I am a victim of a series of crimes starting with an MDs ofce in Soho to the NYPD and I allege Internal Affairs. In the Citys motion to dismiss their lawyer gave me NYPD documents that even state I feared for my safety!

The AG Investigative Unit told me to contact Cy Vance/Manhattan DA. !I contacted Mr. Vance and all divisions and again was turned away from reporting the assault. ! I allege the NYPD and IAB xed me being assaulted and IAB is protecting the NYPD that coerced me to drop charges. !The NYPD and IAB I allege have a lot to hide and unless Mr. Bratton can get to the bottom of this I will continue to demand an Outside Federal Monitor for the NYPD AND Internal Affairs. ! I allege the head of IAB Charles Campisi has so many lawsuits including allegations of sexual discrimination and racism as well as it being a boys club that Mr. Campisi timed the NYPD false disability scandal to coincide with Mr. Bratton coming to power to avoid termination. ! IAB Sgt Mary ODonnnel read me Delita Hooks ghost written letter and I want to nd out who actually wrote it and the letter carries yet another threat from Delita Hooks stating to her NYPD pals if I ever le assault charges against her she will le them against me. ! I did try to upgrade the assault charges to 2nd degree and I was turned away. !The NYPD had turned me away repeatedly before the attack violating my 14th amendment rights and coercing me also violating my 5th and 14th amendment rights I have audio of the NYPD and Sgt Chen turning me away when I try to report Delita Hooks led a false cross complaint 2 hours after Sgt Chen via the phone agreed I had the right to report Delita Hooks false cross complaint. !I have audio of IAB Sgt ODonnell on the phone repeatedly stating case closed because of Ron Kubys letter.

CCRB gave my complaint to IAB. I told CCRB no I already made the complaint with IAB and please keep my complaints and make the ofcers come in and testify under oath or IAB will do everything in secret and so far IAB has let two NYPD ofcers retire but because I am so vocal IAB claims the case if open. IAB said I have made a lot of complaints and via their lawyer complain my emails incessant. If IAB did their job I wouldnt be emailing them at all. CCRBs lawyer Graham Daw debated courteousness and I allege along with the board wrongly decided I was not a victim of discourteousness or abuse of authority yet ironically CCRB saw something of a criminal nature and did forward my case to IAB. If they had forwarded yet kept my case IAB could not have covered up even allowing Det Vergona and Lt. Burgos to retire. Via this letter I am demanding CCRB take back my case. I went and testied at CCRB April 10th, 2013. I asked that if CCRB is not going to do their job that their services are no longer needed and truly we do need an outside Commission in to The NYPD.

They all now my name but I am not their MDs patient and I was told they all lied about me. None offered to assist me although I was clearly bleeding under the skin.
