False Column
Not really used to support weight and need little connection at the base to maintain their position. usually install inside or outside the building to maximize the workability and reduces cost. produced at the factory in the forms panel. Advantages : easy to install, it is light in weight, less of finishing work to be done. Disadvantages : highly flammable, easy to rot (damage) when exposed to water.
Curve Panel
Curve panel is build to make the building become beautiful and stylish. It also usually install for make the sharp edge become blunt and curve. Advantages : it easy to build in, time saved, less money spent. Disadvantages : cannot be renovate, less design.
Cornice
Cornice is designed to provide an attractive finish at the junction of the wall and ceiling. The cornice comes in a range of designs It can be used on plasterboard or cement rendered surfaces.
