Custom Range We can manufacture any size self bunded tank in any conguration for your unique site requirements. We often build multiple compartment tanks for the storage of an array of lubricants, or perhaps a number of different types of fuel.

PUMPING EQUIPMENT

A self bunded tank is not much use without some form of pumping equipment to get the contents out of the tank. Australian Standards state that self bunded tanks are not allowed to gravity feed. You need a pump to overcome the spring pressure of an anti-syphon valve in order to draw liquid from the tank. TRANSTank have attended the school of hard knocks in relation to pumping equipment. TRANSTank dont manufacture any pumps, however, as one of the largest single purchasers of petroleum pumping, metering and dispensing equipment in Australia, we certainly know a thing or two about teaming the right pump for your application on your TRANSTank unit. We have packaged our pumps into a number of standard pumping packages for your convenience. These are often available ex stock as a kit in order to allow us to rapidly tout your TRANSTank unit. TRANSTank Aviation Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) are specically designed for the transportation, storage and decanting of Aviation Fuel. Size range is 500, 1000, 1250, 1500 and 1850 litre capacity. Specication: Full stainless steel construction. Square shape and standard pallet size optimise space requirements for both transportation and warehousing. GREASE - PRESSURISED FOLLOWER


TRANSTank Pressurised Follower Grease Containers are specically designed for the semi bulk storage, transportation and dispensing of all grades of grease. Size range 500, 700, 1000, 1200 and 1450 litres Suitable for both shuttle tanks and static storage. A pressurised follower system to provide pumping assistance. The exible follower operates as a exible wiper, scraping product from the walls during decanting to minimise residual and cross contamination. Minimal residual product, traditionally less than 5-10kg is retained within the sump and discharge pipe. A pallet sized footprint, with four-way fork access for easy lifting and positioning. Contents indication (sight gauge) mounted in steel guards to ensure long and trouble-free operation. A coaming is tted to offer protection to ancillary equipment tted in the top shell. Heavy duty, robust circular design to ensure maximum service life in severe operating environments. Areas subject to wear, tear and damage are heavily reinforced with striker and guard plates.

GREASE - HINGED FOLLOWER


TRANSTank Hinged Follower Grease Containers are specically designed for the semi bulk storage, transportation and dispensing of all grades of grease. Size range is 750, 1000 and 1900 litres The pallet sized footprint is cost effective to transport and load effectively onto trucks. Incorporates a hinged follower assembly wiping an internal concave wall. The follower operates as a exible wiper, scraping product from the contact walls during decanting to minimise residual and cross contamination concerns. An external contents indicator (quadrant arm) shows the position of the follower. Bottom ll and discharge are by the front pocket mounted valves. Heavy duty corner braces stand 5mm proud from the tank and offer protection from transport damage. No protrusions, minimises damage during transport. The four-way fork entry facilitates picking up unit from any direction.

GREASE CONTAINER - CUSTOMISED


Size range is 500, 700, 1000, 1250 and 1550 litres Conventional square grease containers that rely on the shape and pump positioning to minimise product residual. Included in this family are also the round RLM(G) series. Typically, pumps are mounted in a side pocket (inclined) with the pump spear extending to the base of the container, normally into a pyramid base or sump. This family of products are typically referred to as Drag Line Containers and are designed to be left in situ, mounted to mobile equipment.

AdBlue STORAGE AND DISPENSING


What Exactly Is AdBlue AdBlue is the registered trademark for AUS32 (Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5%) and is used in a process called selective catalytic reduction (SCR) to reduce emissions of oxides of nitrogen from the exhaust of diesel fueled vehicles. AdBlue is a 32.5% solution of high-purity urea in demineralised water, it is a clear, non-toxic and safe to handle uid, however AdBlue can be very corrosive to certain materials. Why Does It Require Unique Storage Treatment AdBlue is carried onboard SCR-equipped trucks and buses in a dedicated tank and is dosed into the SCR system (catalytic converter), at a rate equivalent to approximately 3-5% of diesel consumption. All European truck manufacturers currently offer SCR equipped models, and the future Euro VI emission standard is set to reinforce the demand for this technology. SCR systems are sensitive to potential chemical impurities in the urea solution, therefore it is essential to maintain high standards of AdBlue quality.
