Know the basic concepts, uses and principles of engineering instruments and equipments. Know the basic foundation for higher studies in mechanical engineering and a background on engineering materials, common engineering tools, mechanical engineering terms, devices and engine, and to involve students in identifying the different test method in determining the properties of fuels and lubricants.
