In the present day high security environment , there is a need to strengthen protection against terrorist threats that include explosive, chemical, radiological and nuclear attacks. The most effective prevention against such attacks is detection and identification of the threat before it activates. The DViN-1 proprietary next-generation Neutron detection technology makes our systems among the most advanced detection tools available today. Our systems are the only true chemical-specific, automated technology available in the marketplace which can not only detect the presence of, but also identify by elemental composition a wide range of materials, whether shielded or masked including, explosives, special nuclear materials, chemical agents and drugs.
Benefits of DViN-1
Identify over 30 types of explosives and drugs Automated detection within minutes Portable & Remote Device Improve Response Times Reduce False Alarm Rates Reduce Costly Delays Low Maintenance & Service requirements

Detection Technique
The Detection technique was developed and tested on more than 450 tests performed with various objects and in different conditions. In order to make false alarm rates as low as possible, many tests were done with real-life objects. Shielding substances: Cereals, fertilizers, consumer electronics, clothing, footwear, printed matter, frying pans etc. Developed technique is implemented in graphical user interface, which doesnt require operators intervention in decision making Achieved probability of explosive substance imitator detection in various detection conditions is found to be 95% False alarm rate is 2%

DOES RADIACTIVITY GET INDUCED IN SCREENED OBJECTS, ENVIRONMENT, SCANNER ITSELF? There is no activation of object under control and environmental objects. Activation radiation dose rate from complex neutron generator structure immediately after its switching off (operation tune 10 minutes) does not exceed 0.4 Sv/h, and in 10 minutes after switching off does not exceed background values. - An excerpt from the Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion of
