NEXT GENERATION OF ANTENNA TECHNOLOGY

In a world where we will have 5 billion internet users in few years and given the exponential development of mobile, antennas are absolutely essential for the continued development and deployment of wireless connections and grids. Trying to get everybody and everything connected, we are confronted with huge challenges for which, in our view, the only solution are ultra wide band antennas. However, the antenna field, did not show big developments in recent years, and no game-changing innovations have appeared. Based on novel developments in geometry or, more specifically, the Super Formula, discovered by team member dr. Johan Gielis, Antenna Company has developed a new generation of ultrawideband antennas.

The essence of our innovative SuperShape antenna technology that comes together here is threefold: Using DR antennas as a system that uses true application engineering tools, single or multi-port, as a single unit or as an array or group structure Using new and/or cheaper materials such as polymers or plastics, that can be formed into any shape, and even custom-made using 3D printing facilities Using super shaped algorithms to substantially improve the efficiency of the antenna as a unit and as a group.

APPLICATIONS

Our SuperShape antenna technology has completely reopened the field of antennas. They can be tailored and optimized for each application environment, with a real-time dynamic optimization component. In this way, the antenna becomes an active and dynamic component of the internet-ofeverything. Antenna Company brings the next generation of ultra-wideband antennas that will meet the demands on performance, efficiency and cost and can use easy-to-machine and cheap materials.
