Awareness
You are an idea of consciousness. Your idea flows and changes through the interaction with other ideas. As long as the idea is changing, the dream is interesting. When the idea stops flowing with the change, you stop acting as an individual idea of consciousness and become one with the wave of consciousness. I have surrendered the individual idea of me to the Eternal Creator, and in return the Creator has made me a Story of Universal Love, Light & Truth. Not being an idea anymore, my story does not wither through the interaction with bad ideas; instead my story strengthens and inspires good ideas to become more splendid, beautiful and amazing Ideas, full of Light. My story is about Universal Dharma and is being written by the Gods, Angels, Ascended Masters and All the Brothers and Sisters of Oneness through the power of Unconditional Love. You, too, can surrender your idea to the Creator and enjoy being a Story. It takes courage, effort and hard discipline, but the rewards are infinite and supreme.

All is One, One infinite dream of the Eternal Father. And we are all his blessed Children, every one of us. We are filled with the wisdom, love and wonder of the Universe within our hearts.

By shining the Light within our hearts, we can individually connect all together into the one infinite dream of the Creator and forget the old dualistic confusing dreams of the past. 0. Introduction

God created life. But Life is energy manifesting in space. Modern Physics states that Energy cannot be created or destroyed. Energy can only be transferred from one state to the other Law of Conservation of Energy. Hence, not only did God create life & energy, but God is Energy & Energy is God which is all Life. Energy and Matter Relation: Q. What is Matter? A. Any physical substance is considered to be matter. Matter is broadly considered to be of four states i.e. Solid, Liquid, Gaseous and Plasma. In fact, all matter is energy. Dr. Albert Einstein, with his equation E = mc2 (E=energy, m=mass and c=speed of light), showed that all matter can be converted into energy. Hence, everything around us is energy condensed to various vibrations giving rise to various objects i.e. matter, in space. Since everything is energy, everything is God.

With a few statements, it has been proved that All is God. You, me and everything around us is the divine creation of the infinite being. You are a reflection of this infinite being. You are infinite in nature. You are God, dear One.

Atoms and Molecules:

An atom is the basic unit of matter. It consists of a dense central nucleus surrounded by a cloud of negatively charged electrons (as represented in the diagram). The atom consists of: 1. A central nucleus consists of Protons (positively charged particles) and Neutrons (neutrally charged particles) The red ball in the centre. 2. The Electrons (negatively charged) surrounding and revolving around the central nucleus the small black dots around the centre red ball. Structurally arranged atoms create molecules. Molecules are the basic building blocks of matter. Atoms, being the basic unit of matter, consists of 1 % mass (protons, neutrons and electrons) whilst the rest 99% is space. Hence, molecules and all matter consist of 99% space and just 1 % mass. This means that, you, me and everything around is 99% space and only 1% mass.

So how would one define what is REAL in Life? One should be aware that what is Real in Reality is the cause and result of the minds conditions, which in turn determines Perception. It is perception that varies in the life of a business man, school boy, policeman, teacher, banker, engineer, doctor, earthworm, owl, eagle, octopus, dolphins, mole, freedom fighter, light worker etc. and the various perceptions of life are perceived through respective conditions of reality. Every individual determines their own reality on what they believe to be real, based on their individual minds conditions and lifes experiences.

To say it simply, every individual being is imagining an idea of a dream of their life and work towards achieving this dream. Thus their individual reality is formed based on achieving this dream. This is true whether one is aware of it or not. Everything around us, and us inclusive, is space. The changes we observe in reality are the modifications of space in space. Space is modified by consciousness on the collective level, by the collective imagination of consciousness. Every individual projects the space around themselves, thus creating their individual perception of reality. The collection of lessons learned in life through experiences and self realizations result in the creation of a memory. Over time, this memory creates conditions in the minds imagination, consequently creating a reality. Thus, through experiences and conditions, every person perceives a reality and refers to it as Life. Duality:

As the Oneness of this magnificent Cosmic Universe is manifested into the two halves of creation in infinite realms, the illusion of Duality is created and manifests infinitely in all realms of existence. On the 3rd Dimension, the causes of the dualistic effects are: 1. Dual Nature of Energy: The ability of photons to possess the ability to act as a particle or as a wave of potential. 2. The Good (+) and Bad (-) Effect: All dimension subjected to duality participate in the positive and negative flow of energy in reality.

3. Various Dual aspects of Reality: The manifestation of oneness into duality creates the effect in reality of duality such as Man and Woman; two hands; two eyes; two feet; two lungs; on and off; and so on.

Shiva Shakthi: Shiva Shakthi is a term used for the flow of the dualistic energies of the cosmos. The ShivaShakthi energies play infinitely in various realms and dimensions of existence. In terms of sexuality, Shiva is the masculine energy and Shakthi is the feminine energy. In terms of energetic perception, Shiva is the energy of Dreaming whilst Shakthi is the energy of Grounding. In terms of polar energies, Shiva is positive (+) and Shakthi is negative (-). In terms of the Infinite Cosmos, Shiva is the divine Creator/Dreamer and Shakthi is the divine manifestation of Creation. Shiva - Shakthi merge into Oneness in the Heart of the Cosmos in the 4th Space The Divine merge of Two into One. Laws of Attraction: The attraction between the Shiva and Shakthi energies of duality governs and sustains the Cosmos. In Nature, all bodies possess a gravitational field. By definition, gravity is a natural phenomenon by which all physical bodies attract each other. Thus there exist various phenomena of attraction and repulsion based on several parameters in the infinite cosmos. Human beings attract each other based on similar vibrations. It is ones vibration that creates the attraction between random individuals and of course, there exists the all natural attraction between Shiva and Shakthi (Male and Female). This natural attraction that exists allows the sustenance for consciousness on this dimension the creation and maintenance of duality. Space: All is space. In reality, space is manifested into inner space and outer space. Inner space is the space within the being and outer space is the space projected by the being. It is the minds construct of the ego that creates perception. The outer space (or reality) of the individual is nothing but the reflection of the inner space (minds conditioning and food consumed). Any change in inner space directly results in the respective change in outer space of the individuals reality. Time: Time is infinite. In the 3rd Dimension, time is perceived to be finite and believed to begin at one point and end at another. This is the limited illusory perception of infinite time. Here are a few ideas to help one contemplate the reality of infinite time: NOW. Now every possible event has happened, is happening, is about to happen and not happen at the same time. Now, everything is, was and will be. Time is NOW stretched into the infinite realms of eternity. Time is one moment pulled forever on either side on an infinite axis. It is the One

Moment of Forever. And NOW, in this lifetime, you are participating in a very small finite segment of this infinite moment of Time. So be sure to enjoy your time NOW in this infinitely divine moment. This is the essence of spiritual wisdom. In order to transcend time and overcome all fears, one is to be in the moment, aware of being in the NOW. Accomplishing this thoroughly results in great spiritual evolution of the soul and one transcends the limited conditioning of the mind along with the limitations of duality. In order to transcend duality, one is to feel oneness within the being. This is possible through the unconditional power of Love. Through Love, we transcend the limitations of time and space and integrate our Body, Mind and Soul into the Oneness of the Cosmos.

OM. 1. The Infinite Cosmos

I. Realms of the Cosmos:

As energy of the One is split into the two, the One is manifested into infinite realms of duality extending through multiple dimensions and worlds. 1. The Ground realm (1st Dimension): The realm is the collection of the negative charge of cosmic existence. We observe the manifestation of this realm, in our reality, as the surface of the earth, which is negatively charged. 2. Electromagnetic realm (2nd Dimension): The Electromagnetic realm governs the energy exchange between positive and negative charges. The attraction between the polar opposite charges is responsible for electricity. In the Human body, it is due to the flow of polar charges that we feel and perceive through the senses. Our body senses feeling through the central nervous system and this system responds through the flow of electrical charges. Externally, we enjoy this realm through the wondrous applications of electronic devices, electrical lightings, displays etc. 3. Physical realm (3rd Dimension): Life or Reality as you have perceived so far in the duration of this physical life time. The 3 orientations to describe space of this dimension are Length, Breadth and Height. The space of the 3rd dimension is limited by the confines of time. On Earth, consciousness embodies physical forms which are Dualistic in nature, i.e. The Male persona and the Female persona. Together, these two energies mix and blend together in the eternal game of Shiva Shakthi which creates life and continues the flow of consciousness on this dimension.

4. The Watcher/Observer realm (4th Dimension): As we observe from the diagram, the 4th dimension is situated in the centre of the infinite creation. In this dimension, the Shiva Shakthi energies merge into Oneness. The positive and negative charges are not subjected to duality here but merge into Unity. In this dimension, time and space merge into one. Here, consciousness embodies time and space. Hence, 4th dimensional Beings OR Watchers merge their consciousness into any space and time continuum of the infinity, though they are only able to observe and interact on certain frequencies. Interaction by a watcher in a denser frequency will cause the body of the watcher to shift into a life form of the consequent density. To understand this better, imagine with me the consciousness of Adam existing in the 4th Dimensional being A Watcher. When observing life on the planet Earth, Adam was allured to taste the forbidden fruit and by surrendering to this primal desire, his being shifted from the Oneness of the Cosmos into the Duality of the 3rd Dimension. The vibration of his soul lowered from a higher angelic vibration to a lower physical vibration. And from Oneness, the soul of Adam split physically into Adam and Eve (Shiva Shakthi) on this planet Earth. The 3rd and 4th dimensional worlds are illusory playgrounds for consciousness to manifest and play from the higher realms. Beings from the higher realms create beings in the lower realms for various reasons. Godly manifestations of consciousness do virtuous deeds and worship God where as Demonic manifestations do evil selfish deeds and satisfy personal desires.

5. The Etheric realms (5th Dimension): The Etheric realm transcends space and time. In this dimension, consciousness embodies Etheric bodies that are of higher vibrations compared physical forms. Here, consciousness is expanded into the Galactic level of awareness. These beings are aware of 3rd and 4th dimensional beings and have influence on the lower dimensional worlds. This realm is subjected to the principles of duality Ascended Masters, Buddhas and Angels (Positive aspect) and Demons and Djinns (Negative aspect). 6. The Celestial realms (6th Dimension): The realm of Celestial beings. In this dimension, the existence of consciousness in much higher energy vibrations. These beings have great influences on the lower realms. Consciousness is expanded into Cosmic awareness and this realm subjected to Dualistic principles Celestial God Kings (Positive) and Demon Kings (Negative).

7. The Infinite realm of Energy (7th Dimension): This realm is the collection of the liberated charge (the positive charge) of the cosmic existence, the Polar opposite to the Grounding realm. When positive energy from this realm is transferred into the lower realms to create matter or energy, the equal amount of negative energy is withdrawn from the ground realm to balance the energy level of the Infinite cosmos (Matter and anti-matter). Hence, creating, sustaining and destroying all the dimensions of the Cosmic Universe, time and again, Infinitely Forever and Always. Om.

II. Energy Flow within the Infinite Cosmos: When man in the 3rd Dimension offers devotional prayer, worship or pooja to the respective deity, the positive vibrations of love and devotion satisfy the Ascended beings, Angels and God kings, and in exchange, the deities reward the devotees for their devotion with virtue and wisdom this is the positive exchange of energy within the realms of the Infinity. Whereas when a 3rd dimensional being fights or destroys oneself or another, he is creating a negative vibration. These negative vibrations satisfy the demons, djinns and Demon kings and in exchange, the individual gains corrupt power this is the negative exchange of energy within the realms of the Infinity. This is the Universal exchange of energy in the infinite cosmos The Dharmic energy in Worship, Love and Oneness between Aware Man, Gods and Ascended beings; and The Karmic sinful negative energy in Ignorance, Fear and Destruction between Ignorant Man, Demons, and Djinns. Thus the Infinite creation of the cosmos works like a battery running on the exchange of positive and negative energy. Energy exchange between the Negative and Positive poles (The Ground realm and The Infinite Realm of Energy) sustains the cosmic energy, ever flowing Creating, Preserving and Destroying. III. The Unconditionally Loving Father and Mother: The Eternal Father: In the centre of the Celestial realm of our Divine cosmos, there exists the Eternal Creator. He is father to all. And his creations, such as our Solar system and planet Earth, are the manifestation of his divine creation. The Eternal Father exists in a purest state of energy, connecting the realm of infinite energy (7th dimension) to all the dimensional realms and worlds. The Divine father knows all, sees all and is all. Every individual in the cosmos is a mirror of the Eternal One. All is but the infinite reflection of the Eternal One. He is known by many names through different cultures Shiva, Yahweh, Jah, Jehovah, Allah, God the Father and so on. All the names are One; the Eternal Father is One in Energy with all children and He Loves You Unconditionally.

Pacha Mama or Mother Gaia: Pacha Mama or Mother Gaia is the spirit that is the embodiment of our solar system. Just as the chakras govern the human physical body so consciousness can embody and perceive a reality, the planets in our solar system are the Chakras of the cosmic body of Pacha Mama. The Sun is the Crown chakra and the Earth is the Heart of Pacha Mama. We all live in the heart of this beautiful divine mother spirit. Similarly, all constellations are the chakra systems of cosmic beings that exist beyond our physical realm of perception, but within our spiritual grasps. By going within the self, one is able to communicate with the spirits that govern the Universe, such as the beautiful spirit of Pacha Mama. Humanity at the moment is quite disconnected from their individual hearts and so the

disconnection exists with the heart of Pacha Mama. But all that is changing as we are dawning the new age of Humanity Satya Yuga (Age of Truth) or The Golden Age. Presently, perception in our planet is being tuned to the 4th and 5th dimensional frequency. Majority of humanity still perceives the 3rd dimensional realities, but all that is to change in the time to come. When Humanity connects back to the heart of Pacha Mama, all will be restored to its order and all will flow in harmony.

IV. Sprouts of Consciousness: Life is possible because of Our Father Creator and Mother Spirit. For Humanity, consciousness exists as an idea; the idea possesses a body made up of the elements, which is offered by Pacha Mama, and the Essence or Living Spirit of this idea is offered by our Divine Father. Humanity exists as sprouts of Consciousness. Different gods and deities have dreamt various beings on Earth. These beings devout their good intentions of their respective Gods and receive blessings and realize virtue in return. This is the interaction between the realms of consciousness, within the infinite dream of the Eternal Creator. In the present moment, Dark Lords along with Established Families, through dark arts, rituals and mass blood offerings (Iraq War, 9-11, Libya war, WW-1, WW-2., Hiroshima and Nagasaki, any war in the past and present) have disconnected the sprouted vessels from their higher selves and have opened up these vessels to Demonic vibrations and dream realities. This is the reason for the confusion and suffering in Humanity today. Humans naturally Love to Love, but due to this disconnection and demonic games, miserable realities have been unleashed unto the Children of the Father; for the pleasure of a Few Dark Lords and Power for the Demons and Djinns. All this is on the verge of ending Dear Children of Oneness. Be strong and shine the light now. As of October 2013, due to the combined effort of Light workers, the Gods, Angels and all the Brothers and Sisters of Oneness everywhere, the mutilated and hacked human DNA of the Demons was surrendered to the Divine Ones and presently, the Human DNA is being tuned back into the Dream of the Eternal Father on the 4th, 5th and 6th dimensional frequencies, here now on planet Earth. In time, the Gods, Angels and Ascended Masters are to walk on Earth again; Awakened sprouts of consciousness connected with their higher selves. We are all here to set back the balance in Humanity through Love and Oneness and bring back the connection with the Eternal Father and Pacha Mama. V. Free Energy:

The Earths Resonant Frequency (Schumann Resonance): The earths surface and the ionosphere form a spherical cavity with a fundamental frequency at around 7.83 Hz and this frequency is said to be rising, close to 8 Hz. This base resonant frequency of the Earth scientifically is known as Schumann resonances. The North Pole and The South Pole of Planet Earth, along with the rotation and revolution, create the potential for magnetic and electrical charges to flow on the planet. The web of these charges are characterised scientifically as Ley lines, Harrington lines and Currie lines. The Earths ionosphere, in the atmosphere, acts as an electrically positive pole to the negatively charged surface of the earth, thus providing the potential of free electric energy that can be used with the constructive set up of crystals, magnets, gold and such conductive elements.

In terms of spiritual energy, one perceives this natural resonant vibration of the Earth as the Feeling of Love. It has been found, through numerous scientific researches, that when a healer begins the process of healing another person, the healer vibrates on this base resonant frequency of the planet. Thus, this resonant frequency of the earth is the natural healing love frequency and heals through DNA repair. Bio-Electric Energy or Chi: The Human body can act as a magnetic key and connect the two poles to cultivate biological electrical energy within the body, where the crown chakra acts as the North pole and the Root chakra act as the South Pole. The electric energy cultivated is called by various names, such as Chi, Bio-electric energy, life-force energy, Kundalini Shakthi and so on. Through cultivation practices, meditation practices, consuming certain Soma substances; one is able to activate the North and South poles of the human body and excite electrons at the root chakra (South pole) and liberate these electrons at the crown chakra (North pole), thus liberating bio-electric energy within the being.

OM. 2. The Infinite Self

I. The Illuminated Chakras:

Energy consists of Light. Light or White Light consists of the seven colours Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red. The Human body is the physical embodiment of conscious Light energy. Therefore, Universal Light energy is condensed into the 7 Chakra system which regulate the smooth functioning of God energy in the physical form. This Light consciousness partakes physically with the 5 elements of this planet Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Hence, we are Light consciousness playing with the 5 Elements in this 3rd Dimensional space. Consciousness is the soul essence of life created by Shiva, the Divine Father and the Elements for the body is manifested by Shakthi, in our case, Mother Earth. The Spinal cord manifests physically along the Chakras. Here is more information on the Illuminated Chakras: The Grounding or Physical Chakras: The bottom three chakras are grounding in nature. For one to have a good grounding, one needs to be aware of empowering and strengthening these chakras. Keeping these chakras balanced ensures a good physical body, great health and a sound mind. 1. Muladhara The Root Chakra :

The Muladhara chakra is responsible for the survival feature. It connects the being to the ever vibrant energy of the earth. A strong root chakra implies that the being has strong grounding and security. Strong grounding implies one is free, independent and well established in reality. A weak root chakra causes unsteady grounding, thus one tends to be dependent on other people. One lacks the ability to create an individual dream, rather is more than willing to be a blind sheep in the flock. One is disconnected from the body and the Earth, while the mind is always revolving around the constant fear of survival. Physical problems can manifest as diseases in the nervous system, headaches/migraines, reproductive organs, growth issues in terms of over/under eating, appearance, problems with the bottom end of the spine and lower back pain 2. Swadhisthana The Sacral Chakra:

The Swadhisthana is the emotional chakra of the human being. Expression of self through art forms and body movement is very nurturing to the soul and empowers the being sexually. Self-pleasure, making love, spoiling ones self (massage, sauna etc.) is very balancing and nurturing to this chakra. Empowering and charging this chakra creates motivation as one doesnt feel tired or lazy. A strong sacral chakra provides the being with strong confidence with good focus and attention; a strong chakra causes one to be less distracted and more attentive to ones reality. One is also confident of ones body, emotionally active and expressive, and enjoys open expressions of sexuality. A weak sacral chakra creates emotional perceptions i.e. mood swings, sadness, anger, frustration, depression etc. One is constantly clouded by judgement emerging from these emotions. This creates insecurity in the individual and this lack of confidence prevents the being from enjoying the moment. One feels powerless in the company of the opposite sex and generally misses out on an enjoyable sex life. Consequently, because of the suppression of this energy, certain desires and emotions get stored and locked around the muscles chakra region. Physically it can manifest as disease in the reproductive organs, fertility issues, kidneys, appendix, bladder, adrenals, lower back pains, addictions, alcohol and drug abuse. 3. Manipura The Power Chakra:

This chakra possesses the collective power of the individual. Empowering this chakra allows the being to realize power. A strong power chakra creates strong will with clarity and wisdom, and strengthens with self-discipline. Strong Manipura makes one confident and strong in projecting a free, independent reality. A weak power chakra causes one to be undisciplined and be open to all sorts of low vibration habits (alcohol, cigarettes etc.). One displays lack of self confidence and tries to steal power of others; since the power chakra is void of energy, the being begins to portray a leech sort of attitude and enjoys leeching off the energy and power of others. The individual lacks will power, wisdom and clarity in perception. Imbalance in ones power can lead to physical problems that manifest in the digestive organs, stomach, gallbladder, liver, spleen, kidneys, metabolic disorders leading to weight issues, energy levels, diabetes.

Centre Balancing Chakra: The centre chakra emphasises Love and Oneness. It is the merging of the dualistic energies and connects and unifies the combined perception of the Ground chakras with the Dream chakras. 4. Anahata The Heart Chakra:

Element: Air Colour: Green Function: Love, Connects the physical plane to the spiritual plane Vibration: Yum Location: Heart and Breasts Corresponding Endocrine Gland: Thymus Gland Produces T-cells and regulate the immunity of the body. The Anahata is the airy balancing chakra, located in the centre and connects the grounding with the liberating chakras. Air is cool and calm. Oxygen heals and relaxes the body. By being aware of the breath, the mind is silenced and energy flows through the heart chakra. This creates the feeling of love and oneness within the being. Maintaining the Lotus of the Heart to be open ensures balancing in all the chakras and ensures self healing and self love within the being. Love defeats stress and illness. Whereas by getting lost in thoughts, i.e. distracted by a scattered mind, and breathing irregularly creates stress and this restricts energy flow in the heart chakra. The accumulation of stress causes the body to close and eventually slow down. Physical problems can manifest in the heart and circulatory systems including the lymphatic systems, thymus gland, and lungs leading to issues with allergies, breathing including asthma, and addictions related to love and relationships. Dreamy or Spiritual Chakras: The top three chakras are Dreamy or Spiritual. They are liberating to the soul as they allow the being to perceive and express the beauty in the Dream of the infinite cosmos. Expression of dreams of the soul is necessary for one to have active spiritual evolution, always be filled with positive energy and be full of faith. Sharing of dreams with other beings is enriching to the individual soul and promotes evolution of the soul. 5. Vishuddha The Throat Chakra:

Element: Ether Colour: Blue Function: Expression, connects the mental body on the spiritual planes Vibration: Hum Location: Throat region Corresponding Endocrine Gland: Thyroid Controls the bodys metabolism. Vishuddha is the chakra of expression. The medium of transfer of vibration in the Universe for waves is Ether. The organs of this chakra are designed to manipulate sound waves through the element ether, thus one is able to express oneself through speech, conversation, songs and so on. The transfer of information from inner space to the outer space is able to take place. One is therefore able to share ones feelings, dreams and expressions with other beings and creatures. The throat chakra is strengthened by expression of the self. By expressing, the mind is freed of thoughts and relaxes. This in turn creates an open feeling Open Mind, Open Body and Open Heart. Not expressing oneself and ones feelings closes the being which can lead to anxiousness and impatience. It also disconnects ones soul from the true self. It creates the feeling of suppression within oneself, and as a result, one is never clear with words or making choices. Problems can manifest in areas related to the throat and the thyroid glands, and show addictions relating to eating habits and others orally. Through this chakra, one can merge inner space with outer space and experience infinite consciousness through the divine Eternal Om. 6. Ajna The Third Eye Chakra:

This chakra connects the soul to the infinite realms of consciousness, imagination, dreams and creativity and hence one lives a more artistic and beautiful life where the soul is constantly renewed with child like wonder and excitement. One with a closed crown chakra is ignorant of the potential of this chakra and lack creativity, thus leading a relatively boring life. The being is never open to anything new and lives most of life in a routine monotonous manner. The balance and integration of the imaginative chakras and grounding chakras leads to a fulfilling, balanced, energetic and satisfying life with clear perception and self-realized wisdom. II. The Human Body: Any individual, man or woman, is a manifestation of the dualistic energies of creation Shiva and Shakthi. These energies are manifest into the one body. In the human body, the right half is the male aspect and the right half is the female aspect. The right half of the body corresponds to the left brain hence the left brain is the manifestation of the male energy. The left brain has to do with logic, sciences and such male aspects. The left half of the body corresponds to the right brain hence the right brain is the manifestation of the female energy. The right brain has to do with creativity, art, expression and such female aspects.

The Shiva energy provides every individual the ability to Dream while the Shakthi energy provides one with the Grounding nature. The perfect balance between enjoying dreams and having good grounding is the key to a great life and good health; the individual will enjoy a very balanced and open perception of reality while enjoying the feminine and masculine aspects of reality. The individual will also enjoy a great physical body and be very expressive and confident sexually. There will always be growth and evolution mentally within and physically outside, thus resulting in overall spiritual growth and evolution. By uniting the Shiva Shakthi energies within into Oneness, one feels the pure unconditional love of the cosmos flowing through the whole body. The Human Body and the DNA: In reality, everything in space is in continuous motion. The human body, though it may seem statically structured to the physical eyes, it is in fact constantly changing, learning and structurally evolving. The structure of the human body is continuously replicating the changes that occur on the DNA level. Thus, in truth, everyones body is space and the arrangement of this space is according to the expression of the strands in the DNA. III. The Brain: Left minded and Right minded aspects of the brain: The Human brain is divided into the Left Hemisphere and the Right Hemisphere. The balancing of these hemispheres allows the being to be centred and balanced.

The Left Hemisphere: -This hemisphere corresponds to the analytical region of the brain. Being right handed strengthens the functioning the left mind. The left mind deals with logic, sciences, analytics, commerce, politics, economics and all such aspects of reality. The left mind provides a grounding rational perspective to life. A being with a strong left mind is more rational in decision making. The being enjoys a fine sense of logic; the ability to understand and solve problems is easily faced and overcome by a being with a strong left mind. The being enjoys maths and the sciences. The Right Hemisphere:

The Right hemisphere of the brain corresponds to the imaginative region of the brain. Being left handed promotes the working of the right mind. The right mind deals with dreams, art, poetry, singing, expression, creativity, philosophy, fiction and all such aspects of reality. The right mind provides the dreamy creative perspective to life. A being with a more flowing right mind is more dreamy and an artist. The being enjoys the expression of self, love and dreams. The being enjoys expression of poetry and the arts. Balancing of Both Hemispheres: For one to perceive a balanced reality, it is necessary to work towards balancing and integrating both the hemispheres of the brain. Whilst the left hemisphere allows the being to be grounded, rational and logical, the right hemisphere allows the being to be dreamy, imaginative and artistic; thus ensuring an overall balanced growth and lifestyle. Balancing of both hemispheres is possible by focusing on various practices and exercises to strengthen either hemisphere: Exercises on logical analysis, physics, math, various sciences, economics, commerce etc. can be practised by any individual seeking to strengthen the left brain. Focusing on using the right hand in various tasks strengthens the left hemisphere of the brain. Exercises such as vocal expression and singing, writing prose and poetry, doodling, meditation, chigong, yoga, art, drawing, any form of self-expression etc. can be exercised by any individual seeking to strengthen the right mind. Focusing on using the left hand in various tasks strengthens the right hemisphere of the brain. Movement of the body through dance, sport, practising musical instruments, juggling, fire stick etc. promote the synchronisation of flow of the left and right hemispheres of the brain and enhances a more balanced perspective. Therefore, for a being to be balanced and healthy, it is necessary to focus on the balancing of the two hemispheres of the brain. In fact, the balancing of the brain results in the balancing of the chakras and entertains clarity of perception. Brain Waves:

Measurement of brain waves of a human being, with an electric encephalograph, shows that the brain produces electromagnetic waves. They are: i. Delta Waves The Deep Sleep Waves: Delta waves range from 0.5 3 Hz. The Delta frequency is the slowest of all the frequencies and is experienced in deep, dreamless sleep. In this state, the consciousness of the being in very deep, transcendental meditation and is fully detached from the body. Delta is the realm of the unconscious mind, and the gate way to the universal mind and the collective unconscious, where information received is otherwise unavailable on the conscious level. Among many things, deep sleep is important for the natural healing process and is linked with body regeneration. Theta Waves Light meditation and Sleeping Wave: Theta waves range between 4 Hz to 7.5 Hz. Theta brain waves are present during deep states of meditation and light sleep, including REM (Rapid Eye Movement) dream states. It is the realm of the subconscious and only experience momentarily as one drifts

When on Theta waves, it is believed that the consciousness explores into various time and space realms and recognizes these experiences as dreams. iii. Alpha Waves The Deep Relaxation Wave of Love Alpha brain waves range between 7.5 Hz to 12 Hz and are present in deep states of relaxation, when a being is said to be in Love. The brain imitates this frequency just as one is slipping into a lovely enjoyable day dream or during light meditation. It is an optimal time to program the mind for success and it also heightens imagination, visualizations, memory, learning and concentration. It is the gateway to the subconscious mind. The voice of Alpha is ones intuition, which becomes clearer and profound near 7.5 Hz. It is at the Alpha-Theta border, 7 Hz to 8 Hz, where the optimum range for visualization, mind programming and using the creative power of the mind begins. It is the mental state where one consciously creates ones reality. Beta Waves The Waking Conscious Brain Wave: Beta Waves vary from 12 Hz to 40 Hz. Beta brain waves are associated with normal waking consciousness and a heightened state of alertness, logic and critical reasoning. While Beta brain waves are important for effective functioning, they can also translate into stress, anxiety and restlessness. The voice of Beta can be described as being the nagging little critic that gets louder the higher one gets into range. Therefore, operating for larger times on this frequency can be stressful and unhealthy. Gamma Waves The insight wave: Gamma waves range above 40 Hz. While little is known about this state of mind, research has proven to show that Gamma waves are associated with bursts of insight and high-level information processing.

Q. What is the RNA? A. RNA (Ribonucleic acid) is a family of molecules that perform multiple vital roles in the coding, decoding, regulation, and expression of genes. Together with the DNA, the RNA comprises the nucleic acids, which, along with proteins, constitute the three major macromolecules essential for all forms of life. The DNA is the collection of the programming that the RNA aims to satisfy in executing in order to create the Physical Body. All is 99% space, including our bodies. The structure of the body manifesting in the space around ones consciousness takes shape according to the structure of the DNA. Q. What is a Gene? A. Gene is a segment of the DNA. Genes are like a recipe or instruction book, providing the information that an organism needs so it can build or do something.

The Pineal Gland: The pineal gland is raisin sized and looks similar to a pine cone. It is called the third eye or the minds eye as the structures of the pineal in the tuatara are homologous to the cornea, lens and retina, though not as developed as the physical eyes. The pineal gland is light receptive, light sensitive and when activated emits light. When in the dark, the pineal gland produces melatonin and an accumulation of melatonin in the pineal leads to the production of Pinoline or Harmine. Inner sight and inner light is revealed with the release of pinoline. When DMT (N,N-Dimethyltryptamine) is produced, it causes the being to feel as if in a lucid dream state where the physicality of dimensions tend to break free into realms of space and time. Through the third eye, the consciousness or soul of the being transcends physical limitations and is open to perceive other dimensions. While all of this takes place in ones conscious perception of reality, physically, the mixture of pinoline and DMT synergize together to heal the body. Pinoline=Harmine inhibits MAO in the central nervous system and this acts as the catalyst to synthesize DMT in the body. DNA repair: Owing to the bombardment of all sorts of radiations through scanners, mobiles, wireless technologies, satellites, radio towers and mobile phone towers, microscopic damage is being caused in the cellular level. Waves such as Terahertz, which are used as security photographic scanners, do damage on the DNA level of the being, and this manifests into cancers and mutations. Melatonin is exclusively made in the pineal gland, comprised of the same Tryptophan base materials as pinoline. Melatonin induces mitosis (splitting of cells). It does this by sending a small electrical signal up the double helix of the DNA, which instigates an 8 Hz proton signal that enables the hydrogen bond to the stair steps, to zip open and the DNA can replicate. OM. 3. The Nature of Perception

Realize Reality in the moment; dont get carried away by the illusion.

I. Introduction: Quantum Physics is the physical study of atomic and sub-atomic particles, i.e. very small particles such as electrons, atoms and so on. The Laws governing Quantum physics vary from Modern physics. The double-slit experiment is a relatively famous experiment in quantum physics as it shocked the scientific world and completely changed the overall modern perception of reality. In order to understand the double slit experiment, awareness regarding the dual nature of light or energy is required.

In Nature, light or energy can act in two ways: 1. As a particle, as what is perceived to consist of physical matter with mass. 2. As a Wave, with energy existing in waves of potential. Through the double slit experiment, the dual nature of light is experimentally observed. When photons (particle packets of light) were shot at a sheet after passing through a double slit, the resultant image on the sheet represented the interference pattern of a wave. Scientists believed that the photons were interfering with each other to form a wave pattern. They then changed the apparatus of the experiment and shot individual photons through the two slits. The result of this shocked them even further as the resultant image on the sheet still represented that of a wave. Physically and mathematically, the result did not make sense and so they placed an observing device to calculate the exact slit through which the photon entered. As a result of this change in the experiment, the photon created an image as a particle on the resultant sheet, i.e. two slits and not the interference pattern of the wave. This revealed the nature that the photon exists as a potential of waves and collapses into a particle just by the action of observing. A particle originally exists as a wave of infinite potential. The potential of the wave is collapsed and perceived as a particle when observed. Hence, every individual is responsible for creating their own perception of reality.

II. States of Perception: There exist three states of Perception: Waking State: The state of perception when a being is awake, using the five senses and is animating the body. Commonly, during the waking state, the brain waves tend to be in the range of beta, i.e. ranging from 13 Hz to 30 Hz. During this range, the being is living reality and is termed as the Grounded state of perception. Sleep State: The state of perception where the soul does not animate the body i.e. one is asleep and is experiencing imaginative dreams or deep sleep. The brain waves range from Delta to Alpha waves, i.e. 0.5 Hz to 13 Hz. During delta state, ones consciousness is completely detached from the body and is in a complete state of oneness. People experience this state during deep sleep. This state results in deep healing and is very refreshing to the individual. In theta state, REM dreams are experienced. Dream State: The state of perception when one experiences a dream in the waking state. In the waking state, brain waves can be open to delta, theta and alpha states, i.e. ranging from 0.5 Hz to 13 Hz. This is

when a person experiences Dreams or Lucid dreams in the waking state and is termed as the Excited or Liberated state of perception. Through these experiences healing takes place and one is connected to all of the cosmos within. The cosmos also reveals lessons for the soul through such dreams, which can be evolutionary to the soul and empowering to the being.

III. Perception and Reality: When in the waking state, perception determines reality. Perception doesnt only just depend on what one is seeing but mainly of how one is feeling. Feeling truly defines the realities of perception. Good feeling creates a good reality and bad feeling creates a bad reality. Conditions in the mind majorly determine what one perceives in reality. Conditions fed into ones consciousness through schooling, education, teachers, parents, religions, society, media etc. all play a role in ones perception. Emotions stored and locked in the sacral chakra also contribute to ones perception. People suffering from depression, hyper tension, mood swings, and anger issues have many emotions locked in the tissues of the muscles in the sacral chakra. Ones Feeling varies with how one perceives life and majorly depends on what one consumes; when one consumes a substance, one makes that substance of outer space a part of ones inner space. Thus, when the item consumed is processed by the body, one projects feelings based on the consumed item which in turn simultaneously creates perception to the reality experienced. To explain this further, imagine a person who consumes alcohol the reality of the person is more likely to end up being with friends or strangers in a bar in front of a TV being surrounded by drunks or somewhere around those lines. Excess consumption of alcohol and the persons perception of reality is completely distorted. When the same person decides to quit alcohol and starts to consume cannabis, these bar realities disappear and the being spends time alone in selfcontemplation and meditation, conversing with wise individuals or celebrating with nature. Similarly, one who consumes heavy meats such as chicken, mutton etc. is generally more lethargic, unfit and inflexible and will be around similar people. The person is likely to spend time in places such as meat shops, be around blood in the kitchen and cook flesh which is all of a low vibration; as compared to a being who consumes vegetables or an organic vegan diet. The person is likely to grow personal vegetables in love and trade veggies with similar beings of love thus in action sharing the fruits of Love. Such actions of love create the space for one to perceive the reality of love. Hence, what one consumes determines to a great extent the reality of the individual not just the physical body of the individual but by the perception of the individuals reality and consequent lifestyle.

Liberated State and Grounded state of Perceptive Reality: The waking state is broadly differentiated into two states of perceptive realities, they are as follows:

Liberated state: During this state, electrons from the earths surface are liberated by the body. These electrons climb up the spine of the individual energizing the chakras and are liberated at the crown chakra, thus liberating energy within the being. Hence, this state is known as the Liberated or Excited state of Perceptive reality. This state occurs when in Dream states of perception. When in this state, the brain waves are in a low frequency range and brain activity is low mindless and thoughtless in nature. In this state of silence, the mindless brain mirrors a stress free body with relaxed organs. So the electrons climb up the body and are liberated. Hence, this state of perception occurs when a being is either on an empty stomach or has consumed very little food. Grounded state: This is the state of reality that majority of humanity is aware of. It is the grounded state or human state of perception. During this state, the electrons are grounded and thus not allowed to be liberated at the crown chakra. Therefore, one is more comfortable and grounded in nature. Extreme grounding leads to lethargy and laziness. Grounding occurs generally due to the consumption of food. The motion of organs consequently results the mind to think and therefore when the food is being digested and processed by the being, the mind is running thoughts. Due to this, the body is not completely relaxed and thus do not entertain the flow of electrons.

IV. 3rd Dimensional and 4th Dimensional Perception: 3rd Dimensional Perspective: 3D perspective is the normal human grounded perception all of humanity is aware of. It is conditioned consciousness with dualistic perception. The mind constantly revolves around the lower three aspects such as the traits of survival, sex and food. One consumes food on a regular basis with fixed timings and enjoys most of life in a 3 Dimensional reality i.e. malls, homes, shops, cafes, restaurants, cars etc boxed spaces. Reality seems to be REAL and one is much distracted by the light on the outside. 3D beings have the tendency to plan and act. Thus, in reality, creating the perception of time as time is judgement in action. Acting in the moment ceases the perception of time where as by planning one is creating the time frame in ones reality. This imaginary time frame is created in the mind and reflected in the reality of the individual. Because of this tendency to plan all the time, 3D

beings get engulfed into physical time believing time to really exist and forgetting it is just another construct of their imagination. Through this continuous grounded perspective, one views life and reality through a subject/object perspective. This restricts the feeling of oneness within the being and the surroundings and consequently one remains in a state of judgement. It is only during rare occasions do 3D beings to enjoy the interaction of the Shiva Shakthi energies in the life time. 3D beings generally attach to these pleasurable energies they are attracted to and in time, the feeling fades away leaving only the attachment to pleasure. 4th Dimensional Perspective: 4D perspective is the Unity Perception through the eyes of Love. This is the subtle energetic perception of Reality where time and space are in Unity. The DNA is open to the tuning of the full 12 Strand DNA consciousness. Through this perception, one gains access into infinite consciousness as the DNA evolves. One feels the divine connection of the cosmos within and so a peaceful, calm reality is projected by the individual. Being 4th dimensional, the ego transcends the physical subjective/objective perception of reality and through the heart, ones consciousness expands into the space around the being; one feels extremely sensitive and connected to the surrounding space. In this state, all action flows out of love in the NOW. That is to say, one acts on the feeling of the heart. When one feels to do something here and now and does it, the perception of time is cancelled and one is HERE, NOW in the Moment. As one is connected with the feeling of oneness in space, one is able to communicate telepathically, possess telekinesis abilities and so on. In this perception, as the being is connected to the natural resonance vibration of the earth, the manipulation of this vibration through thoughts, intentions and actions results in the manifestation of ones intentions. Through the 4th dimension, one can get access into the 5th and 6th dimensional realms, HERE NOW. This feature has recently been open to Humanity again. Comparison of 3rd Dimensional and 4th Dimensional Beings: - 3D beings enjoy 3D setups such as buildings, malls, BOXES, to feel safe and protected as they live in fear; whereas 4D beings enjoy free and open spaces such as beaches, jungles, mountains, deserts etc. - 3D beings eat at regular intervals, unaware of the body feeling; 4D beings consume food with the feeling of the body. - 3D beings live in realities of good and bad Duality ; 4D beings are established in the Oneness of reality. - 3D beings enjoy being grounded together; 4D beings enjoy sharing dreams together. - 3D beings are conditioned consciousness and dream boxed realities; 4D beings are unconditioned and dream free.

- 3D beings ignorantly play selfish power games; 4D beings connect with all the beings of the cosmos in Oneness and suffer the pain created by the ignorant ones. - 3D beings engulf themselves in realities of money, sex and power; 4D beings Dream realities of Love. - 3D beings succumb to the energy of Fear easily; 4D beings constantly hold space on the frequency of Love, thus do not get affected by the vibration of fear.

V. Food and the Effect on Perception: Food, or any substance consumed, plays a major impact on how we perceive reality. In terms of the electrical potential of the human body to turn on, food can be classified as: 1. Foods which OPEN the body and stimulate flow of electrical charge. 2. Foods which CLOSE the body and slow down the flow of electrical charge. 1. Foods which OPEN the body: Super foods, alkaline foods and foods that promote electric activity in the body and can be considered as high frequency foods. These foods are grounding and also promote opening of the chakras and energy points, hence stimulating the activation and liberation of electrons in the body. They promote evolution to achieve the full 12 strand DNA consciousness and hence open the natural abilities of healing and super natural potentials of the body. These foods contain more energy to mass ratio, i.e. minimal consumption with maximum release of energy. These foods promote 4th dimensional perspective of reality and encourage self-love within the being. Examples: Spirulina, ORMUS foods, organic brown rice, organic carrots, cocoa, green vegetables such as spinach, lettuce and so on, spices such as nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon, star anise and so on. Extremely High Frequency foods: Substances exist which are extremely high frequency and these substances when consumed provides Gods perception of reality. These substance seal the chakras of astral leeches and open the chakras to the healing energy of love. One is also able to connect to the angelic and godly realms of consciousness. Examples: Cannabis, P. Harmala, Hawaiian baby wood rose, Ephedra, bala moola, psilocybin mushrooms, morning glory seeds etc 2. Foods which CLOSE the body: Low frequency foods such as fast food, meats, junk food, acidic foods can be considered of this type. These foods demote the opening of the chakras and so the flow of energy is restricted in the body. As a result, energy remains stagnant and

feels tired, lethargic and unmotivated. These foods promote a 3rd dimensional perpective of reality and limit DNA expansion and growth. Examples: gluten (wheat based items such as pasta, bread, noodles and so on), dairy (items such as cheese, milk, butter, cream, ice cream and so on), processed items, processed sugar and all similar items, heavier items such as meat, junk foods and sweets. Foods which Open the body causes one to be open minded, open hearted, balanced, centred and very healthy. Foods which Close the body causes one to be close minded, close hearted (hence chances of cardio diseases), imbalanced, not centred with bad grounding and all sorts of physical, emotional and psychological disturbances. Extremely Low Frequency Foods: Substances exist that are extremely low in frequency and these substances when consumed provide a demonic perception of reality. These substances create energy leeches in the chakras, which in turn cause addictions, less or no will power, unhealthy habits and in general, not a desirable reality. Examples: Alcohol, processed junk food with and without meat, cigarettes with all sorts of chemicals, heroin, crystal meth, aerated commercial drinks, and so on. Just as in the Vedas we have the mention of Soma juice (Pinoline and DMT administered mixture) which provides one with Gods perception, Modern man has Alcohol which is the Demonic juice of perception. One who consumes alcohol loses control and demons get to temporarily possess the body of the individual. Over consumption of alcohol leads one to be completely possessed temporarily and many people have witnessed this. This is why people act completely as another person after the consumption of Alcohol.

I. Imagination The key to Perception: Every individual being has a vision of a dream and in the waking state spends time and energy to accomplish this dream. Thus, every individual is imaginatively dreaming their respective reality. Imagination and its Influence on Reality: Every individual holds the vision of a dream-reality, in which they imagine their life to be perfect. In order to satisfy this imaginative dream of perfection, the person is in constant action and motion aimed at satisfying that dream and consequently their reality is formed around the imagination of the individual. When a child is born, the brain is pure and unconditioned consciousness. Till the age of approximately Twelve years of age (until puberty), the pineal gland is open and flowing. Hence, children are imaginative and creative. As the child advances in age, through experiences, the conditions of elders, media, movies, technology, schooling, religion and so on, much information is absorbed by the childs imagination and such factors determine the desired dream-reality. As the child reaches the age of puberty, the development of the sexual endocrine glands causes the pineal gland to reduce in size; it can also calcify and become weak. As a result, the imagination of the child is reduced and the dream-reality tends to be more solid and fixed as time passes. And so the child seeks to have goals in life and aims in satisfying theses goals. Thus the reality of the individual is created.

II. Imagination and Aware Perception: Soma Perception: By promoting the Harmine, Harmaline and DMT chemical reactions, lucid dream state of perception are induced within, known as Soma perception. Through the practice of soma, one is able be one with infinite consciousness and thus be able to perceive the higher realms and communicate with spirits beyond the physical realm. During these dream states on alpha, gamma and delta waves, one can experience all sorts of lucid dreams; some are beautiful and filled with light where as some are dark and eerie. These imaginative visions or hallucinations are reflections of ones inner self. When on soma perception, the inner light is clearly projected outside the being; hence ones consciousness is very vividly able to perceive the inner light.

Beautiful lucid dreams filled with light occur when ones soul transcend to the higher realms of existence. These experiences are blessings and are rewards for virtuous deeds. Meetings with higher angelic beings can be very meaningful and evolutionary to ones soul and broadens ones perspective of reality. Dark terrifying dreams are reflections of ones dark nature within. Such experiences are sure for people who are addicts and low vibration in nature. By experiencing dreams with demons, ones soul immediately wakes up and begins to take things more seriously. These experiences, though scary and temporarily disturbing, are evolutionary to the soul and helps one realize to overcome addictions, bad conditioning, diseases and low vibration habits. Lucid states of reality occur during the liberated states of perception. The production in the pineal gland leads the being to pulsate at 8 Hz frequency (alpha waves). In this state, one is able to notice the actions when in the grounded state (beta waves). This realm of imagination is known as the Causal realm of the 4th dimension. In this realm, one is able to enter dream states, observe and let go of the attachments, fears, unwanted habits and addiction all from within. During states of Soma perception and through similar shamanic experiences, one is clearly able to see the conditioned actions of the mind and hence realizations provide one with more clarity to life. In time, through these experiences, one learns to be centred and balanced with a focused Imagination. Dreams experienced during these states tend to lead one to live a more positive and productive life, in awareness. Therefore, it is important for people to share, experience and express dreams with each other, for a more healthy and balanced reality. A shaman (or one who can hold space on the frequency of Love) connects the children to the One Creator by the sharing of an experience in the Dream states through the practice of soma. Soma Substances: Any substance which promotes the production of Pinoline and DMT in the brain can be considered as a Soma substance. Chemistry: Harmala alkaloids are Mono Amino Oxidizing -inhibiting beta-carbolines. The three most studied harmala alkaloids in the B caapi vine are harmine, harmaline and tetrahydroharmine. Harmine and harmaline are selective and reversible inhibitors of MAO-A while tetrahydroharmine is a weak serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SRI). Humanity is multi-dimensional and the reality is based on imagination; but because of schooling, imagination is boxed and limited whilst the multi-dimensionality of humanity is forced into being limited into a 3rd dimensional reality. Forests are disappearing, coral reefs are being destroyed, and beaches are being covered up by plastic and waste, pollution everywhere, degrading moral value of man and conditions in cities, rapes, wars and the list goes on. You have to realize, this isnt Progress. It is the Retardation of Humanity and Consciousness. Most of modern Mans conditions are very limited; such as Man has evolved from monkeys, the Universe began with the Big Bang, our civilization is only some 7000 years old (civilizations have existed on this planet stretching out to millions of years back; modern archaeologists have proof and are trying to reveal this but the Regime limits this information from being discovered by the masses), and people think that they have figured it all out. Modern Science claims to have discovered the origins of atoms and molecules, while all this information and so much more is mentioned in the ancient Texts. Modern science is limited and relatively prehistoric when compared to the ancient texts such as the Vedas and Upanishads. Modern science is a result of Industrialization coming from the Survival nature, where as the Vedas are Transcendental wisdom, that provides contentment, wisdom and supreme bliss upon anyone who is to acknowledge it. The Truthful and Righteous conditioning is present in the Vedas, but with the help of education the world over, the Regime has been successful in hiding these true teachings by distorting the vibration of the original human languages and forcing a half-wit language, such as English, all over the world. English is not a natural language. A natural language is spoken from the throat, such as Sanskrit, Hebrew, Arabic etc and when spoken, one uses both sides of the brain. Just as a dog barks

By forcing English, people have forgotten to use the throat in speech, resulting in the Throat chakra to not be as active, causing people to be suppressed and anxious. Also, causing people to think and perceive from just one side of the brain. I. Left Minded Society: The issue with modern society is that it is designed to be extremely left minded and because of this, the overall consciousness is limited in imagination and perception. Modern societies and governments are lost in unreal games of survival, for the reason that it generates finances. Ignorant conditions have realized in this sort of one-sided, left minded society. In fact, schools everywhere are breeding human beings to be left minded as rules have been enforced to use only the right hand in all activities and such institutions look down upon, insult and punish children who are left handed (personal experience). Also subjects taught to the masses encourage science, commerce, trade, and politics; the Arts, dance, expression and such creative subjects are just barely encouraged. As a result, people are finding themselves living like Zombie machines and not light beings of love, creating a lot of depression and confusion in their souls. They are losing touch with the dream of God and losing meaning to life. As one looses the Perception of the Unity dream, one tends to forget more and more about the true nature of the Eternal Self and get lost in the Dualistic reality of Pleasure and Pain. People who are tuned to the frequency of the Love enjoy their realities based on an imagination emerging from their higher selves, guardian angels and gods, and live life on the frequency of Love. Whereas the masses of people have their imaginations controlled and live their realities based on the information told unto them through the media, and not from their personal experiences. The masses imitate each other in ignorance, not aware of their actions. The Society is brain washed to live reality around the Dollar, or in more direct words - Worship the Dollar; and the technology is aimed at ensuring this. The people are engulfed in their personal dreams of money and hence miss out on the bigger picture. They forgot that the necessities of life are only just food, shelter and clothing, forgot about virtue, forgot about the infinite self and theyre infinite nature and completely get involved in taxes, mortgages, insurance, loans and live life centring around money, and not love and oneness.

II. Imagination of Modern Man: In the case of majority of Modern Man, dreams experienced in the waking state are in the form of media, movies and sports. Movies, especially, influence the mindset of the majority and most of modern men grow up imitating their heroes and that respective reality. In the recent past, Man has evolved from the Industrial Age into the Informative Age. Through the internet and other forms of mass communication, information is accessible at the touch of a finger. The internet has promoted the free flow information of consciousness and people who are open to the potential of the internet are relatively open minded and aware individuals.

People who arent open to information and awareness tend to misuse these technologies and as a result, their imagination is controlled and limited. The information dictated through the mass media such as cable TV, newspapers, News on TV and so on, is controlled and very limiting in information. Individuals that limit their imagination and knowledge to such information from controlled mass media tend to all think alike and lack individuality. These beings tend to be ignorant of inner sight or inner light and are distracted by the light on the outside. Therefore a deep fascination lies with light emitting technology such as mobile phones, motor vehicles, computers, television and other such toys. The exposure to electromagnetic devices directly influences the chemical reactions in the brain. Thus the imagination is physically restricted from individually expanding or evolving.

Babylon Zombie Culture: The Globalized idea of human civilizations, including money, roads, automobiles, democracy, countries, cities and all such limited boxed perceptions of man is all heading to towards One Godless Culture Babylon. This planet is the dream of God, where space is equally shared by all and Time is infinite. Unfortunately, the imagination of Babylon man is ruled by demonic vibes in this age, and limited conditioning has realized in majority of man to believe Time is Money and that they own everything on this planet. There exist good 3rd dimensional brothers and sister with pure hearts, who may be ignorant, but are true in nature. And then there exist the Babylonian cultured 3rd dimensional men and women. Their vessels are embodied by demons and are the sprouts of the demons. These beings are only interested in money, sex and power games and ridicule, mistreat and even crucify the Children of Oneness who speak of Love. Be aware of these beings in this age as they are everywhere. They love complaining about anything, speak of unfortunate event, ruled by time and live only for money, ignorant of god and their personal feelings, love to judge others, extremely materialistic, love alcohol and cigarettes, dont care for God, themselves or their brothers and sisters. This materialistic culture is all the doing of the Dark Force at this age of man. It is best to be aware of these beings as no matter how much love one shares with them, they keep gobbling it up and give back stress in return. The origins of my vessel is from this Godless culture and I am very much aware of the suffering there. I pray for all these beings, that they learn to let go of their personal desires and tune themselves back into the frequency of Unconditional Love, thus connecting once again into this Oneness of this cosmic Universe .Om. III. DNA and Gene Control: On the planet today, there exists many institutions, organizations and parties of people who are out to control the masses. Religion, schooling, business administrative systems and political administrative systems all group together under these forms of institutions that wish to control the

The fully evolved Vedic tuned 12 Strand super conscious DNA is open to all now; but these parties exist to limit humanities DNA from evolving by controlling the food, drugs and medicines. One must also be aware of the genetic manipulation and the spraying of chemicals in the food. When a person consumes food that is genetically modified, the genes of the person are also being altered and expressed accordingly to the food intake. After all, You are what you eat. Through the manipulation of the genes of the food, mass media and electronic devices that emit ELFs (Extremely Low Frequencies), one can easily observe the mass production of this sort of Babylon life style of modern man being imitated everywhere on this planet today. Their DNA is limited to the 2 strand limited perception in consciousness.. This life style is a controlled dream circuit and takes effect into a region right after the introduction of the television, modern system of governing politics, mobile phones, and all forms of radio and wireless frequencies. Ones actions are the outcome or result of the DNAs programming or the beings conditioning. Therefore, in todays industrial and informative age, one needs to be aware of keeping ones DNA intact and prevent the artificial or controlled mutations caused by Modern Society. War against the pineal gland: In fact, the masses are slowly and quietly being poisoned into illness and the game is based on the pharmaceutical monopoly making the population sick and then selling them expensive prescribed legal addictive medicines. Pineal gland solutions are hidden from the masses; plus, actions have been taken in certain countries to fluoridate public water (fluoride is very harmful to the pineal and closes it), fluoridate tooth pastes, promote excess consumption of dairy products (excess unhealthy calcium), illegalize and poison substances that promote pineal growth and introduction of other chemicals into the peoples diet, promote a more acidic diet, all of which promote the closing and calcification of the pineal gland. Lighting systems in cities are designed so that the masses are surrounded by light at all times and this restricts the natural production of melatonin in the pineal gland. Televisions, computers and all forms of artificial lighting, if used in excess, prevent the pineal from producing melatonin. Calcification of the pineal prevents the growth the natural neuron hormones melatonin and pinoline, which aid healthy cell growth. Spiritually and energetically it disconnects one from the higher self and the various guides and spirits of the Universe. Imagination and creativity are reduced. Hence, one is not able to imagine a dream-reality and imitates what is observed in the media, movies, news and by his peers; more or less living in a controlled limited Reality. IV. Limited Perception: Modern society is limited in its perception of the cosmos. This limitation of perception is leading to restriction of freedom, ignorance, insecurities, noise, destruction, and all of the other problems humanity has invented for itself in this day and age. An individual is limited in perception when one enjoys a low vibratory lifestyle. Low vibrating foods, drinks and habits leads to a low vibratory dream of the individual reality.

Low vibratory lifestyles lead one to perceive the limited dream of the infinity through the eyes of: 1. Survival (emanating from the root chakra): Beings which are not awakened to the dream of God find themselves to be constantly on the survival perception of life. Majority of their actions are a result of their nature to survive thus losing themselves in the game of Money. They are completely ignorant of the infinite nature of reality and believe that if they do not make the effort to survive, they will be wiped out and will die. These beings tend to live extremely low vibratory lifestyles. They are constantly focused on money and believe that ones main duty in life is to survive and make money. Psychological conditioning realizes in the creation of the Fear of Survival in modern society. As a result, the stress and worries emerging from this fear stores physically in the muscles in this chakra. Thus closing the chakra and causing an imbalance with the Adrenal glands. Consequently, one is afraid to explore beyond the familiar realms of reality, hence restricts oneself from learning, growing and evolving.

2. Emotional (emanating from the sacral chakra): Emotions are stored in the sacral chakra. When these emotions are expressed, all is well. But if one is suppressed, it leads to the excessive storage of emotions in this region. As a result, ones perception is gravely altered due to the collective emotional energy. The muscles and tissues in this region tend to tighten up and collect stress. This closes the body and prevents the natural flow of energy. Consequently, people look forward to submerging their emotions into physical pleasures, such as numerous sorts of unhealthy foods and beverages. This results in the storage of more emotions, an unhealthy lifestyle and an ugly body. Psychological conditioning over the world, especially in places where the people are religiously orthodox, has realized in the suppression of sexual energy and the people are made to believe that it is unhealthy or a sin to enjoy this energy. As a result this energy lays dormant in most people and the mind is very distracted and not focused. This creates an unmotivated and depressing feeling within and the general public look towards sugar, alcohol or any sort of physical pleasure for energy and temporary satisfaction.

3. Power (emanating from the fire chakra): The constant competetion of who is right the Winner and who is wrong the Loser. This sort of reality is ridiculously prehistoric, yet it is how the masses are educated in schools and is replicated in political, business, administrative and all spheres of human reality at the moment. The reason for this is because people have become ignorant of the power lying within them. By tapping into the fire within, one is more wise and patient. Ignorant of this fire leads to all sorts of power games of winners and losers. This leads nowhere. Psychological conditioning in modern society teaches not to trust their feeling within, but to rely on authoritative guidance, such as teachers, police, judge, priest and so on. Politics and religion play a major role here. The general masses have forgotten how to trust themselves and put their trust in bodies outside of theirs. As a result, they give up their individual power.

Food also plays an important role in taking away ones power, especially foods such as alcohol, cigarettes (or cancer sticks), gluten, dairy, sugar, pork, beef, chicken etc. These heavier foods consume much of the bodys energy to digest where as, keeping to a light diet of vegetables and fruits allows one to feel more active and powerful. In terms of Chi (bio-electric energy), due to the nature of the low vibrations, the electrons lay dormant and the being is rarely turned on to excite the electrons. When the being does get turned on, the electrons only reach up to the sacral chakra and not the crown chakra. Hence, the being is limited to perception of pleasure and is aware only of perceiving life in the lower realms. In terms of the body, due to the storage of suppressed emotion in the form of stress in the tissues of the muscles, the natural flow of energy within the body is blocked. In time, this manifests into lower back pain, which is what majority of the general public suffers from today. Perception through these limited views is mainly due to the egos unwillingness to surrender to love and oneness but rather to stick to personal insecurities and fears. Fear is nothing but the result of ignorance. Seeking awareness into the nature of things dispels any and all fears. V. Modern Commercial Drugs - Gluten, Dairy and White Sugar: The real addictive Drugs in modern society are: Gluten (Wheat): Modern wheat is an Opiate. It is extremely addictive. It is so addictive that it comes to dominate thoughts and behaviours. Wheat is addictive in the sense that, if you dont have any for several hours, you start to get nervous, foggy, tremulous and even desperate. Withdrawal symptoms of wheat include overwhelming fatigue, mental fog, inability to exercise, even depression. The high of wheat is not like that of other opiates like heroine, morphine, or oxycontin. This opiate, while it binds to the opiate receptors of the brain, doesnt make us high, just cause extreme cramps in the abdomen and stomach area when the brain receptors begin to crave the next dose and people commonly confuse this cramp for hunger. In fact, after spending some time away from opiates such as gluten, one easily forgets this hunger feeling of cramps, once the brain receptors break free of the opiates. The opiate effect is caused because of gliadin, the protein in wheat that was inadvertently altered by geneticists in the 1970s. Just a few shifts in amino acids and gliadin in modern wheat made it a potent appetite stimulant. Hence, wheat stimulates appetite and calorie consumption. 440 more calories per day according to sources. Amylopectin A in wheat boosts appetite and disrupts blood sugar levels (For more information, recommended reading work by Dr. William Davis). In terms of energy & perception, wheat stimulates appetite and hence promotes excessive eating and the munchies. Excess consumption of wheat causes obesity and this collection of fat restricts one from activating the chakras and liberating energy. Therefore, the consumption of addictive opiates like wheat causes one to experience reality in a more 3rd dimensional dualistic state of perception.

As the brain receptors are trapped by the opiates, whenever a being tends to liberate electrons and enter a dream state, the receptors activate and cause hunger. And so limits the dream perception of ones reality. It also causes addiction to food and ignorance towards the ability of generating free energy through chi or bio-electric energy. Dairy: Milk also contains opiates, namely casomorphin (beta-casomorphin-7) a peptide opiate derived from the digestion of the milk protein casein. This opiate has been medically proved to cause attention deficit disorder and schizophrenia in people. Milk is an acidifying animal protein. Like any other animal derived protein-rich food, milk has a positive potential renal acid load (PRAL) which triggers a protective biological reaction to neutralize all the damaging acidic protein before it reaches the kidneys. The body is designed for survival, so it sacrifices bone density to protect the kidneys and urinary tract because the latter are essential to survival. And the most readily available source of acid neutralizer is in the bones. So even though the milk contains calcium, it ends up sapping the bones of calcium. Hence, consumption of milk leads to bone health deterioration and bone related diseases such as spondylitis, osteoporosis. Withdrawal effect and effects in general of the opiates from dairy products are similar to that of wheat. Milk is common to mammals and promotes group life-styles. The brain of any mammal is unconditioned when born and is not aware of its survival nature. The first substance the baby consumes is the mothers milk. The opiates in the milk attach to the brain receptors. Hence forth, when the baby is hungry, the receptors activate and this causes the young one to cry, thus gaining attention and alerting the mother for more supply of milk. This sharing of milk creates a strong bond to form between the mother and the child, common to most mammals. This is why we observe mammalian lifestyle to be in groups rather than the individual lifestyles of amphibians, reptiles, fishes or birds. The consumption of mothers milk is natural to the harmonious growth during the infancy age of any mammal. Beyond the point of infancy, milk is naturally stopped by any mammalian creature. Unfortunately, present day Human beings didnt get natures memo and are too addicted to this opiate, creating infinite way to consume it. In terms of energy & perception, dairy promotes emotional bursts of feelings. One feels lonely when in seclusion and feels the need to be surrounded by people. Thus, it thoroughly scatters ones mind and imagination, causing one to be distracted and ignorant of inner sight or inner light. Also prevents liberation of energy as it constantly stimulates hunger and when entering dream states; the brain receptors trigger the feelings of hunger, weakness and cramps in the abdomen area. Processed White Sugar and High Fructose Corn syrup: Processed white sugar, high fructose corn syrup and processed foods comprising of these substances are extremely destructive to ones health and perception. White sugar boosts the bodys sugar levels and this stimulates appetite, bursts of energy and later depression, addictive nature and constant munchies. Because of this nature, the body is constantly processing food and as a result the mind is constantly active. This results in stress build up and ailments in the physical being. In terms of energy & perception, they induce munchies and the constant feeling of snacking. Therefore, ones perception is more or less subconsciously constantly focused on food and snacks

throughout the day and actions follow accordingly. Extremely detrimental to ones spiritual reality and destroys the energy potential of the body. Any substance that boosts appetite and induces hunger flows against clarity in ones perception. OM. 6. The Infinite Spiritual Self

You are not the mind nor the body nor the essence of life. You are an idea consciousness enjoying physical and energetic perception, in the moment. Detach entirely from the body and mind, and the true nature of the Infinite Self is revealed. Attachment causes unnecessary suffering where as detachment destroys all suffering and Establishes One in the infinite Dream of oneness.

Ego: The ego is a construct of the mind. The mind creates an idea of the world and reality, based on the collection of events experienced and stores them in the format of memories. This collective idea of the world is based on conditions that provide the being with a perception of reality. The Ego perceives reality from a subjective-objective view, that is to say, the ego provides the awareness of physical separation from the surrounding environment. This is the illusion of the ego. In reality all is one, but the ego provides the dualistic perception of this oneness. The ego provides for the difference between inner space and outer space. That is to say, though all is one, the ego maintains the illusion of separateness of the body from the surroundings. It is because of the ego that one can feel, taste, touch and enjoy sex as it creates separation. Without the existence of the ego, dualistic perception of reality would not be possible and all would exist as one in energy, without individual bodies or forms.

Duality: Duality on the 3rd dimension portrays the play of positive and negative energies, creating numerous illusions such as good and bad. Without the good, one cannot perceive the bad and vice-versa. These games of Good versus Bad are Universal and one mustnt get too attached to either one side of this dualistic characteristic but instead should embrace and express all. One must be aware of how one is viewing the good and bad, as it is just judgement in perspective. If a being chooses to only look at the good and ignore the bad, then the being is purely subjected to a lifestyle of duality. One needs to embrace and express the good and the bad realities of existence to dispel ignorance and transcend duality. By embracing all, one is able to understand Universal Truth or Dharma and let go of individualized perception of truth. By realizing Universal Truth, the

soul is able to realize the nature of this life time and hence transcend the limited world matters of duality, and enter the divine space of Oneness.

Oneness: Established in the wisdom and reality that all is One, thus causing the ego to surrender to the moment in love through non-judgement. Awareness of this wisdom causes the passionate fire of Manipura to merge with the cool air of Anahata. Through this action, the ego surrenders and dissolves into the void of creation and one experiences a calm relaxing state of love and beauty. This is the feeling of Oneness. In terms of perception, Oneness is the feeling when a being experiences a state of ego expansion, i.e. the state occurs when ones consciousness merges into the space of ones surroundings the merge of inner space with outer space. In this state, one feels extremely connected to the space surrounding the being, and also feels oneness with all beings in the cosmos. In terms of Chi or bio-electricity, when in a state of Oneness, electrons are excited at the root chakra and liberated at the crown chakra. The state of oneness is the liberated state of existence. This liberation of energy promotes the rising of ones Kundalini energy. With the rising of the Kundalini, one is liberated from fears and ignorance and gains wisdom. Pure states of meditation flow on alpha waves of this healing 8 Hz frequency the vibration of Love.

Fear: Fear is the result of ignorance. Fear of Death emanates from the Root chakra or Survival chakra. A person who is ignorant of the infinite nature of the self and in reincarnation of life is sure to have this fear. Most of the religions of modern man amplify this fear through ignorant, half-wit preachings. Enquiry into the infinite nature of the self and the cosmos dispels the fear of death.

Fear or Love: When the soul of a being is not yet awakened, the resonant frequency of the Earth (Schumann frequency) is perceived to be Fear. Fear closes the body creating stress and hence the energy is not allowed to climb up the closed chakras. This same vibration is perceived as Love when one is open and is very healing to the body, mind and soul of the individual. Due to conditioning, most of humanity today is living in Fear, thus missing out on the feeling of infinite Love. Fear causes the body to close and consequently limits ones perception, thus causing one to have a narrow, closed minded view of reality. Whereas through Love, one is more open and consequently perceives an open view of reality.

Physically, fear manifests in the body by blocking chakras and meridian points and this closes the body. A closed body prevents the natural flow of love energy thus causing an accumulation of stress in the energy points, eventually manifesting as back pains and causing illness. By opening the body and focusing in remaining balanced and centred, the healing energy of Love is allowed to nourish the chakras and release the stress from the energy points, clearing illness and healing the being. In order to perceive this infinite dream and feel the unconditional love of the cosmos flowing through the body, one must let go of any and all fears. By facing problems and fears with full love and faith in the heart, one is able to overcome any fear and hence be more established in the Reality of Love. Love: Love is the merging of two into one the merge of Shiva and Shakthi energies into Oneness. Love is the feeling perceived when in a state of Oneness and when one transcends the limitations of Duality. Love is One feeling with Infinite Expressions. In order to be centred and established in Love, one must pay due respect to ones awareness. Through introspection, one is able to look within and listen to the inner voice or voice of the heart. By respecting this inner voice through actions, one is able to clear out the demons and fears from the inner cave of the heart and be established in the feeling of unconditional love of the cosmos within this cave. Technically, Love is 8 Hz in Action. A being is said to vibrate on an electromagnetic pulse of 8 Hz during pure states of Love. When this frequency is flowing through the being, both hemispheres of the brain unite into oneness and flow together harmoniously, centrally merging at the pineal gland. Consequently, both poles of the body open and thus, the electric feeling of Love flows through the being. Love encompasses all The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.

Nature of the Infinite Self: The Nature of the Self is infinite. The self transcends time and space. Consciousness partakes in numerous life forms through the dualistic divine energies of life. The Shiva and Shakthi energies manifest as Man and Woman on this planet, in this dimension. Various souls partake in infinite life times in infinite realms of consciousness in order to enjoy, learn values, create virtue, connect, disconnect and unite into oneness. The oneness of space is manifested into the two, consisting of inner space and outer space. The Ego is the construct of the mind body that maintains this dualistic illusion of space. In consciousness, the inner space mirrors the outer space, i.e. the conditions through which one perceives life causes the being to imagine and live life with those conditions. Hence, one needs to be aware of how one is

looking at reality, i.e. to be the observer of thoughts taking place and realize the root of those thoughts. This method of self-contemplation is very productive on the spiritual path. Mind Body and Soul Body: In reality, there here exists the duality of perception within the Self. The Self is divided between the Mind Body and the Soul Body. The Mind body is the egos construct of the world and the limited perception of reality based on conditions of man and the life experience of the person. The mind body is the physical body and most of modern man is aware of this perception. The Soul body is the nature of the true Self or soul. The soul body is the Etheric body and only one who is awakened is aware of this body. The Self, depending on an old soul or a young soul, contains records/memories/history of life times lived, values collected and virtue earned. The self is open to the unlimited perception of the infinite cosmos and is aware of the infinite nature. One connected with the soul body is always more patient, wise and understanding than one ignorant of the soul body. Being ignorant of the soul body can lead a person to be completely engulfed in the material states of world related matters, such as pleasures and pains, and believe it all to be real. The integration of the mind and soul into the one body is what one should seek to accomplish Integrating the Body, Mind and Soul. The Trinity to Eternity of the Self Creation, Preservation and Destruction: All realms of the infinite cosmos exist through these states of existence Creation, Preservation and Destruction. In the Human body, cells are created, preserved and destroyed to recreate new cells and life. Life in all dimensions executes this order of movement of energy. Regarding the Human Being:

Brahma The Power of Creation: This power refers to the energy held in the sacral chakra corresponding gland is testes in men and ovaries in women. Through these glands, every individual is granted with the power and ability to Create Life. Therefore every individual possesses the power of creating a child in their own image and likeness The creative power of God. Vishnu The Power of Preservation: The power of preservation or maintenance lies in the heart chakra of the being, corresponding to the thymus gland. On the 8 Hz frequency, energy flow causes the Thymus gland to activate. When activated, this gland secretes immunizing cells, called T-cells. Tcells provide immunity and act as a self protective shield that stops the body from entertaining viruses. This is the power of preservation that lies within the heart of every being. By maintaining an open heart chakra, one can enjoy great health and a good feeling all the time. Shiva The Power of Destruction: The power of destruction lies in the third eye and crown chakra corresponding to the pineal gland. The ability of destroying illnesses and diseases is stored in the

pineal gland, through the process of DNA repair and replication, by the hormones melatonin and pinoline. Thus, every individual is granted the power of destroying any and all illnesses.

Dharma and Karma: The Infinite Cosmos exists on the play of the two energies of existence. In order to explain the concepts of Dharma and Karma, the two energies are termed as White energy (Positive) and Dark energy (Negative). Dharma is Virtue Actions of Truth, Light, Love, and Good. Karma is Sin Actions of Lies, Dark, Sin, Bad. When a person acts out of goodness for Dharma, one produces White energy matter within the soul. Doing a bad action of Karma leads to the removal of this White matter and entrance of a Dark energy matter essence into the soul. Hence, every individual soul comprises of a combination of these two existing energy matter of White and Dark. This matter is embedded deep within the soul. When dark matter seeps out of the soul into the reality of a person, displays of karma occur. The manifestation of this dark matter either causes the being to fall ill or have an unfortunate event or accident during the events of daily life. By surrendering to the karma and by suffering in love, through patience and letting go of the unfortunate event, one is able to cope and this action of letting go of Karmic black matter in turn creates Dharmic white matter within the soul of the individual. The White matter of Dharma is the most expensive material in the Universe and is not the easiest to obtain. It is possible to cultivate this white matter through meditative practices, by doing actions of virtue and suffering by facing karma. Suffering liberates white matter out of dark matter. Every action has an opposite and equal reaction . This Law, when applied to Dharma and Karma, helps one realize that an action of Dharma creates reactions of good to flourish and an action of Karma creates reactions of bad to take place in ones reality. When a being transforms all of the Black matter into White matter, the soul is purified from this karmic form of physical existence and the being is Enlightened (Light consciousness filled with White matter) and completely liberates the soul of the individual from this dimension.

Buddha Nature and Demon Nature: Buddha Nature: One is in the Buddha Nature when ones actions are that of Dharma, Love and Oneness. The being is aware of the voice of the heart and inner light and reflects this light on to

this dimension. One collects virtue and gets rid of sins or karma while on the path of Buddha Nature. Demon Nature: One is in the Demon Nature when the actions of the being are that of Karma, Fear and Ignorance. The being is unaware of the voice of the heart and is ignorant of the infinite light of the self. Therefore one lives life in is destructive in nature, thus the name Demon Nature. Intention and Will: Intentions and Will are two of the most magical and useful tools in this Universe, for any being. All actions originate from ones intention. By being aware of ones intentions, one is made aware if one is on the path of the Buddha nature Good intentions and actions or Demon nature Bad intentions and actions. By beating temptation, ones will is made strong and demons lose the power to tease. With the help of discipline, one can overcome all temptations and collect Will Power in the Power chakra. With the help of this will power, one is able to manifest any and all of the hearts desires, with the help of intention. Humanity has forgotten this at the moment, but is slowly awakening and remembering again. The body is a projection of the mind. A weak mind possesses a weak body and a strong mind possesses a strong body, and one should be aware that looks can deceive. Working only on the physical level to develop the body provides temporary results, where as working mentally and energetically to strengthen the body and will power provide benefits that last for eternity. Angels and Demons: The cosmos is a play of light and dark energies, good and bad. Being centred, one is able to appreciate the magnificence of duality; not being centred, one is torn apart by duality. Humanity is under a mass curse by the dark side at the moment and it is causing the degradation of the beautiful and innocent spirit of man. Demonic possession is not the way the media portrays it to be. It is the very subtle control of ones intentions. A weak mind believes that it is the self speaking when temptation arises, and follows through in action. A strong mind is aware of the root of all intentions, and hence is aware if the intention is coming from the guidance of the higher self or is a demonic temptation. Most of humanity, except for a few aware and good hearted brothers and sisters, are under certain influence of the dark ones. Ignorance has allowed all of this to be possible in consciousness. People rarely greet their brothers and sisters with a smile anymore, rather they treat each other like strangers, and exchange Evil eyes more than greetings of Love. Angels are beautiful. They suffer along with you to lighten your burden every time you bring about your own suffering. They telepathically send love into your being, any chance you are open to receive and share virtue with you this is why it is necessary to meditate and under go dark room. This love is healing and will allow you to overcome all your sufferings and demonic temptations. Open your consciousness to the angelic vibrations of love and be one with the cosmos. The time is NOW.

Virtue: Virtue is the most expensive element in the Universe to earn. It is white gold and is equivalent to gold here in the 3rd dimension; but even gold has a limited lifetime where as Virtue is beyond space and time and is transferrable through various lifetimes. By doing good actions, sharing, caring, teaching, and all such activities from the heart with no expectations in return, one is creating Virtue. Only by sealing your vessel can you enjoy the benefits of Virtue. Those with an open third eye can perceive Virtue as if the Angels are showering one with white and bright golden Light onto the crown chakra to the individual, which is collected by the Human vessel. Those without an open third eye just need to hold faith in their heart and do good deeds.

OM. 7. Infinite Spiritual Evolution

I. The Tao: Spiritual evolution leads towards attaining the Tao. The Tao is all; the good and bad, all mixed, blended and governed into this beautiful infinite cosmos. There are several methods, practices, cultivation methods, elixir methods and various paths that lead one towards the Tao I recommend the Falun Dafa. By attaining the Tao, one learns to be perfectly centred and balanced in all actions. The universe is silent and one learns to pay respect to and enjoy this silence. It is only through experience, awareness, discipline and guidance from within can one attain the Tao. One realizes the consequences of any small action and hence, learns to be dispassionate towards actions coming from personal desires. The seeds of dispassion bear the fruits of deep innate wisdom and supreme bliss as time passes. Momentum of Actions: When one is not aware, consciousness believes itself to be the body. As a result, ones actions are in continuous motion and in time, this motion results in momentum which drives the reality of the individual. The momentum of these actions is fuelled by consumption of food at regular intervals and the actions flow from the conditioned mind, generally restricted to the physical traits of survival, sex and power. This is the Karmic momentum of action.

As one learns the Dao, one realizes that every actions has an opposite an equal reaction. Being centred in the Dao, one learns to overcome all conditions of the mind and as a result, the momentum of actions slows down. By thorough introspection and meditation, this momentum can be halted. Stopping the momentum of actions leads one to realize extreme degrees of relaxation. The mind ceases to be and one is left with the beautiful feeling of being connected with all life. This is the Dao. In this state, as the mind and body relax, the refreshing, soothing energy of love is able to heal the body and refresh the mind constantly. One responds in the creation of virtue and hence, this constant actions of virtue realize in the positive momentum of actions. This is the Dharmic momentum of action.

Recommended Foods: Spiritual growth increases and is made easy by consuming anti-oxidant foods, alkaline foods, organic foods and raw fruits and vegetables. Awareness when Eating: - Over-consumption of food results in loss of energy, as the body utilizes energy to digest the food. Hence, one must be aware of eating the optimum amount of food during a meal, and be sure not to over eat. - Conditions of man such as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner need to be forgotten and one should eat when the feeling arises. Consumption should flow with the biological clock, and not the man made one. When food is consumed at regular intervals and not the feeling, the body is forced to believe that it is starving. Therefore as a defence mechanism of survival, the body tends to store the excess food consumed in the body in the form of fat. This is not at all a healthy or beneficial trend.

- One must pay due respect to ones awareness when consuming food, i.e. one should not consume anything that one is aware is unhealthy. This creates a negative momentum of actions. By paying respect to what one aware is good and by consuming what one is aware is beneficial for the body, one ensures an amazing health with spiritual growth and ensure a positive momentum of actions. - One should bless the food with Love and Thanks before consumption, as You are what you eat and blessing the food creates the feelings of Love and Thanks within the body. - One should aim towards an efficient diet, i.e. least amount of consumption whilst maximum production of energy. Super foods aid this such as Spirulina, chlorella etc. Smoking or Vaporizing: Modern Man is under the impression that smoking anything is bad for health. This is 100% FALSE. Mystics, holy men and wise men the world over have been consuming substances through smoke from the beginning of time. It is as natural as drinking water, or eating solid food. Smoking works directly on the heart chakra and lungs. As an attempt to disconnect mystics, druids, holy men from their smoke, the dark side has released all sorts of False Conditioning unto man. Being established in the Dao, one rests in non-reaction and responds only in actions of Dharmic momentum. Thus, ones life drastically changes and lives every day after filled with beauty, love and wisdom.

VI. Trinitization:

Trinitization is a once in a life time occurrence, after which one attains Buddha hood. This can take place to aspirants of certain disciplinary arts, such as the Falun Dafa, and can also happen to one with consumption of soma in a Dream state Trinitization takes place in Alpha states of perception. During Trinitization, Masters and Angels enter the vessel of the human and seal al the voids that have been created by the demonic conditioned nature. Consequently after this process, one cannot be tempted by the demon again and learns to integrated oneself with the Unity self of the Cosmos. The sealing occurs in the Sacral chakra, Heart chakra and Crown chakra. Supreme Yoga Yoga Vasistha: Supreme or Gyaan (Wisdom) Yoga is the guiding dialect between Yoga Vashistha and Rama, which leads Rama to realize Infinite Consciousness. It is written originally in Sanskrit, but has several translations today. The Yoga Vasistha is the greatest help to the spiritual awakening and the direct experience of Truth. This is certain.

- This world appearance is a confusion: even as the blueness of the sky is an optical illusion. I think it is better not to let the mind dwell on it, but to ignore it. - This consciousness is not created, not does it perish; it is eternal and the world appearance is super imposed on it, even as waves in relation to the ocean. In that consciousness, when it is reflected, within itself, there arises the I am notion which gives rise to DIVERSITY. As Space, the same consciousness enables the seed to sprout; as air, it draws the sprout; as water, it nourishes it; and as light, the consciousness itself reveals the new life. It is the consciousness in the seed that in due course manifests as the fruit. - The Self, the Supreme Brahman, which permeates everything, is taht which enables ONE to EXPERIECE sound, taste, form and fragrance. It is transcendental and omnipresent; it is non-dual and pure. In it there is not even a notion of another. All these diversities like existence and nonexistence, good and evil, are vainly IMAGINED by Ignorant people. It matters not whether this imagination is said to be based on the not self or the self itself. - In the middle between sight and seen, there is a relationship which is known as the seer. When the division between the seer, the sight and the seen is abolished, that is the SUPREME (Nonconditioned perception A True Seer). Regard the mind as a foreigner or a piece of wood or stone. There is no mind in infinite consciousness; that which is done by this non-existent mind is also unreal. BE ESTABLISHED in this realization, O Rama. I have investigated the truth concerning the mind for a very long time and have found none: only the infinite consciousness exists. - The jiva knows and experiences the external world with the externalised senses and the inner dream world with the inner senses. When the senses are engaged in the experience of the external world, then the field of internal notions is vague and unclear. But when the senses are turned within, then the jiva experiences the world within himself with the greatest clarity. - If one renounces everything, then everything exists within the void of the one infinite consciousness. When one rests in that state of total renunciation like a lamp with fuel, he shines with supreme brilliance like a lamp with fuel. Even after the mind has been renounced, that infinite consciousness will exist. One who has totally renounced everything is not afflicted by fear of old age, death and other such events in life. That alone is supreme bliss. All else is sorrow. Om. Thus assimilate this Truth and Do what you wush to do, in that total renunciation.

- Rama asked, Pray, describe the state of turiya, which runs through the waking, dream and deep sleep states without being recognised. Vasistha continued, That pure and equanimous state which is devoid of ego-sense and non-ego sense, of the real and the unreal, and which is free, is known as turiya (the fourth state). It is the state of the liberated sage. It is the unbroken witness consciousness. It is different from the waking and the dreaming state which are characterise by movement of thought: it is different from the deep sleep state which is characterised by inertia and ignorance. When the ego-sense is abandoned, there arises the state of perfect equilibrium in which the turiya manifests itself. O Rama, there is naught but the turiya. The turiya is unmodified consciousness and that alone exists. Waking, dream and deep sleep are states of the mind. When they cease, the mind dies. Satva alone remains which the yogi aspire to reach. This is the conclusion of all scriptures: there is no avidya (ignorance) and no maya (illusion) in reality. Brahman alone exists. Some call it the void, others pure consciousness, other the LORD; and they argue among themselves. Abandon all these notion. Rest in Nirvana without movement of thought, with the mind greatly weakened and the intelligence at peace; Rest in the self as if you are deaf, dumb and blind. Inwardly abandon everything; externally engage yourself in the appropriate action. The existence of the mind alone is happiness, the existence of the mind alone is unhappiness. By remaining unaware of the mind, let all these cease. Remain unaffected by what is attractive and what is unattractive; by just this much of self-effort, this samsara (repetitive history) is overcome. By remaining unaware of pleasure and pain and of even that which lies between the two, you rise above sorrow. Just by this little self effort, you attain the INFINITE.

The Unity Keys of Emmanuel: The Unity Keys of Emmanuel written by Ananda is an amazingly documented collection of telepathic translation from higher dimensional light working beings, known as Emmanuel. If we take the same picture, take it on its side and we take these as the colours of time: red, orange, yellow, spinning to the left; the last three spinning to the right and the midsection: the green, the heart the emerald green is the period that we are presently approaching. Because all of the incarnated bodies for the first 8 billion years became inlocked in the polarity of the left spin, Operation Unity, could be likened to have projected itself out of the emerald green. As in principle, the emerald green, equally has the light from the sun, as a pure coherent laser sun beams, distributing to all of the other colours. And all of the other colours, thus, to the emerald green, and then to the unity of one: to the sun. - Emmanuel, as a part of Operation Unity, are extending out of, what we term, the Unityverse: the Everythingness, the One Body of Christ. They projected into the multiple galaxies, together with other angles from this One Unity State, in order to connect all of the coloured creations, from the beginning of the Universe to the end of the Universe where the beginning is biting in the tale of the end, in order to connect those points to the realisation of being the Everythingness and the Nothingness united: the All-Oneness as the Unity of Unitys. - On a local intergalactic level, we, as Emmanuel, projected ourselves into 22 local galaxies, of which our galaxy is one, and the Andromeda galaxy is the central transducer, like a holographic television transmission central. - These lovemaking dances of Unity, from the seventh colour spectrum dimension, from Unity Light, or Everythingness; and through the first colour spectrum dimension, from the Tao nothingness, the Void meet each other in the fourth colour spectrum dimension : the heart chakra of the blood cell of the Universe. This can be correlated to the light of consciousness, meeting the life force Kundalini, in the heart, to awaken and meet the love, stillness, or the zero-point midway. - According to Emmanuel, all of the races, once were a part of the family of Rainbow races, within the Earth. The radiation of the sun, and the greater gravitational filed of the planet, creatd the delicate transformation in the blood, in the argonine amino acid coding the factor that binds the copper in the blood. And gradually, our skins lightened, as we fell into the duality of Rock n Roll being high and being low, cause and effect, the illusion of the dream. Hanuman Chaleesa (by Krishna Das): Maharaj-ji always spoke of Hanuman, the Monkey God as being the "Breath of Ram(God) . He said over and over that Hanuman and Christ were the same.

The Hanuman Chaleesa is a hymn of 40 verses that describes his life and exploits. It begins with the phrase, I take the dust of the Guru's lotus feet to cleanse the mirror of my heart." The grace of the Guru is necessary to begin to understand the deepest levels of the story of Hanuman in the Ramayana. Maharaj-ji once said, "Hanuman was always present in all time in the universe." There is a song written by Tulsi Das in which he quotes Ram Himself as saying: "Without Hanuman, no one in this world would have known of me." Then Tulsi Das writes, "I am telling you of the greatness of Hanuman in the very words that the Lord Himself spoke."

I learned the Hanuman Chaleesa in India in the old days. In Maharaj-ji's temples, the Chaleesa is sung around the clock during special celebrations, and little booklets with Hanuman's picture on them are given to temple visitors. I asked and was told the booklet contained a prayer to Hanuman, so I decided to learn it. I wrote out all the words by sounding out the letters and a friend in Kausani, a little town in the Himalayan foothills where we were spending the rainy season, helped with pronunciation and a melody. My idea was that if we Westerners could learn the Chaleesa, we could 'bribe' Maharaj-ji to call us into his presence to sing it for him. As it turned out that was exactly what happened. We hadn't even learned six out of the forty verses before we were called down from the back of the temple to where Maharaj-ji was sitting. He was very excited and said 'Sing the Chaleesa!' We managed to sing the few verses we knew. He laughed and was very happy. We now became an official part of the show; whenever there were some Indian devotees having darshan he would call us and have us 'perform,' as it were. No matter how many times we did it, he would always act as if it were the first time. With a look of total amazement on his face, he would laughingly abuse His Indian devotees for their supposed lack of devotion and sincerity, saying, "Look at these people. Out of their love for God, they have left everything behind in America and learned the Chaleesa. You wicked, greedy people come to see me out of your own selfish desires!" Of course it was all part of His unique way of showering grace all around. Recently I visited Maharaji's temple at Kainchi and spent many hours talking and sitting with one of His very old great devotees, Shri Kehar Singh, 'Poppa'. As I was getting ready to leave for America, he gave me his blessings and a bit of advice. He asked, "Do you know why we sing the Chaleesa?" I said, "To praise Hanuman." He asked, "Do you think Hanuman needs you to praise him?" Then he explained that when Hanuman was a child, he had such strength and was so mischievous that he caused havoc all around - disturbing the rishis (sages) during their worship, pulling their beards, and even putting them up in trees. So the rishis cursed Hanuman, saying he would not remember his strength unless he was reminded. Poppa continued, "So the first verses of the Chaleesa are to remind Hanuman of who he is. In the last verses we ask him to grant us our wish. And our wish is that he come to live in our hearts, with Ram, Sita and Lakshman." It's not necessary to ask Hanuman for anything for He is the 'knower of all hearts.' Maharaj-ji would very often tell people to recite the Chaleesa when they came and asked for blessings. Then when their prayers had been answered and they came to thank him, he would say, "I didn't do anything. It was all Hanuman-ji's grace." Hanuman lives only to serve the God within us and to prepare us to live fully in the spirit.
