ABSTRACT
Removal of noise from an image is still a challenging problem in image processing research area. In this paper comparison of two denoising method using adaptive wiener filter and fuzzy filter in wavelet domain is done. Wavelet transforms are specially used for compression, Denoising, Thresholding, Error reduction, reconstruction, and for image synthesis[1]. Discrete wavelets transform and filters are used for image reconstruction in experiments. Performance can be calculated on the basis of two parameter i.e PSNR (peak signal-to-noise ratio) & RMSE(root mean square error). MATLAB is used for implementation of two method. Key words: Denoising, PSNR, RMSE, Fuzzy Filter, DWT.
ABSTRACT
Data Mining is useful for extracting useful data from raw data. This paper describes use of Data Mining in services provided by Cloud Computing. Today Data Mining Techniques are used commonly in our day-to-day lives to extract useful information and to improve businesses by reducing cost. The use of Data Mining techniques through cloud computing will help end users to retrieve meaningful information from virtually integrated data that reduces the cost of setting up the infrastructure and storage place. Keywords: Cloud Computing, Data Mining, Data Mining Techniques.

ABSTRACT
Nanotechnology which has laid its importance in all the fields of science & engineering and the textiles are not an exception to it. This paper discusses about the contribution of nanotechnology and its applications in the field of textiles. Nanotechnology is an advanced technology that relies on the properties of the materials at very small scale (nano range 10-9) .The fundamentals of nanotechnology lies in the fact that properties of substances change drastically when their size is reduced to nanoscale. These nanosize particles have the property to interfere with matrix polymer that is usually of the similar size range, bringing up the performance level of the resulting system to an unprecedented level. This technology has further led to the invention of nanocomposites which are formed by integrating inorganic nanoparticles into organic polymers. These nanoparticles show a substantial increase in many properties like strength, chemical resistance, etc. The paper summarizes the nanotechnology application in textile areas including textile formation and textile finishing. The paper covers Nanofibres, Nanostructured Composite fibres with its applications along its application in textile finishing. In the future, one can expect the development of many agents and the expansion of treatments based on nanotechnology. Through research and development, applications of nanotechnology to textiles can create a pipeline of future innovation. Key words: Textiles, Nanoparticles, Biotechnology, Nanofibres, Carbon Nanotubes.

NOVEL APPROACH TOWARDS ACCIDENT PREVENTION USING VEHICULAR AD HOC NETWORK UNDER CLOUD ENVIRONMENT
SUMIT A. KHANDELWAL,Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Engineering, MIT Academy of Engineering, Alandi, sumit3khandelwal@gmail.com ASHWINI B. ABSTRACT
Due to the virtue of vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications, vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are expected to enable a plethora of communication-based automotive applications including diverse invehicle infotainment applications and road safety services. Even though vehicles are organized mostly in an ad hoc manner in the network topology, directly applying the existing communication approaches designed for traditional mobile ad hoc networks to large-scale VANETs with fast-moving vehicles can be ineffective and inefficient. To achieve success in a vehicular environment, VANET-specific communication solutions are imperative. Via inter-vehicle communications, drivers can be informed of crucial traffic information such as treacherous road conditions and accident sites by communicating with each other and/or with the roadside infrastructure. With better knowledge of traffic conditions, it is plausible that the problem of accidents can be alleviated. Traffic monitoring and management can also be facilitated by vehicular communications. Cloud computing in the service industries which provide some assistance to the accident handling systems including the drivers and infrastructure using latest technologies such as Mobile computing, NaaS, SaaS, Cloud Computing, High Speed Internet etc. in this paper we focus on Vehicular ad hoc network under cloud environment to reducing the road accident as well as providing authentication and authorization and to store the data related to vehicular identity on cloud service provider storage.. Keywords: Vehicular ad hoc network, ITC, Cloud Environment, Security, Congestion Control, Internet.

ABSTRACT
This paper basically deals with identifying frequent patterns from large amount of stock data of FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Sector in Indian Capital Market. These frequent patterns are identified based on rise and fall of stock prices of companies of FMCG sector in Indian Capital Market. We have two stages, in first stage we categorize the FMCG sectors stock data based on Negative growth, Zero growth and Positive growth using Apriori algorithm. In second stage we use Apriori Algorithm to generate useful trends about the behavior of the prices of stock in Capital market. The trend holds to interpret the present and predict the next stock price. Some item-set from sales data indicate market needs and can be used in forecasting which has great potential for decision making, market competition and strategic planning. The objective in this research is to identify or to predict the stock market from the viewpoint of investors. So the investors can invest their shares in the appropriate companies based on Negative growth, Zero growth and Positive growth. These two stage mining process that is Apriori algorithm can generate more useful item-set according to our analysis. Keywords: Data Mining, Stock market, FMCG. .
