Something I dont understand

Dear journal., First of all, lets understand the meaning of this verse of Quran and hadith. Allah says, "...make not your own hands contribute to your destruction..." (Surah alBaqarah 2:195); "...nor kill yourselves..." (Surah al-Nisaa 4:29). In an authentic hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that "Whomsoever drinks poison, thereby killing himself, will sip this poison forever and ever in the fire of Jahannum (Hell)." Over 3 million people worldwide die from smokingrelated causes each year.

By referring and understanding the verse of Quran and hadith above, I would like to write on one of discipline cases that is really famous and well known in every schools in Malaysia especially the boarding school; like my school. Back to the topic, I dont understand why many students especially boy whether students of primary schools or secondary schools, the discipline case that will committed by them is SMOKING. Maybe its not a weird word to us. Based on the report also prove that smoking is one of the discipline cases that often occur in most schools in Malaysia. Actually, why this happens? Im really do not understand why people are smoking. What are the goodness that contained in a cigarette? Maybe, they do not learn in Science subject the badness of a cigarette. There are many dangerous substance contained in a cigarette. They are nicotine(cause addictive to someone) , tar(blacken the lung), tobacco, and other substance which causing damage to our lung. No wonder, we can see many people are dying because of this popular thing. These are some facts about smoking. Over 3 million people worldwide die from smokingrelated causes each year. It is universally understood that cigarette smoking causes a number of health problems that often ultimately result in death. Men who smoke contract lung cancer at 22 times the rate of non-smokers. Smokers are also highly at risk for heart disease, emphysema, oral cancer, stroke, etc. There are hundreds of poisonous and toxic ingredients in the cigarette itself that the smoker inhales straight into the lungs. Moreover, if we buy a box of cigarettes, this will contribute money to Israel. It is because one of the main source for Israel to enhance their military strength comes from CIGARETTE. In my view, smokers help to kill out our brothers in Palestine but they keep accusing Israel as the main killer of Palestinian. Actually in this case, smokers also can be listed out as Killer of Muslim in Palestin e.

In a nutshell, I really dont understand why many people especially man who like to smoke eventhough it is prohibited by Allah, the Lord of the. I hope everyone who is involved in this thing realise that they actually are really wrong.
