EX-STRIPPER DEPUTY LAW DIRECTOR TWERKS AROUND THE LAW

DEBORAH WILL DO ANYTHING FOR A BUCK

Nortons ex-stripper deputy law director traded her sexy, high yella ass for dollars while going to college, now shes trading the disciplinary rules behind the law degree she earned to help her boss commit a crime after a promise of a promotion to $85,000
By JULINDA MIADOLLA Back in the day East Clevelands deputy law director, Deborah Gooden-Blade, was fine. She packed about 125 pounds on a sexy tight 56, high yella frame. Blessed with perky tits and a nice azz that had a little poetry to it when she walked, Deborah didnt mind flaunting her body. Deborahs cute face, body and her very full lips turned mens heads everytime she stepped out of the house. Men of all ages, races and income brackets - including more than a few adoring female admirers - told baby girl she was fine. Deborah still has remnants of her former self as a stylish matronly lawyer working for Mayor Gary Norton, Jr. and law director Ronald K. Riley; but back in the day, girlfriend was on point. Deborahs body and her outgoing attitude was so on point, that she knew she could make money stripping and lap dancing, teasing mens dicks in exchange for cash. She took the plunge, but decided to perform out of town to keep her family from knowing. The lifestyle of a stripper, especially one who performs at clubs and private out of town bachelor parties, has its ups and downs for a person with a high sex drive. The upper or lower reaches of the things the women are asked to do for cash depends only on how much, and whos looking. Its a lifestyle Deborah enjoyed since she didnt strip under her real name. Men whove attended bachelor parties know

shows. Girl on girl action or live sex shows with a male partner, depending upon the stripper. Some turn tricks. Gooden-Blade was one of the more popular strippers in her heyday. We dont know what she did behind closed doors. For a person with an anything goes sense of ethics, Deborah and her current boss are right for each other, and in the official roles that connect them. The same is true for Riley, another lawyer with shady ethics whos proven over the last four years that hell, too, do anything for a dollar. So when Norton assigned Riley and Deborah to order former city prosecutor Mike Winston to help them find criminal charges they could pin on ex-Mayor Eric Jonathan Brewer because the dwarf-like mayor thought the outstanding former mayor was behind the East Cleveland Tattler, Riley and Gooden-Blade said yes. They totally ignored disciplinary rule 1.13 found in Ohios Code of Professional Conduct and accepted the illegal assignment. They also ignored rules that instructed lawyers not to engage in criminal acts. Both Riley and Gooden-Blade knew Nortons request was illegal, but it didnt matter. For three days they researched various Ohio criminal statutes to find any criminal charge they could twist to pin on the ex-mayor for publishing a publication they had no evidence he was behind. Publishing a newsletter, even one whose publishers identity isnt clear, is not a crime in America. Its a constitutional protection under the First Amendment. Riley and Gooden-Blade didnt care that disciplinary rule 1.13 required them to report the

Ex-stripper lawyer helps Norton break law Martin thinks stress of

investigations caused Norton to endorse Jordan

Former City Prosecutor Michael Winston was fired by law director Ronald K. Riley and Mayor Gary Norton after council asked him to investigate the mayor for derelictgion of duty. Winston filed a complaint against Norton earlier this year for asking him to prosecute a citizen whod committed no crime. Winston is a candidate for Cleveland Municipal Court.

mayors criminal request to the citys highest authority, which they didnt. The two veteran lawyers only cared about pleasing Norton. When Winston told them he would no longer participate with his boss criminal request, and reminded them that they were breaking the law by digging up a crime to pin on an American citizen just because the mayor did not like him, Riley got scared and decided to back off. Gooden-Blade wanted to keep going. She didnt care. Norton had promised her the $85,000 job as law director if he won again, and like a $100 hooker, ex-stripper Gooden-Blade didnt want to do anything to jeopardize the promise of more money, even if it meant violating laws and disciplinary rules. What neither Riley nor Gooden-Blade knew at the time was that Winston had filed a complaint against them and Norton with Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney Timothy McGinty.. Norton recently fired Winston for a second time after council asked the city prosecutor to investigate whether Norton, Irene Crowell, Ralph Spotts and Ross Branketellii could be criminally charged under the citys dereliction of duty ordinance for spending more money than council authorized. East Cleveland Tattler reached out to Brewer to see if he had any clue as to why the ex-stripper and professional dick teaser was willing to jeopardize her law license to attack him. The former mayor said he didnt know. She asked to be my law director but I had already chosen Almeta Johnson. I had also committed the deputy directors job to Ellaina Lewis Bevel, Brewer said. I didnt have the room for another lawyer in the department, so I said no. I also didnt know her. Judge Sandra Walker hired her instead. Brewer laughed when told about Nortons attempt to use Riley and Gooden-Blade to prosecute him.

Theyre pathetic idiots, he said. East Cleveland Tattler was stunned to learn that Brewer had actually been a photographer before he became a journalist and newspaper publisher. We joked and asked whether or not he might have copies of pictures of Gooden-Blade from back in the day. Brewer said hed look. I used to photograph strippers, barmaids, bartenders, bar owners and bands for the late Don Carter s advertisements when he sold advertising for the Call & Post back in the 70s. I think he paid me $7 a picture. I met damn near every stripper on the east side, some of the women are now grandmothers, Brewer laughed. I dont know if I have Deborahs picture in my files or not. If I do, what do you want to do with them? Brewer asked. East Cleveland Tattler admitted to Brewer that the idea of publishing scantily-clad pictures of Nortons deputy law director would help generate readers. Brewer said he understood and said hed look and confirm if he found the pictures, but he wouldnt release them. Why not? East Cleveland Tattler wanted to know. Didnt she try to help Norton and Riley screw you? We were shocked at Brewers response. Despite all that, Ive been there and so has my son. Deborah has a daughter and everyone cant handle intense public exposure of personal facts. From what Ive been told about Deborah, she has a lot of secrets, Brewer said. Besides, now that I know, I think the best place to deal with her and that asshole Riley is with the Supreme Court of Ohios disciplinary counsel whether McGinty prosecutes them or not. Theyve fired Winston, a very courageous and ethical young man, Im sure his testimony will go a long way in stripping both of these unethical lawyers of their law licenses.

GARY NORTON LEADS A TEAM OF SICK MINDED PEOPLE WHO GO OUT OF THE WAY TO HURT OTHERS.

During a rare moment of integrity, Mayor Gary Norton shocked the audience and East Cleveland city council when he endorsed Council President Dr. Joy Jordan for mayor. Vote for Joy Jordan, Norton told the stunned audience as he had Jordans literature and name taped to his shirt. Veteran Councilman Nathaniel Martin confirmed that Norton encouraged the audience and council to vote for Joy Jordan during a September 12 council meeting where the mayor once again failed to ask council to realign the budget so he could pay Jordan Martin employees. I think he wants voters to support Jordan because he knows hes not capable of correcting the problems hes created, Martin said. He and Finance Director Irene Crowell have had since June to submit a proposed budget realignment to council . They havent done it. The state knows employees are being paid illegally. Norton doesnt know what to do. Martin said he believes Nortons endorsement of Jordan is also being stimulated by the fact that hes under an investigation by the Ohio Ethics Commission, the Ohio Elections Commission and the FBI. Like ex-mayor Emmanuel Onunwor, Martin said hes heard Norton has admitted to close friends that hes worried he may not be able to complete his next term if he wins. Hes in a lot of trouble and you can see the stress on his face, Martin said. Hes making a lot of erratic and illogical decisions. For months sources close to Norton say hes been buckling under the pressure of the investigations against him, and discord at home with his Cleveland school principal wife, Shalom Norton. Rumors have persisted that Shalom moved her and the children to a family home in Shaker Heights, and yanked them out of East Cleveland schools. Nortons neighbors say his trash cans stay out on the tree lawn, and that the house is in a state of disrepair. Records from Clevelands water department show his water consumption at the home is way down. He comes in and out, but we dont see the kids coming in and out, said a nearby Norton neighbor. City hall workers have also noticed that Nortons alleged mistress, police chief Ralph Spotts secretary Vanessa Veals, has shed some pounds and is looking hot and sexy. Veals and Nortons wife were recently seen at the Shaw High annual party in the park, sparking rumors that the high profile East Cleveland trio may be involved in a little Trois 3 action. Norton, said a source close to him, is worried that the extra $26,000 a year he gave Spotts to pay for the baby he had with an ex-East Cleveland dispatcher, without affecting the money his wife saw him bringing home, might get discovered. Hes under a lot of pressure, Martin said. I think hes wise to admit it and endorse Jordan.
