as aseptic buffer tank between a product treatment plant and one or several filling machines. Through the application of a sterile tank a return flow of the product to the processing plant is being avoided and thus it is excluded that the product is heated several times. This guarantees a continuously high product quality. The filling machines can be fed continuously for a long time so that they can be optimally utilized. At the same time the entire running time of the processing plant is being reduced and the energy consumption is reduced accordingly. GEA TDS sterile tanks are designed corresponding to the high requirements of aseptic systems and stand out due to their safety and long production intervals. Due to their pre-assembly in a favourable modular design the expense for installation and erection is minimized.

Design of the sterile tank system material: No. AISI 321 pressure - -1 bar / +3,5 bar, max. 140C range: execution : - standing on ball feet - double jacket for cooling, without pressure - manhole in tank lid - product inlet at tank bottom - approved to DGRL-AD2000
