Consultancy Services for the Feasibility Study on the Construction of a Health Records Archives at Grand Bois - Reference No. MHPQ/WKS & S/2014/Q6. The Ministry of Health and Quality of Life intends to appoint a reputed Mauritian/International Consultancy firm with experience in conducting feasibility study as morefully described in the summarised Terms of Reference (TOR) in the website. The consultancy firm shall consist of a multidisciplinary team comprising of Health Planner/Archivist, Architect, Engineer/s (Mechanical, Civil and Electrical) and Quantity Surveyor among others. The multi- disciplinary team shall be led by a Health Planner/Archivist or Project Manager having proven experience in conducting feasibility studies for Health Care Building and Archiving Projects. The minimum requirement for pre-selection shall be at least 10 years proven experience in the field. 2. Qualifications requirements include: (i) Consultancy firm should have capacity, resources and sound financial situations; and (ii) as per other qualifying criteria mentioned in the summarised TOR. 3. 4. Any clarifications sought by any Consultant in respect of the shortlisting exercise shall be addressed in writing to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Quality of Life, 10th Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, SSR Street, Port Louis, Attn: Manager Procurement and Supply, Fax no. 201 1747 or 211 6864 so as to reach her at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of the application.

Applications in sealed envelope clearly marked Consultancy Services for the Feasibility Study on the Construction of a Health Records Archives at Grand Bois - Reference No. MHPQ/WKS & S/2014/Q6 and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health & Quality of Life and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the undermentioned address or sent by Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Quality of Life on or before Wednesday 05 March 2014 up to 13.30 hours (local time) at latest. If the size of the envelope makes it impossible to place it in the box, such envelope shall be handed over to the Officer in Charge of the Secretariat, Tendering Unit of the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life, 5th Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, SSR Street, Port Louis who shall record the date and time of receipt.

Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same place at 13.45 hrs on the same day. 6. 7.
