Proposed Project: Restoration St. Louis currently owns the land. They are proposing to build a 5 story new construction building, which will feature 55 Universal Design Apartments on the second through fifth floors, and 14,000 sq ft of office and commercial space on the first floor. The first floor will be Restoration St. Louis corporate headquarters and contain a proposed pizza/pasta restaurant.
