THE COURT: And I had spoken to Mr. Gillespie last week, and he informed me he was in need of a court order to follow up on his motion for voluntary dismissal. And since that time I've been told he filed a couple more motions. And I informed him that he had set orally at our last hearing that he was going to be filing a verified motion to disqualify myself and just I'm making a record, I haven't received it. Now, go ahead. MR. GILLESPIE: I have a copy of it for you. THE COURT: Is this it? MR. GILLESPIE: Yes, Judge. THE COURT: Okay. Thank you. All right. Now that I've received it, we can't proceed on any of the pending motions until I issue a ruling on this. And -- MR. RODEMS: We'll await your ruling. THE COURT: Okay. All right. And the Court cannot qualify -- comment on the truthfulness of any of the allegations.
