1limate change is one of the most critical global challenges of our time. 9ecent events have emphatically demonstrated our growing vulnerability to climate change. 1limate change effects range from agriculture damage, :further endangering food security;, sea&level rising and the accelerated erosion of coastal !ones :increasing the intensity of natural disasters;, species e-tinction, and the spread of vector&borne diseases. 5his issue is of immense importance for every global citi!en. "ence why it re<uires an initiative against it, this is where "#$%&' steps in. 1limate change is a long&term change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods of time that range from decades to millions of years. t may be a change in the average weather conditions or a change in the distribution of weather events with respect to an average, for e-ample, greater or fewer e-treme weather events. 1limate change may be limited to a specific region, or may occur across the whole #arth. 5he problem is who can mostly give their contribution to prevent this great disaster and save our precious earth6 7or this, our idea is that youth is the most suitable party. 8oung people are *agents of change, and they approach problems with new ideas and a new perspective. 2ost young people in other countries are actively engaged at national and global levels in awareness&raising, running educational programs, planting trees, promoting renewable energy and adopting energy&saving practices. 'ne of the best solutions for climate change is tree planting. f children see youths planting the trees then they are inspired to plant their own, so naturally the ne-t generation will be dedicated to planting trees. 7urthermore, efforts must be made to ensure that young people are ready to take advantage of new environment&oriented employment opportunities. 4rowing attention to climate change and sustainable development offers an ideal opportunity for green economic growth around the world. 4reen )obs not only provide much&needed employment opportunities for youth, they also give young people an outlet to contribute directly to the fight against climate change by adopting green behaviors in the workplace as well as in their private lives. 7inally would like to say that, it is essential to strengthen both formal and informal

education on climate change and viable lifestyles. n addition, new sustainable production and consumption patterns must be promoted and young people supported as environmental champions in their local communities. %artnerships should be developed between 4overnments, international agencies and youth organi!ations for )oint environmental initiatives aimed at building the capacity of young people. 1onsiderable efforts are also needed in strengthening the capability and resilience of young people in rural communities in developing countries to adapt to climate change.

2atale "ospital is situated in the 2atale 3istrict, 1entral %rovince. 5his area has a large hospital called 2atale Dased hospital and is the main hospital in 2atale 3istrict. 5he vision of this hospital is *$eading the central hospital prosperity looking after the people=s healthE physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. * 5he hospital is providing the best service to patients. /ccording to hospital directors there are more than 1A0 doctors and H00 staff working here. 3aily waste collection is high and there is a lack of sustainability systems for their total waste management. 5hey are also spending large amounts of money for waste management. (ow they can use "#$% ' #co 4as 0olutions to find a better waste management mechanism in an eco friendly way. 5hey are willing to install a bio gas unit for their organic waste management. We are using bio gas for cooking purposes :continuously for about two hours while making breakfast and lunch; and we get even more benefits from bio gas plant. We are using li<uid fertili!er for cultivation. We cultivate vegetables and fruits and we get a good harvest from our cultivation daily. We sell this harvest to the community and that money is deposited into the "ospital Welfare /ssociation. (ow we are happy to say that there are so many advantages for this bio gas unit. /lso, we e-pect to decrease the fire wood and $% 4as F>G of per day. What were the problems you faced regarding waste management6 We faced to the waste problems three years ago. We also had another problem. we didn=t have

sufficient woods and $% 4as for cooking purpose. 0o we needed to find sustainable solutions for these problems. 5herefore we )oined with "#$% ' #co 4reen $td and they introduced the bio gas technology for our waste problems. What do you think about the bio gas technology6 5his bio gas technology is very valuable for theE agro industries, food industries, slaughter houses, waste water plants, farms, and domestically etc. We can get li<uid fertili!er from the bio gas plant and also we can get a good harvest from cultivation.
