Why use TeamViewer?

TeamViewer is used for remote control, remote desktop, online meetings

web conferencing, and file transfers

Click any of your browser icons to launch them
Here, we have 2 options: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
In the address bar, type: teamviewer.com
and hit Enter

On the TeamViewer homepage, click the green Download button.

Wait for the download to finish

When finished, click the download to launch the installer

Click Run
There are 3 available options for running TeamViewer

Were gonna go through installing TeamViewer in all 3 options

Option 1
Select Install if you plan on using TeamViewer often

Next, select personal/noncommercial use to use TeamViewer for free.

Click Accept finish

TeamViewer makes you remote control any computer over the internet
It must also be installed/ran nd in the 2 computer

In another computer, download TeamViewer using the same procedure

Choose any of the 3 options according to your preference

Lets go through installing TeamViewer by selecting the 3rd option

Select Run only

Again, click Acceptfinish to proceed with the installation

This brings nd the 2 computer to the main TeamViewer window

Youll see 2 tabs: Remote Control (RC) and Meeting

Under RC is the Allow Remote Control (ARC) section.

Under ARC, youll see computer #2s ID and password

This login information is needed to connect to computer #2

If the password is unreadable, click the Password Options button.

Select Create New Random Password

Lets remotely nd control the 2 computer from st the 1 computer

On the first computer, click on the RC tab

In the RC tab is the Control Remote Computer section

There you can see the Partner ID blank field

Enter the login ID of nd the 2 computer

Below it, the Remote Control option is selected by default

This makes us remotely control nd the 2 computers input devices

i.e. the keyboard and the mouse

File transfer, unsurprisingly, is used to just transfer a file

Now, click the Connect to partner button

The TeamViewer Authentication window opens

Enter the password for the remote nd (2 ) computer

Click Log On
A new TeamViewer window will open

You can now remotely nd control the 2 computer.

To work on your Remote computer in Full Screen mode,

click the Switch to Full Screen Mode button.
