Summary Scope of Work: Remove and dispose existing six (4) gas fired furnaces (with DX split cooling), associated condensing units and refrigerant piping Disconnect existing pipes, electrical wiring, and ductwork, supports etc. to the extent required, and retain for reuse with new system Install six (4) York Series Affinity furnaces (with DX coils) and outside Condensing units. Install refrigerant piping.

ECM #9 Air Handling Unit Replacement
Description: JCI is providing engineering, material, and labor to replace AHUs per the below scope. Facilities Included:
Town Hall

Demolition Remove Existing Air Handling Unit located in Gym. Outside air opening to be reused Existing enclosure to remain in place Disconnect gas piping to the extent necessary for new work Disconnect electrical and reserve circuit breakers for new work New Work Furnish and install (2) Reznor gas-fired unit heaters. Heaters to be installed approximately 14 feet above floor. Furnish & install conduit & wiring from nearest available source. Extend existing gas piping and connect to new unit heaters Furnish and install concentric through-wall vent kits for each unit Furnish & Install 2-stage thermostatic control in tamper proof enclosure. Stage 1 to activate one Unit Heater; stage two to activate 2nd . Furnish and install (1) Greenheck wall mount exhaust fan, including electrical. Rework existing outside air openings for new air intake. Provide timer with manual bypass for fan control. Provide manufacturer authorized start-up of new equipment Conduct training for designated personnel in the maintenance, service and operation of the system

Description: JCI is providing engineering, material, and labor to replace Boiler per the below scope. Facilities Included:

Status: ECM Total $228,166 $205,349 To date New boilers are in place, and operational New Laars DHW for non-heating season complete and operational Punch list corrections in progress

Scope of Work:
Remove & dispose of existing Weil Mclain HW Boiler.. Install two new Aerco 750,000 BTU gas fired condensing HW boilers, with a combined input rating of 1,500,000 BTU/hr. Boilers will incorporate PVC direct vent systems. Install boiler controller. Install one acid neutralization tank. Connect to boilers and pipe to nearest floor drain. JCI is furnishing and installingone low-loss distribution manifold JCI is furnishing and installingCPVC combustion air and independent exhaust venting per boiler manufacturers instructions. Venting to be routed to building exterior through existing combustion air opening

Receive & Install new York Split System Units Install indoor units per drawings and install refrigeration piping to condensing units located on the roof. Furnish & install new conduit and wiring to condensing units, including new lockable disconnect for units, suitable for exterior applications. Furnish & install electrical wiring to new indoor units.
