Data Collection through QPM
Workbooks
Metrics data is collected by respective project
representative in the Template for QPM Workbook at a
defined frequency.
Template for various type of projects (e.g Full Lifecycle, Part
Lifecycle, Testing & Maintenance) have specific QPM
Workbook templates.
The Project Manager reviews the metrics data collected in
the QPM Workbook with respect to its accuracy and meeting
the project goals.
Any deviations from the quality goals are explained with
reasons in the QPM Workbook.
Project Manager takes appropriate corrective and preventive
actions, which is monitored to closure.
QPM Workbook is sent to the QC for review, sanity check
and analysis of the metrics and project goals.

JAVA :

SAP Implementation
The SAP implementation process is made up of four main phases,
i.e. the project preparation where a vision of the future-state of the
SAP solution is created, a sizing and blueprinting phase where the
solution stack is created and training is performed, a functional
configuration and development phase and finally a final
preparation phase, when the last tests are performed and cut over
activities completed before the actual go live.
Many of implementations are also done with ASAP(Accelerated
SAP) methodology evolved from best practices in SAP.
