We are seeking guests to talk about the following

subjects:
Unusual body pierce, Gothic lifestyles, flirting,
plastic surgery, doctors against the new Obama
health care bill, male ego, man hating women,
bullies, weird hobbies, dare devils, and other
interesting subjects. We would also like to interview
the following groups of people: Hermaphrodite,
lesbian, transvestite, porn addict, alcoholic, over weight, sport gambler or sex addicts,
followers, or other related groups of people. Call us periodically to get an up to date list
of new show ideas.

We shoot weeknights evening hours between 5-7pm or weekends 8-11 am in

Connecticut Only.

Bands, Solo Performing Artist interviews by request only. 7 minute interview and 3
minute performance. There will be a fee of 25.00 for solo artists and 50.00 for bands.
Other people can be interviewed as well. Please call for
more details. All payments are made online through
PayPal to hold your appointment. Paypal fee made to
rehdogg@rehdogg.com

Sports and athletes also charged the same fee as Artist.

Travel fee added if we film on site you request.

 Talent and Music Video and Film Release
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby

("Releaser"), I hereby give, consent, and forever grant to Rasean Blyden P.O. Box 386 East
Berlin,Ct 06023 (Name & Address) ("Manufacturer") Reh Dogg’s Random Thoughts Show, its
representatives, licensees, marketers, and any other related parties or publishers of its promotional
materials and their successors and assigns, the right to use, publish and copyright my picture,
portrait or likeness, in video and film format, in whole or part, including alterations, modifications,
derivations, and composite thereof, in CDs, films, advertising and similar such promotions and
renditions throughout the world. This right shall include the right to combine my likeness with
others and to alter my likeness by digital or other means.

Releaser also hereby releases Manufacturer and such other parties from any obligation to make
any payment hereunder or from any other liability incurred in connection with the use of any the
materials described above. Releaser acknowledges his or her full and complete satisfaction with
the terms of this Release.
