Responsibilities: OSP survey and design Achieve the project target, satisfy the customer requirement. Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the project team to avoid some lack material which is needed in installation Finish the survey report on time, ensure the survey report accuracy. Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following the SOW (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team. Training subcontractor to improve them ability and skill in Survey and Design part. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Qualify for site survey and OSP design, including equipment location selection /Cable routing/OSP etc. A whole set of OSP design and solution. Huawei Canteen

OSP Engineer
Responsibilities: Be responsible of OSP site management such as site survey, site preparation which including civil work, technical investigation and trouble shooting, material preparation, site implementation, site acceptance, site quality executive and customer coordination for successful of weekly targets. Daily reporting to region PM and HQ PM regularly during project implementation period Monitoring and control subcontractors delivery performance and quality Be responsible of EHS requirement executive on site based on EHS standards Responsible for acceptance of site/cluster/feeder section of project on time. Requirements: Male preferable Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00. Good capability of OSP software using. Such as Autocad, google earth, map source etc. Good capability of OSP tools using. SITAC Coordinator
Responsibilities: Specify SITAC Scope of Work, Manage SA Team chase RFC target. Manage Subcontractor to chase good achievement. Communicate with customer, Cooperate with the customer to solve the hot SITAC issue. Prepare and keep updated the implementation program for all implementation projects in cooperation with the project management. Arrange Site Survey with Planning team, Cooperate with other team to acquire the site. Specify local government IMB police, manage subcontractor submit IMB application. Discuss and Report the implementation process and risk to RPM.

Requirements: Male preferable Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00. Have 3 years experience as related position in telecommunication project Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. SACME Manager
Responsibilities: Set the SITAC, CME rollout target together with RPM base on PO receive from costumer Control the implementation process according to the defined time schedule (Plan with actual achievement). Directly involved in regular meeting with sub contractor to evaluate project. Achievement set up target and takes necessary action for improvement. Evaluate sub contractor performance based on quality and speed. Conduct random site checking to ensure project quality and progress. Conduct acceptance test and ensure that all punch list to be clarified within the decided period by costumer in ATP. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project report to regional project manager. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00. Hands-on skill and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA network engineering. 5 years experience in SITAC Manager, 2 years experience in SITAC Coordinator. RNP Engineer
Responsibilities: Reviewing contractual and work package commitments. Developing and publishing guidelines for the most efficient planning and engineering design for the network.

Producing and implementing full Network Planning department end-to-end processes, including but not limited to departmental milestones that are harmonized with the main delivery project plan. Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy. Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements. Developing processes to interface with the Managed Services/Operations department. Represent HUAWEI RF teams in project meetings with customer. Lead the development and implementation of processes to be followed by RF teams. Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF planning, design and optimization activities on networks including; cell planning, coverage predictions, traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing, and performance analysis and monitoring. Establish and implement a reporting structure on progress against project deliverables and KPIs on a national basis, Responsible for document control during RF

Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study with minimum GPA 3.00 Minimum 4 years experience in RF planning and optimization Excellent technical knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS RF planning and optimization Understand the fundamentals of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS network systems Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of radio network planning and optimization. Senior RNP Engineer

Responsibilities: In charge of 1 city/province planning requirement fulfillment, action plan and execution. In charge of certain city/province planning proposal submission and approval such as nominal planning, capacity planning, site detail design (DRM), cell detail design (basic parameter, frequency plan & neighbor). Issue/problem escalation to planning expert /HQ follows up proposal approved. In charge to support RF tuning proposal if any.

In charge of a network group (RNC/BSC/Cluster) KPI/SLA/RSLA fulfillment, action plan and execution. In charge of certain network group issue identification including but not limited to poor coverage spot, worst performance cell, suddenly degraded cells, sleeping cells, and congestion cells. In charge of certain network group optimization solution, method of procedure production and follow up execution until solved using CR (change request) management rule. Issue/problem escalation to HQ through Icare system and follow up until solved.

Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study with minimum GPA 3.00 More than 6 years experience RF Planning & Optimization Experiences RF working experience for big scale network (>2000 sites) or capital city network Understand well about RF planning & optimization process Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Legal Specialist
Responsibilities: Responsible for the legal matters of the companys business operation. Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required. Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration. Assist with the establishing and registration of subsidiaries or representative offices in the Asia Pacific region. Work with contracted law firms on assignments that require external legal services. Conduct research and compile information on commercial laws and provide legal training for employees in the company when the need arises Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00. Responsibilities: Analyze customs policy, import regulations,& favorable policies of particular assign country. Project Manager
Responsibilities: Responsible for engineering project implementation management (regional) & regional office operation management. To make the monthly implementation target & follow up performance tracing. Responsible for coordination & guidance between different functions/modules in regional office. Responsible for project team resource coordination & allocation, for subcontractor delivery performance monitoring & guidance, help sub-contractor to resolve related problems, for sub-contractor PR/PO/ESAR management. Responsible for problem escalation & tracing management, to ensure problem close timely. As the unified coordinator between project HQ & regional office, establish good communication & reporting mechanism. Responsibilities: Manage and co-ordinate recruitment process. Provide routine administrative support including the preparation of correspondence /reports. Eg: monthly head count reports. Assist in the day to day activities of the human resources department. Responsible for other duties or projects, as assigned. Assist with data updates as necessary Prepare and distribute regular reports to HR users to confirm current data and highlight any significant activity Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business, Law or related field of study. Project Assistant
Responsibilities: In charge of the Secretarial Job which specific related to Projects. Take responsibility for Project Documentation, such as preparing Technical Documents, Site Folder, etc Assisting to Project Manager in any project meetings, and in charge of the Minutes of Meeting (MoM) Maintain Project Database for each site updated status and Certificates. Assist PM in registering the Acceptance Certificate from Customer in the EPMS. Assist PM in issuing the Purchase Request (PR) and ensure the content of the PR is correct, complete, based on the Sales Requirements and already registered in the EPMS before pass the original PR to Verification Specialist (VS). In charge of checking all the Certificates from Customer to HW and HW to subcontractors and to ensure all the certificates are valid and correct. Continuously update the database after PR Issuance. Report collection, reporting preparation, shipment requestor, project insurance Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor degree Female Only At least 1 year experience in related field of job or project administration Written and converse ability in English and Mandarin language is a MUST.
