Section 27 of Republic Act No. 7166, as amended by Republic Act No. 8 !", is #ereby furt#er amended to read as follo$s: %Sec. 27. Number of Copies of Election Returns and their Distribution. & '#e (oard of election inspectors s#all prepare in #and$ritin) t#e election returns in t#eir respecti*e pollin) places, in t#e number of copies #erein pro*ided and in t#e form to be prescribed and pro*ided by t#e +ommission. %'#e copies of t#e election returns s#all be distributed as follo$s: %,a- .n t#e election of /resident, 0ice /resident, Senators and Members of t#e 1ouse of Representati*es: %,1- '#e first copy s#all be deli*ered to t#e city or municipal board of can*assers2 %,2- '#e second copy, to t#e +on)ress, directed to t#e /resident of t#e Senate2 %,3- '#e t#ird copy, to t#e +ommission2 %,!- '#e fourt# copy, to t#e dominant ma4ority party as determined by t#e +ommission in accordance $it# la$2 %,"- '#e fift# copy, to t#e dominant minority party is determined by t#e +ommission in accordance $it# la$2
