Alabama Crew (Tuscaloosa, Ala., August 2012-August 2013) Volunteer Head Coach Recruited athletes to bring the teams roster to fifty members and three new assistant coaches Coordinated and executed practices, boat maintenance, giving workouts to athletes for on their own training, helping with medical emergencies, scheduling meetings and managing overall team performance Fundraised over $4,000 dollars in a three month span, team won 5 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals for the 2012 fall season.
