Resolutions that are passed at the Prccinet Caueus will be forwarded to the 20{4 BPOU Convention, Tha BPOU Convention votes on these Resolutions, requiring a simple majority to paso. Resolutions that are passed at the BPOU Convention are then to be furwarded to the 20{4 Congressional District Gonvention where they are voted on; a Bimple majority is required to pass. Resolutions that are pas$ed at the Congrcssional District Convention will then be fonrarded to the X014 $tate Convention rvhere they are voted on; where once again a simple majority is required to pass. Resolutions that are passed at the 2012 $tate Conwrfion are incorpomted into the $tanding Platform of the

Our founding fathers recognized that independent farmers are the backbone of free enterprise and our Republic; Whereas:
Vocational education programs should support market demands rather than pick winners and losers;
And whereas MNSCU has have been cutting programs such the Farm Management programs across MNSCU and Sustainable Food Production program at MSCTC-fergus Falls ('sustainable" here means individualfarm producers creating sound business plans, selling food locally and practicing integrated livestock and cropping systems); Therefore: Republicans support a range of post-secondary agrictltural education programs in public colleges and allowing choices for the scale, practices, niche market and farm structure by fanners.
