We presented on Al Rams Electronics to promote them as partner of Consumer and IT based electronic products to GEMS Education. b. The presentation was brief information about kind of different brand and their product lines which Al Rams deals with. c. After the presentation we conducted a !"A session with the Mana#ement to re$iew the product re%uirement and their %ueries. d. After !"A session we decided to conduct a #roup discussion session to understand the hidden re%uirement from their side. e. After the presentation we escorted the GEMS Mana#ement Staff and Al Rams Staff for a luncheon. f. With this we finished the e$ent and $acated the area with return of e%uipments such as &aptops and ensured the cleanliness of the area is maintained. P8- Review the success of the business event '$erall the success of the business e$ent was e$aluated b( )eedback form which is prepared to see the response from GEMS Mana#ement. The results were #i$en satisfactor( response where GEMS Mana#ement understood our presentation and re$iewed our st(le of presentation. The content used in the presentation was appreciated with reference to the insi#hts presented. The team performed brilliantl( with e$er( member bein# present to make the e$ent a success. The roles were clearl( defined and the team members followed to ensure that the presentation was done in a manner we intend to. The presentation was re$iewed b( ha$in# discussion in such a manner that GEMS Mana#ement accepted our $iewpoints on Al Rams becomin# a potential supplier. 'ur main ob*ecti$e was to earn a $aluable learnin# e+perience in order to understand the process how the mana#ement works and who are the ke( decision makers. We had to put forward a business proposal to promote A& Rams as a preferred supplier of GEMS. We did learn on marketin# the compan( and ensure that our messa#e was deli$ered. ,asicall( our team did perform well accordin# to our planned acti$ities. We e+ecuted thin#s accordin# to the time and situation. Althou#h if were asked to impro$e we would focus more on fle+ibilit( of our workin# st(le since we can-t alwa(s e+pect thin#s to happen on time so we should be alwa(s prepared with a back.up plan. As I remember one our #uest was little late in arri$in# at the e$ent so we didn-t ha$e an( filler to put in. We were reall( proud of our presentation st(le constant interaction with the audience content used in the presentation coordination amon#st members to e+ecute their *ob. It is difficult to choose the

best candidate out of the e$ent since this was a team.coordinated work. ,ut I belie$e /a0i% and Mustafa did their *ob %uite #ood as the( had their task set.up before the e$ent could be#in. The( finished their work before time and were in$ol$ed in other work as well. Mustafa was stand.out member who went accordin# to the plan and was in$ol$ed in most of the *obs e$en thou#h he wasn-t re%uired to. /e was $er( much concerned about the success of the e$ent.
