Twenty-one year old Andy Barlow joined Latics
as a schoolboy in July 1982. He graduated
through the Youth and Reserve teams, signing Simon Mooney 16 \
as a professional in July 1984. His first team
debut was against Birmingham City in August
1984. Equally at home in midfield or defence
Andy makes his 10lst appearance this evening
against Bradford City. A local lad, having been
born in Oldham, Andy has scored two goals for
the First Team to date.
