Tesla was referring to unlimited energy! derived from the environment. Several of his maEor free energy discoveries have been the e$clusive stolen property of our Secret 0overnment. The conversion of energy to a stronger force 7 electropulsion 7 used to control the much weaker gravity force! would accomplish more work in the same amount of time! and produce .over unity1 results. Some of Telsas unusual conceptualiCation of the ether had been nonetheless e$pounded piecemeal! in his preceding (,*FGs lectures. :e later railed against the limited and erroneous theories of 'a$well! :ertC! #orentC! and >instein. Teslas ether was neither the .solid1 ether with the .tenuity of steel1 of 'a$well and :ertC! nor the halfAhearted! entrained! gaseous ether of #orentC. Teslas ether consisted of .carriers immersed in an insulating Huid1! which 4lled all space. Its properties varied according to relative movement! the presence of mass! and the electric and magnetic environment. Teslas ether was rigidi4ed by rapidly varying electrostatic forces! and was thereby involved in gravitational eIects! inertia! and momentum! especially in the space near earth! since! as e$plained by Tesla! the earth is .2like a charged metal ball moving through space1! which creates the enormous! rapidly varying electrostatic forces which diminish in intensity with the sJuare of the distance from earth! In order to understand the ether! we must get to know electricity more intimately. 8ust like water! a proton will hold only so much electricity on its surface! but the Nsurface of the proton is probably similar to the outer area of a ballAshaped swarm of hovering mechanical bees! powered by the U%5! with a denser agglomeration of .bees1 toward the Nballs center. which was in motion relative to earth! because the earth is in motion. The thing which Tesla had realiCed! was that ether possesses electric charges which are deposited on atoms. In supporting the .dynamic1 ether concept! he was supporting the .stationary ether1 concept! since the .motion1 he referred to was .apparent1 motion of the ether perceived by an observer on earth! relative to a stationary ether.

The importance of cosmic motion to the electromagnetic eIects of static charges was brought up by Tesla in his lecture< .About 4fteen years ago! %rof. 5owland demonstrated a most interesting and important fact! namely! that a static charge carried around produces the eIects of an electric current.1 .2and conceiving the electrostatically charged molecules in motion! this e$perimental fact gives us a fair idea of magnetism. "e can conceive lines or tubes of force which physically e$ist! being formed of rows of directed moving molecules= we can see that these lines must be closed! that they must tend to shorten and e$pand! etc. It likewise e$plains in a reasonable way! the most puCCling phenomenon of all! permanent magnetism! and! in general! has all the beauties of the Ampere theory without possessing the vital defect of the same! namely! the assumption of molecular currents. "ithout enlarging further upon the subEect! I would say! that I look upon all electrostatic! current and magnetic phenomena as being due to electrostatic molecular forces.1 In these statements! Tesla showed he was aware that any .stationary1 locale on earth is actually in fantastic motion &.9F!FFF mph1-. The electrostatic charges .carried around1 are currents between atoms and the ether! which produce magnetism. Since no one can hold an atom or molecule perfectly stillVbecause it is in fantastic motionVall atoms and molecules carry currents producing magnetic 4elds. Since a magnetic 4eld is the product of a current! no one can produce a magnetic 4eld without electricity! moving through or along a conductor! or as electrostatic charges in local or cosmic motion. Teslas /ynamic Theory of 0ravity and ':/ method of Spacial >lectropulsion brought a cosmic crowning achievement to the works of ;araday! "m. Thomson! 8. 8. Thomson! and >dmund :all. CONCLUSION The ether is a universal medium! which 4lls all space. It appears to be .dynamic1 relative to an earth moving thousands of miles per hour through space. The ether is normally electrically neutral! ultraA4ne! and penetrates all solid matter. There is also an ultra high freJuency! ubiJuitous radiation! normally in eJuilibrium! called Uero %oint 5adiation &.U%51-! which interpenetrates the ether! and represents electromagnetic radiation in its 4nest! densest form! which! in conEunction with the ether! conserves universal perpetual motion. The ether in conEunction with the U%5! is the source of all matter and force. .>nergy1 does not e$ist in physical form! but is .the ability to do work1! which is eJual to .force over time1. The word .energy1 is a convenient 4ction! like .time1! which is an arbitrary measurement of the rate of motion of matter through etherA4lled space. All events occur in the present! and the .past1 and .future1 are merely metaphors. >lectromagnetic disturbances in the ether e$tract .energy1 from the U%5! which is e$plainable only by an ether theory. This .free energy1! which is virtually unlimited! is universally at work! created by the perpetual motion of matter! and the perpetual e$change of stronger and weaker forces! through which the eJuilibrium of the universe is maintained! the sum total of all processes eJualing Cero. Since all solid matter is continually hurling through space! always in motion! it is always subEected to the .etheric wind1 and U%5 interactions. These eIects are not perceived e$cept during changes in the orientation of mass or its velocity. All mass and space have dielectric properties. /iIerences in dielectric properties cause changes in the electromagnetic displacement within mass and the etheric wind. >arths electric 4eld creates dielectric displacement eIects within ether and mass within earths electric 4eld. The diIerence between the dielectric displacement within a mass and the dielectric displacement outside the mass in the etheric wind! creates a downAforce in the direction of the negative polarity! as the etheric wind Nblows through a mass. This is called .gravity1. Since all mass is in motion! all mass has momentum! even when apparently .at rest1 relative to earth. 'omentum is a bodys resistance to change in its state of motion. Since inertia is

also the resistance of a body to changes in its momentum! inertia and momentum are due to the same thing! the resistance of electromagnetic micro helical tubules to changes in velocity &and relative .pitch1-! direction! and lateral motions or orientation. Since all space and mass is composed only of .electric content1! momentumOinertia is electromagnetic in nature! and can be electromagnetically synthesiCed. All mass contains electrostatic charges! which when .carried around1 in the etherOU%5A4lled space by celestial or Nlocal movement! constitute currents. These currents actually How between mass and the ether! and are integral to the mechanism by which momentum is imparted to mass in motion. The currents create magnetic 4elds as their eJualA andAopposite counterparts! and give a rotatory motion to combined! biAdirectional electric and magnetic 4elds and currents! around irrotational vacuous ether cores. This rotatory electromagnetic action creates momentum! as the forceAfree .screwAtype1 reaction within mass! creating its motion relative to the ether cores! from which the mechanical force is transferred to the atomic mass with which the electromagnetism is associated. Since these phenomena are electromagnetic in nature! they are synthesiCed by recreation of the electromagnetic conditions which a body would e$hibit due to a particular kinetic state. 8ust as electromagnetic waves of low freJuency can penetrate a body! waves of higher freJuencies 7 above I.5. and below D.W.A can cause the ether to .assert its inertia resistance1. The technology involves high voltage /.6. Nbrush currents! high freJuency currents! rapidly varying electrostatic forces! and lightOheat beams. The rapidly varying electrostatic forces .rarify1 &stretch- the ether carriers! as the lightOheat beams polariCe the medium in the desired direction! as the /.6. brush currents induce the e$change of carriers! creating a vacuum in that direction! inducing motion. At the opposite end of the ship! high freJuency currents draw the carriers through the ship! and creates a compression of the ether! as it penetrates the solid mass and synthesiCes the rotatory micro helical tubules! which whirl around the ether cores along the polar a$is! at a pitch corresponding to a particular rate of momentum. Since the strength of the electromagnetic interaction is (FO3F time greater than the gravitational interaction! that much more work can theoretically be done in the same time! using the same .energy1.
