid information.
