3his &a&er &resents a )ision for the &otential econo%ic gains associated 6ith green building. !o%e of the benefits ha)e already been 6ell established and docu%ented8 such as energy efficiency. 'any of the others ite%s such as increased rent and faster tenant lease7u& still need to be &ro)en. It is not hard to understand that a healthy8 resources efficient and daylight building is better than one that is highly de&endent on chea& &o6er8 is resource consu%&ti)e in its use of energy8 6ater and %aterials and does not ha)e o&ti%al air 1uality.
