With this device, oil is distributed before twisting starts since the threads, that have just been unwound from the feeding package, slide and rotate on the surface of the oil distribution bush so they are lubricated continuously and uniformly. The quantity of oil given to the yarn can be regulated. By turning the adjustment bush, which has 5 positions, the yarns surface of contact with the distribution bush can be varied. The tank, made in a transparent material, is graduated.

Avivado Los hilados de polister y las mezclas se pueden elaborar con baln libre, para no daarlos debido al rozamiento sobre las diferentes superficies del huso afectadas por el paso del hilo, pero tambin es posible elaborarlos con el empleo del avivado repartido para cada huso. Savio ha puesto a punto un dispositivo constituido por un grupo compacto que se coloca en la cabeza del huso y est formado por un depsito cilndrico donde cabe el avivado en cuya parte superior est una boquilla de granulado fritado, que por capilaridad deja que el avivado suba a la zona de contacto del hilo, mientras que en la parte inferior est ubicado el pistoncito de compensacin y el devanador. Con este dispositivo del avivado se realiza antes de que empiece la fase de retorcito puesto que los hilos recin devanados por la confeccin de alimentacin, frotan y giran sobre la superficie de la boquilla de reparto del avivado y por tanto son lubricados de forma continua y uniforme. La cantidad de avivado a proporcionar al hilado es ajustable porque, girando el casquillo de regulacin que tiene 5 posiciones, se modifica la superficie de contacto del hilo con la boquilla de reparto. El depsito es de material transparente y graduado.

The need to make high-comfort textile products with high elasticity and low creasing, has given a considerable push to twisting wool, cotton, viscose and silk yarns with a thread of elastomer incorporated. To ensure good twisting it is essential to use a plied yarn package obtained on special assembly winders with a positive drive of the elastomer to ensure the required stretch. To ensure good unwinding in the twisting phase a solution has been found that consists of: a modified flyer with a vertically elongated yarn guide with counterweight: the eyelet on the end of the guide is closed and positions itself at about one third of the plied yarn packages height. spindle head with smaller yarn sliding surface. the compensator piston is not used. The plied yarn feed package has a winding traverse of up to 200 mm and a tube diameter of 56 mm. Working speed with the B type spindle is normally 7,000-8,500 rpm for wool yarns, about 500 rpm slower with spindle C. Twisting on Geminis produces a yarn that practically covers the elastomer, much more than other solutions do.

La exigencia de realizar productos textiles de elevado confort, con elevada elasticidad y sin arrugas, ha dado un gran impulso al retorcido de los hilados de lana, algodn, viscosa, seda con un hilo de elastmero incorporado. Para un buen retorcido es indispensable utilizar una confeccin de hilado doble conseguida mediante reunidoras especiales de mando positivo del elastmero a fin de asegurar el estiraje deseado. Para asegurar un buen devanado en la fase de retorcedura se ha determinado una solucin constituida por: devanador modificado con un guiahilos alargado verticalmente con contrapeso: el ojal en el extremo del perno est cerrado y se coloca a cerca de 1/3 de la altura de la bobina de hilado doble; cabeza del huso con superficie de deslizamiento del hilo ms pequea; el pistoncito de compensacin no se utiliza. La bobina de hilado doble a utilizar tiene una carrera de enrollamiento de hasta 200 mm. con dimetro del tubo de 56 mm. Las velocidades de trabajo con el huso de tipo B son generalmente de 7.000-8.500 r.p.m. para los hilados de lana, aproximadamente 500 r.p.m. menos con el huso C. La retorcedura con Geminis realiza un hilado que prcticamente cubre el elastmero mucho ms de lo que ocurre con otras soluciones.

Modular structure. CONFIGURATION OF THE STANDARD MACHINE Single-control Single movement of the two machine fronts with one or two motors according to the length of the twister. Interchangeable stationary drive pulleys. Control headstock With lower gearcase to vary twists, direction of the S/Z twists and upper gearcase to modify cross-wind angle, modulation, axial displacement, overfeed speed. Electric equipment, with impedances, for gradual start of the spindles. Separate control for each spindle To guarantee constant turns between two spindles, reduce energy consumption and drive noise levels. Independent pedal-operated spindle brake Pneumatic threading To minimise spindle down time due to feeding change and to increase production and labour efficiency, making work easier. Yarn reserve So the twisted package can be used rationally in the subsequent processings. Counterweight of the package arm For the constant pressure of the package on the cylinder. Friction of the package arm For the regular rotation of the package. Overfeed guide To modify take-up yarn tension. Blocking and lifting of the pneumatic feelers To automatically lift the feelers when the machine stops. Package arm creel To facilitate machine operation. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES Dual controls Completely independent machine fronts for: spindle speed, takeup speed, twists, cross-wind angle, overfeeding, axial displacement. Continuous twist variator To set the value of the twist required via the Ispector keyboard. Inverter spindle speed control To vary spindle speed continuously via the Ispector keyboard. The inverter can, on request, be installed adjacent to the headstock or in a separate cabinet. Automatic spindle braking When there is no yarn the feeler commands the pneumatic braking of the spindle to prevent the formation of flying lints, useless consumption of energy, useless noise pollution and to facilitate loading and unloading. Disponible con 3 ecartamientos: 200, 240 y 300 mm., con estructura modular. CONFIGURACION DE LA MAQUINA BASICA Monocontrol Unico movimiento de los dos frentes con uno o dos motores, en funcin de la longitud de la retorcedora. Transmisin por poleas fijas, intercambiables. Cabezal de mando: Con caja de engranajes inferior para variar las torsiones, el sentido de las torsiones S/Z y caja de engranajes superior para variar el ngulo de cruzamiento, la modulacin, el desplazamiento axial, la velocidad de los sobrealimentadores. Mando independiente para cada huso Para garantizar la constancia de las revoluciones entre uno y otro huso, reducir los consumos energticos y los niveles de ruido de la transmisin. Huso con freno independiente por pedal Introduccin neumtica del cabo Para reducir al mnimo los tiempos muertos del huso para el cambio de alimentacin y aumentar la produccin por obrero, simplificando las operaciones. Reserva del hilo Para poder utilizar racionalmente la bobina de hilado retorcido en las elaboraciones sucesivas. Contrapeso del brazo portabobinas Para la presin constante de la bobina sobre el cilindro. Embrague del brazo portabobinas Para la rotacin regular de la bobina. Reenvo del sobrealimentador Para variar la tensin del hilo de recogida. Dispositivo neumtico de bloqueo y subida de los palpadores Para la subida automtica del palpador al pararse la mquina. Fileta portabobinas Para facilitar el gobierno de la mquina. EQUIPAMIENTO OPCIONAL Doble mando Frentes totalmente independientes por: velocidad de los husos, velocidad de recogida, torsiones, ngulo de cruzamiento, sobrealimentacin, desplazamiento axial. Variador continuo de las torsiones Para programar desde el teclado del Ispector el valor de las torsiones deseado. Inverter de mando de la velocidad de los husos Para la variacin continua de la velocidad de los husos, programable desde el teclado del Ispector. A peticin el inverter puede estar ubicado cerca del cabezal o en un armario separado. Frenado automtico de los husos A falta de hilo de alimentacin, el palpador manda el frenado neumtico del huso para evitar la formacin de hilachas voladizas, intiles absorciones de energa, intiles poluciones sonoras, facilidad de carga y descarga de la alimentacin. Avivado Con depsito de aceite, situado en la cabeza del huso. Twist Master Sistema DUO POT Elaboracin con elastmeros Parafinador Accin por interferencia para asegurar un parafinado constante. Package unloading belt (optional) On request the Geminis twister can be fitted with a package unloading belt along the central part of the machine. This device facilitates doffing of the packages produced and their evacuation at the tail end of the machine. Unloading can be on the right or left.

Cinta de descarga de las bobinas (opcional) Opcionalmente, la mquina Geminis puede estar provista de una cinta de descarga de las bobinas a lo largo de la parte central de la mquina. Este dispositivo facilita la operacin de mudada de las bobinas producidas y su evacuacin en la cola de la mquina. La descarga se puede realizar a la derecha o izquierda.
