May 07-Present Assistant Superintendent (4th year as assistant), AIT & Ohio State International Turf Intern Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and managing daily maintenance operations including but not limited to chemicals, fertilizer and pesticide applications, water management (hand watering), and general maintenance of all playing surfaces. Assist with the development and fine tuning of a detailed chemical, fertilizer program with disease management. Assist with the development and execution of Integrated Pest Management Program. Organize and lead cultural practices including aerification, topdressing, dryject, deep tine in order to improve the overall plant and soil health. Assist in the design and installation of over 12,000 linear feet of drainage. Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of the irrigation system. Assist in a continuous tree management program including the removal and planting. Involved in a $3 million master renovation including the installation of a brand new Rainbird Nimbus irrigation system and the restoration of all 110 bunkers
